Hot tub was a brownish green color. Pool was also dirty. There were “curly” hairs left in the tub and shower walls. Dirty tissues left in the closet. I would expect better from a hotel that has this brand name.

There were ants crawling all over by the hot tub and the hot tub was DISGUSTING! The tv in my room did not work and I attempted to call the front desk 5 times but no one ever answered.

Very clean and housekeeping staff were very kind. I wish we would have been told the pool would be closed. When I booked, it said hot tub was closed, not the entire pool area while they cemented the hot tub over. I’m glad we could use the pool across, but it was very cold and hard to go bs k and forth wet.

There was a lot of construction around the hotel which made it very noisy in our room, especially early in the morning. The hot tub was not in working condition. For the price we paid to stay there, I would have expected it to be working. The pool was too cold to enjoy. Rooms were spacious.

This was a great stopover hotel on our long road trip. The hotel was easy to get to and parking was a breeze (though there is a charge). The only thing that brought my review down a tiny bit is the pool room and the water in the pool was pretty cold for being advertised as a heated indoor pool. We only made it about 30 minutes before the shivering was too much.

There are no cameras in their only $15 parking lot. Doesn't seem very safe for the area of downtown omaha Hilton. We had stuff stolen from our vehicles.

This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a hotel, and we travel regularly. First, the pool was gross, and the hot tub jets did not work and the water was lukewarm. The pool was also unsecured as the other guests propped open doors. Where is your security? Then the shower was also dirty. But the absolute worst thing is the pull out mattress. There is food and wadded up tissues underneath the (what looks like blood) stained mattress. I called the front desk and was not offered any solution. The only response was “sorry”. We booked through Expedia and they were also unhelpful. I am just sick over the condition of this property. This is outrageous! After seeking help from the front desk and Expedia, it was too late to cancel and leave, as my children were already asleep. I sincerely hope you clean and secure your property, so that no other families have to deal with this terrible situation.

First off I want to call out how very nice every single staff member I talked to. First rate. Once you get past the lobby the cleanliness and general repair seems to be lacking. Towels in the pool area and in the room bot with large holes. Not all of them of course but they weren't hard to notice. One other point on the pool, poorly designed area. There is a small flat area around the pool, maybe a foot deep, then the floor starts to incline. Wet, slippery angled floors are a bad combo. Even walking was dangerous, I lost my footing a couple times as well. My daughter did wipe out and ended up with a severly bruised (thankfully not broken) toe. Last item, room upkeep. We stayed a total of 6 nights. The note in the bathroom stated every 2nd day. I can say housekeeping showed up twice but I ended up having to remove our own trash, go to the front desk to request toilet paper, and request the towels that had been removed at one point be replaced. All in all, housekeeping was nonexistent for the most part. Doing those things myself are NOT the end of the world but when you pay for them to be done as part of the cost the overall value of the property vs cost diminishes.

They had no cable TV the three days we were there. I went to the front desk on Friday night and asked and the guy said they were working on it. The next night went back down and I had to interrupt him for messing around on his phone watching videos. I asked again about it and he said yep no tv and it’s so annoying. Just wanted to get back on his phone instead of customer service

I definitely would not recommend staying here. The mattress on the pull out bed was soaked with urine stains. There was food trash left under the sofa’s mattress, and the refrigerator was dirty. We had to change rooms, which was a huge inconvenience, as we didn’t discover the mess, until we were preparing for bed, after a long day out. The replacement room, was barely any better, but the mattress didn’t have urine all over it.

The suite was decent for the price however it could have been cleaner. The floors were dirty in the corners they need to be vacuumed better the bathroom corners and edges need to be scrubbed. The fan blades were not dusted. We found a soda can and garbage behind the dresser and between the bed and nightstand. We didn’t visit the pool but it seemed adequate. Breakfast was fine there were eggs and sausage every morning. They could use a second waffle maker. There was no dvd player or streaming services as stated in the description. The kitchen was nice to have the full sized refrigerator, two burner cook top, and dishwasher were nice and we cooked every evening. Overall it was good for us because we were going to be out doing things like visiting the museums and zoo.

