Great hotel with good staff. This hotel is conveniently located at the edge of the Old Town. They have a parking garage at the building, which makes it easy to park. However, they are not able to reserve parking. The breakfast was excellent and room clean and decent size. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

Staff were very helpful and professional. We had a room overlooking the courtyard it was quiet, it had everything you need and would expect from a Radisson Blu hotel (including effective air con). The bed was exceptionally comfortable and I really liked the bronze and red velvet touches in the room. Housekeeping was excellent. The breakfast buffet was good, the hotel has a small bar (also good). Nil issues and would happily stay again. I would suggest you mention you are a member at looking - I forgot to do this (I have premier status).

The location of the hotel is excellent and the staff was extremely wellcoming and helpful. Also the gym is well equipped. However, the condition of the room was not what I had expected based on the pictures and I found the room to be worn out and very basic. Also found dust and some stains in the mattress. I would characterize this as a 3 star hotel.

Hoteller virker slidt! Parkeringskælderen er lille og har ikke plads til mange biler, hvilket er et problem når man ankommer om aftenen. Morgenmaden er fin, ikke fantastisk. Lækkert man kan bestille omelet mm. fra køkkenet, selvom de skjuler det godt! På værelset er der mørklægningsgardiner, men de er ikke lange nok til at dække hele vinduespartiet. Badeværelset er en spændende oplevelse med en glasdør som virker som om den er ved at falde af, og den larmer når man benytter den. Man skal ikke være alt for blufærdig hvis man skal bo her. Hotellet ligger centralt og personalet er venligt Stort plus at der er et lille køleskab på værelset og at det faktisk er koldt! 😀

Location of the hotel is perfect for a stay in Riga. The staff could have been friendlier at checkin, kinda seemed mad to be working. Maybe had a bad day. Room was nice, only issue was the bathroom didnt quite meet the standard of being clean. Early checkin was possible for a price of 30€.

Bodde 3 nätter här över nyåret. Bra och trevlig personal. Mycket folk men för få personal vid frukosten. Städning är inte bra. Damn och fläckar i toaletten och toalettringen. Avloppet i duschen rinner dåligt. Gardiner hänger på halvstång.

The reception staff were very courteous and welcoming upon my arrival. The gentleman was able to answer my questions and provide recommendations based on my queries. My room was clean and welcoming. The bed was very comfortable. The restaurant waitress/bartender namely, Anette was fantastic. She knew the menu very well and was able to recommend menu items based on my likes. The clubhouse with fries were great. The fish and chips were also good but portion was small. The beer platter was okay, the burger with fries, and the crème brûlée was awesome. Loved the coffee, fresh fruit and omelette station for breakfast were my go to. I would stay again based on my experience.

Truly an excellent hotel stay. Amazing location, excellent staff, clean, rooms have everything you need, quiet (at least it was on the courtyard side). Most importantly, very comfortable bed. Would definitely stay here again!

Really lovely hotel conveniently located for the centre of Riga. Very comfortable rooms. The shower was a bit weird in that the water went everywhere due to the tiny cubicle with no barrier to stop the water. Apart from that it was a really good stay! Breakfast was also fantastic.

Lovely hotel on edge of one of parks, 15 min walk into Old Town. Reception team very good. Rooms spacious and clean. Evening restaurant staff poor. Sat 20 mins waiting for menu or offer of drinks so walked out and complained to reception - went elsewhere. Does not appear to be an evening meal venue as rarely saw people eating there. Breakfast another story as well staffed and good quality choice. Otherwise good hotel.

Check in took a total of 45 minutes with appalling service, stayed all over the world and never experienced anything like that. Unacceptable and no apology even given. Would not recommend a stay here.

Great hotel with great service and great staff (especially thinking of Daniel at check-in, Anete at the bar, and Daiga at check-out who all did a great job). Our room was great, comfy and clean. We highly recommend this hotel and would certainly stay there again without any hesitation.

The Front Desk staff were simply amazing. When they heard my luggage was lost/delayed, they immediately took me under their wing to help me out as if I was their family member. Front Desk Manager, Laura, personally called the local FinnAir rep at least 20 times since no one was answering. Laura also lent me a Raddisson staff winter coat which was clean, cozy and a Godsend. Mariana, who checked me on that dark, rainy night was kindness through and through. She made me feel so welcomed. The other front desk female employee (long straight dark hair) …sorry about lack of name… was gracious in giving me info of what was nearby. Finally, another front desk female employee who likes second-hand shops just as much as I do gave me great info on nearby, walkable charity shops so I could purchase an extra sweater or two until my suitcase showed up (a few days later). Thanku so much for your warm hospitality! Susie & Mitchel from Hawaii. 🙏😀

We had an exceptional experience at the Radisson Blu Elizabete Hotel. The staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. A special thank you to Janis at check-in and Elina at checkout—both went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The room was very comfortable, and we really appreciated the refillable water bottle and filtered water station—a small touch that made a big difference. The location was also ideal, with plenty to see, eat, and do just steps away. When we return to Riga, we’ll absolutely stay here again!

Just a walk through parks to the old town on an upscale street. Lido’s around provide inexpensive food options with authentic Latvian foods. The buffet breakfast is nice but really could use more fresh fruits and salad options. Strawberries were in season but absent and a lack of nice salad options was a bit disappointing. As well fresh eggs rather than using powdered eggs for the scrambled eggs should be used at a 5 star hotel as well as other egg options.

Frokosten er overhodet ikke verdt prisen, 18 euro. Det er ikke ekte eggerøre, ikke kald drikke eller god jus og ikke stort utvalg. I tillegg må man velge frokost alle dager eller ingen ved innsjekk. Resten er veldig bra. Det ville vært full score hvis det ikke var for at frokosten er for dyr i forhold til hva man får. Jeg betaler gjerne 18 euro, men da vil jeg ka kald drikke av god kvalitet. Mulighet for pannekaker, flere typer skinke og ost å velge i. Bedre brød og kaffe og ikke minst eggerøre laget av ekte egg.

Excellent property, great breakfast, close to all attractions, helpful staff, very clean. My room felt chilly, but they gave me a heater right away even though it was late at night. Would definitely stay again!
