SureStay by Best Western Obetz Rickenbacker Airport

Room was disgusting. Hall way was disgusting. No water pressure. Checking in the woman was as friendly. Checking out I had to stand there for over 30 minutes waiting on someone to come. I asked for a receipt to be sent to my email, no receipt was sent. The lady was rude and acted like I was a burden. The blinds were broken so bad people could see into the rooms.

Hotel was under construction so breakfast was not available and ice machine was down as well. Room was decently clean, beds were soft. A little noise throughout the night.

No room

No hot tub, no pool, no fitness center, no breakfast. 1 great front desk worker, 1 that was good, and another that always seemed bothered by anything you needed. Room was good though. But one of my least favorite hotel stays ever.
