I wish we had known the pool was closed before booking. We’d have still stayed, just made back up plans rather than to swim at the pool.

The front desk people were excellent. They were friendly and efficient despite technical difficulties. They were quick to help solve our need for new towels. Traveling with young children wasn't an issue for safety. I appreciated that even though the hotel was full, I was not bothered by noise. Directions are needed for the television. Tell me how to quickly get programming for children! There was an odor on the way to the pool and the pool is small...sadly it was later at night that we looked at it too and it didn't look open even though it was near 100 that day. We would stay here again when visiting family.

The staff are very rude during our families stay here. The showers in the bathroom did not drain while taking a shower. The carpet in the rooms were super dirty and huge nasty stains on the floor, refrigerators that halfway worked, and nasty stain towels were in our rooms. They do have a good breakfast however you can’t take it to your room to eat as no food is allowed. There was always parking available. Overall I would definitely suggest you to go somewhere else for the same price.

What's unique about this place is the pool is in a different area than usual. What I didn't like was you could turn the handle on the hot water all the way over the hot and it would come out room temperature, you have to turn it straight-up-and-down to get hot water out.

There was no notice when booking that they were doing a roofing job there. Very limited parking as be entire side of the parking lot was blocked off. Extremely noisy!!! Starting beating and banging on the roof starting at 6:00am. I definitely will not book at this location again.

There were cocroaches in the room. I reported to front desk and she ask. Whas it cocroaches or was it a big cricket? I showed her the picture and they gave a different room. And the new room still looked dirty.

Walking into this property it was cute very ranch style gave a good impression. Walking into the room was very different. I had requested a non smoking room and could smell the odor of cigarettes as soon as the door opened. The receptionist could not get us into another room but was nice enough to let me use the deodorizer to spray the room. Went in to use the rest room and there was a ball of hair like someone went in trimmed their... hair, beard... whatever they trimmed they didnt clean up after. Although everything was folded and neat, unraveling the towels there was the same hair in 3 of the 4 towels we unfolded, hair on the shower wall and there was long dark hair in the sheets. Breakfast was included, but was it?? It was one of the smallest varieties i had seen and signs reading to please eat in the lobby. Would i go back? Probably not.

I was only there one night. My room and the hall smelled musty. There was a huge dead roach in the middle of the bedroom floor. The floor needed a good sweep and deep scrub, you could see several spots that were missed. I found a dried out contact lens stuck to the floor by the bathroom.

Good stay for the price. Location little tricky for getting around, due to busy one way street to access property. Then had to figure out best way to get back. About a mile on back road. Limited breakfast, but was ok. Room only cleaned every 3 days.

The hotel/overall was nice but lots of little things that made our stay not so good. The sofa bed was obviously pretty old and worn which made the kids not get a good nights rest. Our “city view” was of the very loud highway which made it impossible to sleep because the traffic was so loud and the windows were not very soundproof. The king bed had 4 small pillows and we had to give 2 to our kids and when I checked with the front desk said they were out of pillows. Our mattress was very lumpy and it was pretty hard for us to get comfortable. The tv remotes barely worked and it was very difficult to use them. The positives are the hotel was easy to get to, within short walking distance of 2 restaurants and the free breakfast although basic did the job for us. The lady that checked us in was very nice and it’s obvious that they have been making some updates both in the lobby area and room. Our king suite was clean and spacious and we had plenty of room to spread out and for the kids to have room to play and watch tv in the other room.

This place was decent for what we paid for it. It was a hot, rainy day, we walked in and the ac in the room was off. The room was so uncomfortable! It took hours (4-5) for the room to be tolerable. Please have your ac on for room you have guests booked for.

Great staff helped with an item we left in the room after check out with a smile and cheerful attitude, the suites are big. Better lighting and bigger tv’s would be nice but otherwise outstanding.

Dated, some low budget renovations in the room some years ago and the general area is old. The room had a clean laminate floor. Everywhere else the floor has a very old and smelly carpet, elevator has an unbearable stale smell. AC in the room exhausts in the bedroom and sounds like a helicopter. The smell in the room is old stale air, AC has probably never been cleaned. Room was clean, staff at the front helpful and knowledgeable. Breakfast 2/10. Only 3 hot dishes, scrambled eggs that smelled bad, sausage links that were disgusting and tasted frozen burned, and potatoes that did not try after the first two. Waffle machine, cereal, coffee and one kind of yogurt. Very limited selection and quality subpar. Juice machine had two orange flavors, one was good the other completely water down, and apple juice. Walking distance to eateries near by. Overall, below average for one night stay.

We got placed in our room and used the toilet ( only #1 lol) and it wouldn’t flush- it was broken so I called the desk and he ask if I wanted him to bring ME a plunger to fix it- I said no it’s not clogged, it’s broken…can you send a maintenance guy? He said they don’t have one on sight and he’d just put us in another room. That was fine except having to repack everything all up again - but in the end it was fine. The furniture in the suite we stayed in was stained and needed some steam cleaning- I didn’t even sit on it.

