Clean room. Very friendly staff. The gym needs a lot of attention. Was only able to use the treadmill. Overall decent stay.

The room was clean and smelled fresh. The Breakfast was put of syrup for waffles, milk and juice. The attendant was not worried about filling. No Ice machines on the floors only in the lobby. No closet in room to hang clothes.

Bathroom curtain was no to clean no extra toilet paper shampoo battle was empty and elevator was dirty top to bottom

Nice basic hotel stay. Some fitness equipment in gym broken.

Only two hits: Only one elavator, which wasn't working; only one person working at checkin desk, delaying checkin and responding to request. Also, phone not answered if no one at the desk.

Cockroach in room. Washer and dryer in guest laundry dirty with rocks and hair and dirt. Nothing to clean it with. No one at front desk to ask for cleaning supplies. Front desk person rarely there and was eatingwhen checking in patrons. Cereal was stale and bitter. No yogurt in fridge. Didn’t like pillows.

Staff friendly, Bed not super comfortable and hotel gym very antiquated. Breakfast ok not great not bad.

It was okay for the price. Easy on/off the interstate. The area is well lit and safe seeming non-residential area. The pool was either very stained or in need of cleaning - would not swim in it. Bed was comfortable but our room A/C blew very damp air (may have been just our room though). The hot breakfast was not good - stale biscuits, no flavor eggs, semi-cooked sausage. I would stick with the pre-packaged stuff. Overall - I'd give it a "C".

The room didn't appear to have been cleaned, there was hair in and on the toilet, and in the sink and tub. The shower curtain was twisted and an actually had dirty towel on top of it from the prior stay in assuming.

We had 2 rooms; 4 adults and 2 children. Both rooms were smelly like wet mildew. One of the rooms headboard above the bed was white. It appears it hadn’t been cleaned or wiped off in quit sometime. I went downstairs and spoke with lady at the front desk about the issues she came up and looked at it and said WOW!! !! She went back downstairs and put us in another room. Well the headboard above this bed was the same way. I went back downstairs ask her for cleaning supplies, she stated they were not allow to give cleaning supplies out. I went back-upstairs to the room took one of their towels added soap and water and clean the headboard off. Super dirty. My family and I was in town for a football game and celebrating my son birthday. Had it not been so late when we return to the hotel, I probably would have driven back home. Whoever rated this hotel a 4 star is a liar. The cleanliness inside the hotel rooms were terrible. The slick reside they put on the floors in the rooms are is not safe. I’m really surprised no one hadn’t slipped and fell yet.

My room was filthy. The floors were dirty. The bathroom was horrible. There were stains and soap scum all over the bathtub. It was the worst stay in a hotel room I’ve ever had. I will never stay at this hotel again. Disgusting is the one word I would use to describe the room conditions.

Bathroom wasn't cleaned at all, trash wasn't taken out and hair was all over the sink and floor. The room stunk really bad, the sheets didn't smell clean. Will not stay there again.

The room and halls were dirty. Beds were quite uncomfortable, especially pull out bed. Location was what we needed. Room was large.

The room was excellent. Spotlessly clean, and very well maintained. The linens in the bathroom were soft and smelled fresh. There were a variety of pillows on the bed, for firm to fluffy preference. The mattress was a little more firm than my liking, however it was still comfortable enough for our one night stay. The bedding was clean and cozy. 10/10 recommend.

As soon as I entered the room, I felt like walking into an indoor pool, and then, as I tried to close the blinds, I spotted a big roach staring at me and ready to jump. Walked out to the front desk and asked for the new room. Never coming here again.

Our stay was great except for one thing. We had a king size handicapped room which we loved the extra room. Only problem was that the room wasn’t equipped to handle the new technology phones, ipads etc. The bed covered up two electric outlet on one side of the bed & 2 different outlets on same sidevof bed did not work.

Everything was nice but the bed is not that comfortable.

The staff are nice. The breakfast was great. The bed was hard. The furnishings are decent other than the upholstered headboard was peeling. The rooms are large.

The room was nice. No sheets for the extra bed. The problem i had was the people above me soumded like a line dancing class at 4 am and went on for 2 hours and i tried aeveral times to reach the front desk about it with no luck. So was not pleased about not being able to resolve that issue and not getting any sleep.

Room was very musty and there was a dehumidifier in the room that was full of stinky water upon arrival. Air unit loud and overall room was old and in need of updates.

My room was quite comfortable and because it was on the end, it was very quiet. My only complaint is that the air conditioner has an odor ( especially when it was shut off).

