Hotel and staff were nice. Disappointed that that pool was closed for “maintenance”. The restaurant had poor service and food was mediocre. Would stay there again but wouldn’t eat there.

Easy, pleasant check in process. Close to I-80, but far enough away you don’t hear the traffic too bad. There is more parking located around the back side of the hotel, and it is well-lit.

There was mold on the ceiling in the shower. The grout in the shower either had mold forming or it was not clean. I returned at the end of the day on my last night there. Housekeeping didn't pick up the dirty towels and replace them with clean towels. The trash was full. I had made the bed myself. it was not what I expect when I stay at a Doubletree Hilton. What made it worse I that I came in after 9 pm and didn't feel like messing with their incompetence. They offered me breakfast the next morning to make up for it but I politely declined as I don't care for breakfast. All I wanted was to get in at the end of the day and not have to hassle with anything. The carpet was not in good condition. It was shredding and frayed at the transition points. There was also a stain or two.

This is a convenient location but it is old and my carpet was a frayed and the tiles were old were dirty grout. It desperately needs updating. It's clean as it can be but not what I'd expect of a Hilton property. I'm a Hilton Honors member and expect better from Hilton.

The room was not what I would expect from a Double Tree. The bathtub had mold on the caulking and the drain was clogged, there was a used towel left on the shelf, a lamp flickered on and off, and there was a beef jerky wrapper on the floor.

Cleanliness questionable. Found stained sheets; asked front desk to change them. Housekeeping just remade the bed from where we’d inspected them. We had to go back to the front desk to get them to actually follow through. Long blonde hairs in tub. Not ours. You’d think that housekeeping was lax, but no, they knock on the door every 30 minutes starting at 830am. Sign or no. Tub drained slowly. Beds were warm, though. Front desk staff friendly, and personally went to make the bed the second time we complained. Not the Doubletree quality you think of when you think of Doubletree. Keep looking.

This hotel was absolutely foul. The first room we were given was not clean at all. There was filth all over the bathroom counters. The pillows had hair ALL over them from the previous guests. It was evident the room has not been turned over whatsoever. Disgusting. We went and politely asked for a new room, went to our new room, and it was a construction site. We thought we were being punkd…went down AGAIN to the front desk, were given a third room in which we just settled and went to bed. I’m not sure how this hotel is rated so highly. It was an awful experience. We requested a refund and were told they would make a “note” of it. Absurd.

The room rate was good. Our room looked cleaned, but certain things needed attention. There were a few stains on the floor lamp shade. In the bathroom, there were a few stains on one wall. The barn door/bathroom door only closed easily half way . Then after that, you had to forcefully pull it closed. But when you did that, it was almost impossible to open it from the inside. So someone on the other side of the bathroom had to forcefully open the door. We ended up only closing the barn door half way so not to deal with the door issue. There were a ton of scratches on the door frame molding. The Kleenex was like sandpaper. ? Brand . The toilet paper was a little better ( Angel soft brand) considering this is part of the Hilton chain of hotels, I would have expected better tissues and TP. There was Crabtree & Evelyn body gel, soap, shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom which was very nice. The beds were super comfy.

Not as nice as hoped. Many of the faucets were old and leaked or didn't stop turning. Floors were pretty dirty, turned the kids socks black after a short time running around the room. Comfortable bed, plenty of space, good price.

The hotel rooms themselves are nice. Good beds, plenty of room. The bathrooms have no fans and poor privacy (sliding barn doors). Lots of noise from the hallway from normal activity. The pool was BAD. Ice cold and VERY dirty. Unusable.

Housekeeping came to our room at 7am tapping their keycard on the door instead of knocking properly, they walked right in turned on the lights and making noises. I raised my voice and said “Excuse me we’re still sleeping”. The housekeeper turned off the lights and slammed the door. Then again at 9:45am housekeeping walked right in our room turned on the lights and I raised my voice again saying “We’re still here!!” 😡 and slammed the door shut. I told my husband let’s just get up and leave this hotel. When we went downstairs to check-out I told the front desk receptionist about the housekeeping negligence she said “ I’m so sorry for that, I will let my housekeeping team not to do that knocking so early.” They offered no refund for the stay or even a future stay credit/vouchers.

Back desk staff near elevator was rude . I asked how long the pool would be closed and she seemed inconvenienced due to the fact she was on her personal cell phone and I somehow interrupted her. Brunette mid length to long hair -late 40’s 50. Doesn’t my stay help pay your wages ? This is unacceptable unprofessional behavior Front desk staff should as ok but really didn’t make me feel too welcome when I arrived . I also called a week prior to request rooms on the second floor and they said yes they can do that for me. However when I arrived staff said they’re unable to accommodate me. If I would have know this I would have stayed elsewhere-& they probably realized that and this is the reason why it played out the way it did. Hotel was ok but you need to train staff on hospitality 101. Sub par at best

We had items stolen from our room. Earrings from an earrings/necklace set. My daughter feels quite violated that someone went through her things. I also was resting in bed one morning while my family had left…a maid let herself in (even though we had the privacy please sign up)…came in and flushed the toilet and left. I chalked it up to a weird happening, but now have it figured out what was going on. Otherwise nice place, good price and great restaurant staff. I’ve called the manager and are awaiting their follow up Monday.

Loved everything about this place. Right off the highway and next to a gas station. Has a wonderful bar with great dining choices. Everything looked very professional from the lobby to the rooms. Never stayed in a DoubleTree before but definitely will again. My only issue was our AC didn’t seem to cool down the room because of how large the room is. Had a hard time with temp control because of the small vent. Another issue (not the hotels fault), was how rude the other guests were. There was only one person working the desk and two people working the bar/dining. Definitely not enough for the crowds of wrestling parents who flocked to this hotel. Maybe a couple more employees would have helped - I’m not sure. Felt bad for the minimal employees being harassed all night.

Not sure what architect thought it would be a good idea to use rolling barn style doors for a bathroom. Door did not function properly. Shower valve leaked bad and tub was close to impossible to stand in without slipping and falling. Staff were great. Restaurant is great.
