Jet Luxury at The Signature Condo Hotel

Hotel and room was very clean. Hot tub was really nice to soak in, after a lot of walking. Botton was a bit broken for the jets but still worked. Tv cable didn't work at all and tried calling front desk & the guy didn’t know what to do. And it’s a really nice big tv in the bedroom. It was to bad. Overall, great stay.

If you’re here for a few days on business, this is the place to be. Super easy to get to from the airport, centrally located, walking distance to the strip, and clean as can be. Check in couldn’t have been easier, the room couldn’t have been cleaner, the view was great, and it had everything you needed for a week long stay. Kitchenette was stocked with utensils, plates, paper towels, and other cooking essentials. It really couldn’t have been better. Extremely excited to stay here again in my next trip into town.

During our stay of 12 days (11 nights) there was only 1 housekeeeping carried out and that too by us contacting the property through hotel.com. This property is not part of Signature hotels and is owned privately. Thus we had to contact their respective housekeeping team who would not answer phones, messages, emails etc. They only carry our one housekeeping in 7 days. So unless you are ready to clean your hotel toilet and rooms yourselves avoid booking this property. We have also made a compliant against this property on Hotels.com as they are mis-representing themselves as a Hotel. This is a flat in a tower which is owned privately and thus managed privately and does not fall in any shape or form with the Signature MGM Hotels. We had our toilets smelling, bed linen and bins not emptied for days. Even the towels and sugar and toileteries supplied only when we contacted them initially. But after that they would neither answer the phone, whatsapp or emails. Only when we contact Hotels.com to take up this matter with the property did the owner pay any attention to our needs and got the housekeeping done which was only once carried out in the 12 days (11 nights) of our stay. We would not recommend this property to anyone planning to stay more than 4 or 5 days. Otherwise the property was good and all the amenities provided were good.
