Extended Stay America Suites - Santa Rosa - South

Did not stay at hotel, checked out immediately after checking in. Other guest loitering in hallways, dogs in rooms barking, people smoking and drinking in parking lot, kids riding scooters and bikesn on 2nd floor walkways, police units parked on both entrances and exits of property, person smoking inside elevator, definitely not a place where I would look into staying again. Received 1 night refund out of 2 nights reservation. Front desk person was very accommodating and helpful, the property and location is terrible.

The kitchen had stuff to cook/eat. There was a full bottle of wine in a cupboard which can totally be missed by staff but overall the room was clean.

The staff was very friendly, and the property was very clean. Overall a wonderful stay.
