The area is close to the Tampa premium outlets some wonderful restaurants. The arena across the road is an amazing facility if you are a skater or have one in the family the morning breakfast is great and the staff was really great to deal with keep in mind there doing a few renovations but it’s still worth the stay

As Hampton Inn & Suites properties go, this one is not up to par with others we have stayed in. No heated pool, no hot tub, rooms were in need of refurbishing, toilet did not work properly. The staff was wonderful!

We were really disappointed with this property. There were quite a few guests in town for a basketball tournament, the property didn't seem prepared for such a large group. The toaster was broken, there was only 1 waffle iron, breakfast wasn't replenished in a timely manner. Some families actually left to get breakfast elsewhere. The pool appeared to be clean but when I got out of the water, there was a film of dirt on my bathing suit. Other guests notices the same film of dirt on their swimsuits as well. The staff didn't seem to be equipped to handle complaints, they were very dismissive.

when we booked, we booked two rooms, we booked this property, even though it wasn't in a great location. For us because it advertised that it had a hot tub, when we arrived found out they did not have a hot tub, when i brought up it's on the web site. they were like yes, we know it on web site, but we don't have one. so we paid for i feel like something we didn't get in a area we knowing they didnt have this amenity would of pick a different location closer to the event we had to attend.

Young lady at desk checked us in. Very friendly extremely helpful. Unfortunately check in was delayed til 5:30 because the room was not ready. Several others did not have rooms available and were waiting in lobby area. Fold out couch bed had dirty sheets with hair all in them. Had to exchange immediately. Room carpet was dirty and room smelled very musty. AC worked great. Kids in pool late one night being extremely loud right outside our window for almost an hour from about 8:45-9:45pm. It was 40 degrees out that night. Furniture in room and lobby was very worn, dirty and past its life of use. Often no hot water at the coffee/tea station available to guests. At breakfast garbage was often piled up, tables messy, egg omelets were not even warm. Bathroom walls had smears of hand prints. Overall a very disappointing Hampton Inn. Staff was friendly, helpful but it seemed they are tremendously understaffed. Lots of hotels in Wesley Chapel we have stayed at 4 or 5 others and had much better accommodations in past. This Hampton inn is in desperate need of some updating, remodel and newer clean furniture and paint.

Overall the front desk staff for this establishment as well as the convenience of the ice rink were the only enjoyable parts of our stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of this hotel was absolutely horrible. We arrived to dirty towels, sheets and surfaces. There was dirt all over our bathroom door and shower floor as well as used washcloths hung on top of the shower rod from previous guests. Additionally we had to complain twice in order to receive clean towels. The room service came to clean while we were in the room and we politely said we would leave for a little so we were not in the way, we left for 5 hours and came back to relax only to find out our room had yet to be cleaned after all and we ended up having to leave for another 30 minutes only to find the trash left behind and full and nothing had been done except one of the beds being made. We were not the only guests to complain of dirty towels. We were not provided with any soap except the half full shower soap.

My 6 year old discovered a used Dildo underneath the bed to which my children grabbed it possibly exposing them to some sort of disease. Only solution offered at this time was to come remove it and clean underneath the bed.

Room was kind of small but functional for what my family of 3 needed as we were not planning on staying in the room more than to sleep…. Breakfast was great and coffee, tea and lemon water was always available… cups leaked but drink faster and no issues lol….close to all the shopping anyone can handle and easy access to interstate…

Hotel was clean but outdated. Rooms are old and outdated. Bathroom looks like something out of the 90's. Mattress isn't comfortable. But the hotel was clean and everything works including the fridge

This was my second year in a row with a four day long stay at this property. Overall, it was a decent stay for my son's hockey tournament. The room was clean, beds were comfy, AC was cold and the TV worked. Staff was nice and the breakfast had a variety of options. However, the mini fridge in our room froze all of the fresh fruit, veggies, and other perishable foods that we had on hand for our hockey player in only a few hours and it continually leaked water all over the floor. I brought it to the attention of staff who said they would alert maintenance, but the fridge was never repaired, or swapped out during our stay, so I just kept putting towels in front of it to prevent slipping on the wet floor. Additionally, the entire hallway on the 5th floor (which is where our room was) had no air-conditioning and the vents actually seemed to blow hot air. Not sure if I'll book a stay here for the tournament next year or try another location.

Bad experience and not worth the high price. We requested housekeeping, but when we got back after a long day, the room hadn’t been touched. We called the front desk, and the woman we spoke to was rude. She said it was too late to send anyone and only offered fresh towels and linens so we could make the bed ourselves. Almost $300 a night, and we had to clean the room ourselves? Not acceptable.

There is no restaurant or bar there, but we went to the Ice hockey facility, which is in walking distance. Great location with many shops, restaurants and bars within a 10 minute drive. Easy access to the major highways and a safe location.

The area was very convenient. Premium outlets were less a mile away, close to the dinning and interstate highways. The only disappointment was that on the last day of our stay, at breakfast time, not everything was ready on time, no coffee, no milk for cereal, no butter etc.

The room was laid out in a way that made the most of the space. It was very clean and was very clean. The breakfast was good and had a great variety. It had waffles, eggs, potatoes and a meat plus cereal, juice bagels and Oatmeal.
