Stayed here to attend an event at the US Bank stadium. From check in to check out our stay was excellent. It was the fastest check in I have ever experienced. What was a plus was adding parking at check in and using room key to get in and out of the parking lot and not having to keep track of another receipt. Also, son got sick in middle of the night and I had called down to guest services and within ten minutes had another blanket and back to bed. It was nice when you walked in the room it had a clean smell. Great location! Would stay here again!

Paying 700 hundred dollars for two nights, and on top they don’t give you parking space? They charged me another 98 dollars for parking so for 800 dollars staying at this hotel was not a good experience for me ,

It felt like a nice hotel until we got to the room which was just OK, except the bathroom was rather disappointing. The curved shower curtain rod was installed improperly or worn out and leaning down such that the shower curtain kept falling towards the center allowing water to easily escape the shower on the sides. The showerhead had lots of buildup and had clearly not been cleaned recently; it also sprayed hard and remarkably wide, which exacerbated the aforementioned problem with the curtain rod. The toilet bowl was stained. It would have felt on par with peers if the complementary internet service was capable of basic streaming capabilities, but it was really quite weak and I ended up falling back to the Netflix service provided through the Hotel's TV interface.

My stay was immaculate. This hotel has a ton of history and was beautiful. Service was amazing and was very clean! Right when you walk into the lobby it smells soooo good. I will be staying here in the future. Thank you!

The room was dark? We had 3 girls getting ready for a concert and only a single sink. The glasses were dirty or severely water spotted. The TV kept turning off, and then took 10 minutes to restart? At 8am housekeeping was knocking on our door? This woke up me and all the kids. Considering the price I paid for one night, I will try somewhere else next time!

Everything was absolutely wonderful. Only thing I would ask for is a little more light in the room. It was hard for us to dig through bags, find items, get ready when our room was so dim. When we get older dim lighting makes it hard to read/see things sometimes. Beds were super comfy!

Check in was fast and easy. The front desk agent was very nice and friendly. Didn’t catch his name unfortunately but the customer service was great. No valet but they had a parking lot available to guests and plenty of street parking (meter) around the corner.

It’s a great hotel with wonderful staff, but there is very little within walking distance. Had hoped to do some shopping but after driving to find someplace to shop, everything was closed. If you are a hotel snob who lives on room service and the exercise room, it’s just great. For me, however, give me a place with vending machines and a simple microwave located near a bustling shopping mall, not an artwork in the middle of nothing and nowhere. Come on, Minneapolis, you can do better (the city, not the hotel).