Beds were not comfortable but were okay. Sofa bed was broken and had to find another place for the couple that was staying with us.

Our room had moisture issues. There was a Dehumidifier but it was small and i had to empty it at least 6 times a day. Beds were comfortable and a/c worked well and kept room cool.

The only thing we disliked was the king size mattress. It was very lumpy, felt like springs piking thru.

We really enjoyed our stay. Room was clean and quiet. Front desk was extremely nice.

Mrs. Debbie, the general manager went above and beyond to make my stay perfect! The lobby and my room was spotless!

I have some mobility issues. I ask the desk if I could get some help with my bag. The answer was no--they do not do that. I ran out of towels. I ask the housekeeper (just outside of my door) if she could place some in my room. She informed me that my room was not hers to service. Will not be back

When we checked in they gave us a piece of paper that had dining and shopping places within walking distance. That was wonderful to be given that without having to ask for it.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. She went out of her way to help a guest ahead of me find an appropriately accessible room—she went and inspected the room herself.

Staff changed our rate and charged us extra upon checkout.

Card was chatged BEFORE the stay. NOT pay at property as requested. Seems at least 2 attempts made to process. The room was good. Front desk person seemed moody.

I booked a king suite with sofa bed for my wife and two boys as we were staying to play travel baseball tournament. Our entire team was staying there. When we arrived and got up to our room, there was only one bed. I went down to desk and informed the staff that I must have been given the wrong room. I had my expedia confirmation with me clearly stating the room that I chose and paid for. Her response was “we dont have any rooms left”. I asked how and why would my room not be available. She shook her head saying she has no idea……she looked at the acct and said that it was probably bc I chose 2 adults while booking. I said mam, that option comes before the option to choose the type of room I want which varies in price as well! I chose 2 in reference to BREAKFAST bc my two sons would be eating breakfast before their tournament. I asked “what if I were coming with a business partner? We would not be sleeping together! It was insulting to use that as an excuse for not having my room. If it were based on the number of adults, there would not be an option to choose your type of room. The vibe I got from the front desk was that I needed to discuss ny problem with my “THIRD PARTY BOOKING”… They do not take them as priority. I tried booking elsewhere at that point and there were no rooms within an hour radius. I slept in my vehicle so my kids had a bed. She gave me extra blankets for my kids to sleep on the floor(which was not about to happen). She tried.

Check-in was given a king room instead of the king suite that was booked. Front desk clerk on duty did not seem happy to fix the error and was in general not happy answering the phone etc while she was fixing it. There is no reason to give attitude to the guest for assigning the proper room that was booked. There is also no reason to ask why a suite was needed. We book a suite and pay whatever price is assigned to it for the added space and comfort when it’s available which it clearly was when the room was booked. Having to travel for a family medical emergency for someone in the hospital is already stressful enough without having added stress at the hotel for an error that was not something we did.

Need better front desk coverage. I waited a long time for someone to check in. Another day I waited about 15 minutes for help. Our room was not cleaned daily. Towels were not supplied daily. We were not told we had to request this service. Coffee pot in the room was dirty, and it was not very good.

Nice location

We had a nice stay; however, there were some issues and inconveniences. The breakfast orange juice was so watered down that it tasted bad no just weak. There were a lot of guests who came in with muddy boots and the stairs and parking lot needed to be cleaned. The room ws fine, but aging and there was a strong chemical smell in our room. There was also a noticeable stain on the pull out couch in Rm 415. Yuck. The blueberry waffle mix was bad too. It tasted sour. The bed was comfortable and the room layout was good. The television stations were good. The facility and pool were otherwise clean and seemed well run. Sometimes it’s the small things that add up and characterize a hotel. We likely would not stay here again given other nearby options.

Breakfast was very good! Room was comfortable, bed was perfect according to my husband.

Comfortable beds, clean rooms, very kind and accommodating manager, clean pool -very kid-friendly, and the best hotel breakfast ever: hot bacon and scrambled eggs, potatoes and sausage with gravy, waffles made on the spot, toast, cereals and milk, yogurt, bagels, pastries, fruit and I can't even remember all the options. My family slept well and then had a hearty, plentiful breakfast. Just what we needed for the start of a long day of traveling. Thank you! I hope we get to come back!

Nice size room, but sticky floor, only one TV that swivels. Nice size mini fridge with small freezer section for frozen bottles. No water fill in the workout room , Average breakfast. Check out is at 11 AM breakfast ends at 9 AM. Coffee stops at 9 AM. Coffee and tea in the lobby should be extended until checkout ends.