It is an older building…their policy made me uncomfortable as the clerk copied my drivers license and my credit card out of my view. I thought it was odd and asked why and if I could have a copy of what was scanned? I was told no politely because it was policy. He let me know that if I had any question or wanted a copy that I could call management during business hours. Other than that it was a decent stay.

Accidentally selected the wrong date, refused to change the date, refused to refund it, I had to get a room for that night and just have a room for the next night even though I wouldn’t be there. Was told by multiple employees that management told them not to give there number, email or transfer people to them about an issue like I was having!!! Total bs! It was an honest mistake and something that should have been simple to fix! We made the reservation about an hour before we got there so there was no reason to act the way they did about it! Expedia is to blame as well as they refuse to help either!!!

Checked in and from desk made a photo copy of my credit card. No reason why. Defensive and aggressive when I asked if that was what he had done. I get it. I can't be the only one with an issue with this practice and the guy is probably abused, but the question took him to the nuclear response immediately - you don't have to stay here, it's our policy. Apparently it's policy. I will not stay at this hotel chain again.

Im very dissatisfied with the check out policy. I waa willing to over look the dirty carpet, the very loose toilet seat that I almost fell off and when I went to tighten it up the base od the toilet was nasty. We had a roll of used toilet paper. The front porch was unclean. The bed covers were lumpy. Then I called the hotel on the way back from the UIL Baseball State Tournament to the see if we could check out. We lost the first game and wanted to go home but didnt want to lose our money. She said if we could get our things out of the room by 12 we could. I told her we are almost there the traffic was horrible. We pulled in and came to the desk at 12:03 and she looked at us and said no. Policy says 12. Very disappointed. So saying that, your hotel to advantage of your customers. Some stayed for that reason. The rest of us just folded. Aaked the young lady if she had a corporate number she gave me one and when we got home realized she had given me the reservation number. Several attempts to call and go online to talk to someone and had no help. Maybe consider your customers a little more in a situation like a tournament. I would have been satisfied ro get my money back a pay a small 50.00 fee for 3 minutes. Will not consider staying at a Radisson hotel again. Sincerely

The staff here were fantastic. The front desk lady was phenomenal (I can’t remember her name but she was from Kansas)… I didn’t have any issues but she was so accommodating and I will be back here.

The hotel/overall was nice but lots of little things that made our stay not so good. The sofa bed was obviously pretty old and worn which made the kids not get a good nights rest. Our “city view” was of the very loud highway which made it impossible to sleep because the traffic was so loud and the windows were not very soundproof. The king bed had 4 small pillows and we had to give 2 to our kids and when I checked with the front desk said they were out of pillows. Our mattress was very lumpy and it was pretty hard for us to get comfortable. The tv remotes barely worked and it was very difficult to use them. The positives are the hotel was easy to get to, within short walking distance of 2 restaurants and the free breakfast although basic did the job for us. The lady that checked us in was very nice and it’s obvious that they have been making some updates both in the lobby area and room. Our king suite was clean and spacious and we had plenty of room to spread out and for the kids to have room to play and watch tv in the other room.

There are several good restaurants around this hotel. Two good spots for Mexican food are right in front and BBQ options only minutes away. The location made getting around easy thanks to its proximity to I-35. A Walgreens was just 5 minutes down the road for last minute needs.

Dated, some low budget renovations in the room some years ago and the general area is old. The room had a clean laminate floor. Everywhere else the floor has a very old and smelly carpet, elevator has an unbearable stale smell. AC in the room exhausts in the bedroom and sounds like a helicopter. The smell in the room is old stale air, AC has probably never been cleaned. Room was clean, staff at the front helpful and knowledgeable. Breakfast 2/10. Only 3 hot dishes, scrambled eggs that smelled bad, sausage links that were disgusting and tasted frozen burned, and potatoes that did not try after the first two. Waffle machine, cereal, coffee and one kind of yogurt. Very limited selection and quality subpar. Juice machine had two orange flavors, one was good the other completely water down, and apple juice. Walking distance to eateries near by. Overall, below average for one night stay.

Front desk manager at checkin was outside smoking when I arrived. He was out there all night. He would come inside when someone needed something and then head right back outside. Then, in the morning the breakfast was hardly a breakfast. There was only cereal and juice. No coffee, no bagels just bread. The waffle mix was mostly water.

There was no maid/housekeeping between nights of my stay. I also fou d what looked like a ball of hair on the floor in front of the closet. Breakfast eggs and sausage patties on Monday morning were cold andbasically flavorless.

When we got to our room, we noticed a pool of water on the floor. We contacted the front desk staff who immediately switched us to another room. They were also very helpful because we required extra time to vacate the accommodation. They extended our check out time by 1 hour and did everything in their power to ensure the passengers did not experience another delay.
