Stayed 1 night

The room had a strong musty, locker‑like odor that made it uncomfortable to remain in for any length of time. The mattress was severely worn and dipped in the middle, making it impossible to sleep properly. The diverter from the tub to the shower only partially worked, resulting in poor water flow and an unusable shower experience. Beyond the room itself, the property was noticeably unclean and dated. The pool area had visible rust, which raises both cleanliness and safety concerns. Overall, the hotel did not meet basic standards of comfort or maintenance and certainly did not reflect the quality expected from a Marriott‑branded property.

Just about everything was great for our stay. Clean hotel, clean room. Nice breakfast. Even delicious brownies in the lobby. Kathy at the front desk was great. Only two things that could be improved is the hot water for our showers was not overly hot and the closed captioning on the TV wouldn't work. Pretty nice stay though.

The pictures did not resemble the room we got, and the toilet had not been cleaned properly and I don't know how long. They also kept shutting off the AC every time we left the room. It was hot that was not okay

Had trouble with the card swipe door access to my room. Front office replace the cards but I think the problem was the card reader. Took 20+ times before I got access and the response seemed delayed. Delay could be caused by a weak battery. No other problems or concerns.

The gentleman at the front desk was very nice and welcoming and there were no bed bugs. That was the only 2 things good about the hotel. If I owned the name Wyndham I would not allow my name on this hotel. This hotel is very outdated from the time entering the front door, let alone seeing the room. If we were not just laying our heads down for one night and leaving the next morning, I would have requested a refund! Being charged $250 was ridiculous. The bathroom tile trim had dirty build up on it, the back of the door look like someone through spit balls from toilet paper on it, the metal cover to the tissues was rusted, the edges of the mirror appeared broken or pieces of the mirror had chipped off. The beds were actually clean and the mattress had a zipped mattress cover on it. I unzipped it and checked the mattress out for bugs, NONE. The tub was weak in some spots where you stand, the spiket and nozzle was rusted, water stains on the ceiling, the edges of the carpet walking down the hallway was dirty. I DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING AT THIS HOTEL AT ALL!