The room was filthy. We had to be moved to another room. We have a one year old daughter and she was so filthy after crawling around for 10 minutes. The dishes still had wet ranch dressing on them in the cabinets. This was not what we come to expect.

This was a really bad stay. The air con in the room was way too loud for sleeping, and it was way to hot to sleep without it. I asked for maintenance to do something twice, and no response or updates. I was either too hot to sleep or it was too loud to sleep. This was the worst stay I've ever had at a Homewood Suites.

Stayed for a concert. Location was great. Walking distance from the arena, stadium, and several bars and restaurants. Breakfast was good. Room comfort was just okay. Thin full size pillows on a king size bed were disappointing.

Very generously sized suite made us comfortable for our stay. I did not notice there was paid parking, so was surprised by the $15/day charge. Check-in time is 3, not 4 like our Expedia booking showed. Good breakfast options and very comfortable dining area.

My experience this trip was terrible. Our flight was delayed 4 hours so we called ahead to advise the hotel. When we got in to Omaha @ 1:30 our room was given away as the hotel was oversold. We were sent to the Double tree down the road forbthe night. The next day, they. Alled to say the room wa ready. It was not. Upon returning to the hotel, our reservation was again given away for the same reason. They then sent us to the Hampton Inn accross the road. The manager did not leave any notes for the night staff and therefore we had to pay full cost for the hotel for all nights.

We had reservations for Homewood Suits but the manager on duty said they were over booked and pushed us over to the Hampton Inn. Where we had to roll our luggage and other stuff across a parking lot and then had to recheck into the Hampton Inn. All after I had called the Homewood Suits at 1pm and told them we would be a late check in, I think they just gave our room away. At the Hampton Inn, we had spider webs by the bed, spiders on the wall, and a toilet that ran all night long. Very disappointing stay in Omaha.

From pre-check in communication, to the friendly front desk staff who were able to secure us a room earlier than the posted check in time, to the attentive staff in the breakfast area and at the Wednesday evening reception, to the pleasant employees we encountered in elevators, hallways, etc., everyone we interacted with was happy, courteous, and seemed genuinely interested in ensuring we had a pleasant stay. We got a great lunch recommendation, too! Top notch service, all the way around. We'll definitely look to stay here the next time we're in Omaha!

The hotel itself was nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. The staff working the continental breakfast worked really hard to clean up after people, but the breakfast itself was hardly room temperature. Around the property they really need to address the homeless population in the area. It gives the neighborhood a bit of an uneasy feeling. We did not feel safe walking after dark.

This is a great property to stay at, even if you’re not in town for the CWS! The Millworks area, although still under construction, is going to be a fun place to be. Getting to the Old Market is walkable. The property was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The hotel renovations look great! The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I really enjoyed having a full size refrigerator in our suite. Each staff member that I interacted with was friendly and helpful. It was walking distance to Old Market, the riverfront, and across the street from Charles Schwab field. The breakfast area was clean and had plenty of options. I will stay here again next visit to Omaha.

The rooms were great. Love the full-sized fridge. The bed was comfy. The one tiny complaint we had was the fitted sheet was the wrong size so the corners came up during the night. The breakfast was fantastic. Lots of food choices. Bummer we had to pay extra for parking, but that seems pretty standard for a downtown hotel.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The rooms were beautiful. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was great and had lots of variety. It’s right by the CHI centre, which we could walk to the Tyler Childers concert and felt totally safe. On Wednesdays, this location offers free dinner ( hot dogs and french fries) and free booze! It was a great stay!

Fan in the bedroom didn’t work. Had to pay for parking which is ridiculous. Continental breakfast was mediocre at best. Runny/watery scrambled eggs, sausage was burnt terribly and there was no bacon?!? Pastries were dried out and crust. Staff could barely speak English running the breakfast and acted like a huge inconvenience when I asked for more coffee to be made.
