Overall, the hotel was great. The location was great with plenty of food choices nearby. The room had a ‘barn-door’ style bathroom door, which was unusual. The pool was in repair. The seal on the shower leaked and the room had a funny smell when we first entered. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was good.

Housekeeping of room was excellent, one of the cleanest rooms ,I've have ever stayed in. Only negative item,is that a couple of the bath towels ,were showing their wear and needed to be replaced. Otherwise the hotel is an excellent value.

The front desk person, Shanna, was especially nice when we checked in. I tried to call down to ask about dining options but our phone in our room didn't work, so she texted us to see if we needed anything. My only complaint is the configuration of the room. The TV to off to the side of the bed so you have to turn your head or lay sideways on the bed to see it. Not a big deal unless your neck is already hurting. All in all, it is a very nice hotel, and we would definitely stay there again.

The property was clean, well kept. Our room was clean, bed comfortable. However, our floor had excessive pot smokers and the odor was overbearing. Management didn’t take care of the problem. Also, management put us in a room without cable. The tv worked but nothing to watch. Called the front desk…Ana (in training) stated she couldn’t and wouldn’t do anything like switching us to another room. She said we would have to deal with it. Made another call and asked again. This time Ana said we were rude, deal with it, and hung up on us. The next morning we asked again to be moved to another room. Once again, Ana refused to help us or offer us any alternative. Very disappointed in management. Why would you put guests in a room that they knew wasn’t what the customer was paying for??? The manager needs to spend some time with this employee to help her understand what customer service and politeness is…these things go a very long way. Unfortunately, not sure if that employee has it in her…perhaps she needs to continue to sit in the back room on her phone…(which is where she was every time we walked through the lobby)…

Would not stay here again. No vending in the hotel - so if you don't bring snacks or water with you - you are out of luck. Reserved room thru Expedia and then was charged $30 more at checked out. Front desk wouldn't print a receipt b/c I booked thru Expedia. Found no way to get this corrected thru the app - May not use Expedia again either....

Overall it was a good stay,… a little higher in price, but wasn’t busy, the breakfast was above average! My only issue was we had a family emergency and checked out a day earlier, the manager declined to credit us the extra night’s stay,… even going through Expedia to request, the manager declined! I’ve never stayed anywhere that if an issue arose ( and it’s rare) that the management wasn’t understanding and accommodating with a refund or credit request,

I booked online and when I got there the lady at the desk had NO idea how to find my reservation and was trying to make me repay when I had already been charged about $450 for 2 rooms. I was not about to pay again. I even SHOWED her the receipt that said -450 and (PAID) and she still said I had no reservation. She had to call a manager and the process took about 30 minutes when it had already been a long day and was late at night! If there are going to be new people working, they should have a manager or someone experienced with them to train them and not let loose to be on their own until they know what they are doing

It was clean enough, and the bed was comfortable. AC worked well. Parking was easy. Lots close by if you want something to eat. Breakfast provided had typical hotel choices, but coffee wasn’t great. Waited a while to check in as nobody was at the desk, and there was no bell to notify anybody that we were there. Overall stay was fine, but I’d only come back if the price was lower.

The hotel is on a busy area with lots to do yet is very quiet. The hotel is undergoing some renovations but the only odd thing we noticed was that the shower whistled. Which really isn’t an issue. I loved the comforters. So warm.
