The property provided the basics - bed and bathroom. I liked that there was a full fridge, microwave, and stove provided. I like that there was free Wi-Fi and free parking. However, the room did not provide toilet paper and the office was closed for the majority of our stay.

There were a lot of cigarette burns on the floor and it was done smoking room. The door had to be fixed. It was definitely kicked in before there is a mini kitchen with stove, but it does not come with no pots or pans people typically don’t have the pots and pans it was OK I would stay again nothing special just a good place to lay your head and shower

My first stay was not ideal, however this day in age its hard to keep up with everything running a business. This time everything was almost perfect! The room was huge and had a kitchen for under a hundred bucks! The staff was extremely friendly and the bed was xlean and comfy. The only thing missing was a coffee pod but thats ok theres a convienance store directly next door. Im guessing my first stay was an isolated unfortunate experience because this time and by the looks of everything this is a great motel. Thanks again!

Checked in early for very low fee which was so worth it instead of being stuck with our bags all day not being able to do anything. Rooms are very very clean. The ground of the hotel are so well maintained the oweners seem to take prode in offering a beatuful and comfortable place to stay. Ill definitely book here again when im in the area visting friends. The beds are sp comfotable that i didnt want to wake up

Let me first start by saying something nice, the beds were comfortable, the floors were newer and it's close to AC. Now the bad, the place is old and I mean like 1980s old. It was dirty, the stovetop didn't work, the beds looked like I was gonna get bit by something, the drawers weren't cleaned out as I found some things, there were cigarette burns on the furniture. I didn't feel it was safe to leave any personal belongings worth anything there. Not even sure how this place made it to be on EXPEDIA! Very disappointed with my stay for the price.

Access from the highway is great, and the property looks well maintained from the outside, and the rooms are clean. But the bed was not made properly, the waterproof mattress pad was on inside out so the plastic was facing up. I complained and they responded right away, and put the mattress pad face up, but it was stained and awful looking. Also, the bathroom had multiple burn marks on the floor, and the room smelled like cigarettes. The fridge was big and clean but the stovetop was rusted and looked awful. They were stingy with only one small tube of junky shampoo. Worst of all, they demanded $1.00 cash deposit for the room key, and weren\'t around after 8 am when we left, to be able to return the key and get our "deposit" back. It\'s only $1.00 but it\'s insulting. Especially when they don\'t make sure you can get it back when you leave at a normal time.

I did not like the burnt cigarette holes on the bathroom floor around the toilet and it was supposed to be a non-smoking apartment and we spotted a cockroach running under the bed place needs to be exterminated they need to remodel the bathroom floors and the walls over top of the showers

The hotel was very conveniently located. Staff was very polite, and always answered my calls when I had questions. The room was insanely affordable for the size we got. Large room, full size fridge, counter space, and even an additional futon. When we come down again, we will be staying here again for sure.

Loved the location and the kitchenette...and my room towards the back away from the street was nice and quiet. Unfortunately two things that are really important to me in a hotel room are comfortable bed and I just could not get comfortable... And a shower with good water pressure which it did not have. So those were 2 drawbscks for me.

The bed was comfortable and the heat worked. I'll give you that. The rest of the room was in need of renovating. The TV was so small. Cigarette burns on flooring. Patchwork all around. The people in the room next to mine were having a loud argument at 2am. Although the price was reasonable, it should of been lower.

Unfortunately we had found three roaches in the room also they did not say consistent and the price and of the room one night it was a set price and then the next night same room they went up $15 and it wasn't a weekend which they put us in the room that I didn't even book I booked a king room and they did not have a clean room for me so they put me in a room with two beds and they charged me more money on my last day because they said I used two beds it needs to be more money for dry cleaning of the bed sheets... Mind you I was already there for 3 days when they decided to change the price Make it makes sense

Their was an elderly women that often question the people that stays in the rooms as they checking into the rooms. Make her employees make finally changes and making employee feel uncomfortable at the check in process.

The Rooms were dirty, holes in the comforter that didn't fit the bed. Holes in floor, microwave was filthy. Was moved to another room cause of cleanliness and went to AC for a show, came back and someone was in my room using the bathroom. The front desk gave somebody else a key to the room.I didn't sleep a wink after that. I will never go back and wouldn't recommend this place at all.... Please do yourselves a favor and do not stay here. My experience was horrifying

It was a nice place to stay with my family. Close drive to the Boardwalk and the beaches without the over the top prices. It is a family run place and they were very kind and accommodating. I would definitely recommend and would stay here again! Peaceful and cute little place to stay.
It was a nice place to stay with my family. Close drive to the Boardwalk and the beaches without the over the top prices. It is a family run place and they were very kind and accommodating. I would definitely recommend and would stay here again! Peaceful and cute little place to stay.

Let me first start by saying something nice, the beds were comfortable, the floors were newer and it's close to AC. Now the bad, the place is old and I mean like 1980s old. It was dirty, the stovetop didn't work, the beds looked like I was gonna get bit by something, the drawers weren't cleaned out as I found some things, there were cigarette burns on the furniture. I didn't feel it was safe to leave any personal belongings worth anything there. Not even sure how this place made it to be on EXPEDIA! Very disappointed with my stay for the price.

Access from the highway is great, and the property looks well maintained from the outside, and the rooms are clean. But the bed was not made properly, the waterproof mattress pad was on inside out so the plastic was facing up. I complained and they responded right away, and put the mattress pad face up, but it was stained and awful looking. Also, the bathroom had multiple burn marks on the floor, and the room smelled like cigarettes. The fridge was big and clean but the stovetop was rusted and looked awful. They were stingy with only one small tube of junky shampoo. Worst of all, they demanded $1.00 cash deposit for the room key, and weren\'t around after 8 am when we left, to be able to return the key and get our "deposit" back. It\'s only $1.00 but it\'s insulting. Especially when they don\'t make sure you can get it back when you leave at a normal time.

I went to make coffee andvit was completely full of mold. I asked them to make it right, let me have a make up room at same price as i fit before but no, they doubled it and didnt even give my key deposit back when i brought it in that day to inform about the mold. The room itself smelt over powering of bad insense.
