The Room where not keep up well the chair had a rip the light where rust the water smelled terrible had no pressure on the shower head towel where wet when I check in I had stay there years ago and had a wonderful room this time was not the same only thing that they have done in years is paint the build and redid the fountain they had a tarp over the room by the elevator working in the modeling business I know that mean there a leak in the roof the staff was awesome that was the only thing I rate a five star

Clean room. Staff very friendly and nice. First breakfast better than the second one. Coffee was pretty good though. Room felt damp and like there was some mold in the air conditioning unit. I think this is a problem for hotels in this part of Florida, unless you pay a lot more money for a hotel. We used it for parents weekend because prices were crazy for a similar quality hotel in Tallahassee.About a 35 or 40 minute drive to FSU.

Stayed here for 3 nights. Overall not bad, but many areas could be improved. Negatives: • The comfort of the beds - extremely basic, thin, firm mattresses. My leg actually fell asleep the first night from the pressure on my hips. • Bedding - the blanket was rough/scratchy • AC in the room - seemed like it was not able to get cold enough even though it was set to a low temp and ran constantly. • Ability to have a late check out - fee of $25 for 1:00 pm check out, $50 for 2:00 pm check out. • Pool - furniture was falling apart and stacked up in the corner, water did not appear to be well maintained. I was at the hotel for 3 nights and they didn’t even have me marked down in the correct room. I paid for an extended check out time and I wasn’t even checked out and someone walked in my room while I was in bed. I believe that boiled down to me not being registered to the room I was in. I wish they would trim the trees around the pool area so that there’s more sun in the area but otherwise it’s very peaceful
