It was pretty good overall. But the bathroom fans were unable to clear out toilet use odor. I'm not sure if they worked at all. We never found a switch. Also there was hair on the bathroom counter and a few bugs in the bathroom. Also I got charged $6 for the 2 bottled waters that we didn't touch. I had to call them about that to get the charge removed.

Overall it was a good stay. Clean hotel and fresh warm cookies the minute we checked in and those were very good! The couple small issues I had were that it was very hot in the halls and elevator. Not a huge deal. They had 2 .89¢ water bottles in the room that were free for "platinum" members but $3 for regular guests. And finally, the biggest issue I had was that you have to like make an account and subscribe to use the Internet even for just one night. That's pretty ridiculous. Other than that, it was a nice hotel with friendly, helpful staff
