Sorrento Flats

We stayed in the apartment. Perfect setup for a family of four with a double bed in a separate bedroom, a main room that had been set up with two twin rollout beds and still had plenty of room for a large couch and small table. Kitchen is small but has all the essentials including a washing machine. There is a balcony with a partial view of the water as well. Location is steps away from the main square, stairs down to the main port and just on the edge of the quaint alleys of shops and restaurants at the center of town. Could hardly be better. Luigi was amazing. Responded almost immediately to any questions we had and helped us arrange a car back to the train station in Naples. Even the driver was a step above the others we had while in Italy. Hope to return sometime!

The service is amazing! Luigi and his staff are super friendly and always willing to help. The location is excellent- right in the middle of the action. They have an agreement with a parking lot, a little far to walk but it is as close as possible. The only comment I have is value for money. This stay was the most expensive room I have ever stayed in and I am not sure thatvthe value for money is there; for the price I paid I would expect a suite or on the beach.

the location cannot be better, walkable to everything and the free breakfast was very good. they even insisted on taking our luggage all the way through town to the elevator to the dock. The set up with the bed upstairs in a loft was a bit odd and the stairs steep so would not get that type of room with elderly or children. otherwise, highly recommend

The owner Luigi tried very hard to please customers but I had to tell the truth. This hotel has 2 properties. The front desk is in a street without car access, which Luigi never told me despite I had message conversations on Wahtsup. Taxi diver dropped us in main square and we had to drag luggage walking in narrow & crowded papple stone street. Then Luigi leaded us to walk to the house we stayed throught the same crowded streets. On hotels.comwebsite they says they have elevator but both properties don't. Our room was on 3th FL. The staircases are very slippery. I have bad knee due to car accident. It was very difficult for me. Every day, we had to walk up and down several hundred staircase to access the port in order to get on the ferry. Luigi did not tell us about there is a elevator at the port. If he had told us, it would have saved me all the misery for 3 days. He told us above the port elevator after we checked out. Maybe for him , there is no need to pay 1.2 euro to use the port elevator but it wa super important to me. I chose this hotel because it said there is front desk 8am8pm. But the house we stayed has nobody. The 1st evening, I found there was no cups for tooth brushing. Only 2 small tea cups. I had to wash the cups so we can brush teeth. Then wash them again so we could drink water. And the next morning, after brushing teeth, I had to wash cups again so we could drink tea. Show cap is too small to use. Bathroom is very squishy. Terrible place for the price.

These flats are centrally located near everything. Luigi helped us with directions, restaurant recommendations and reservations at the beach. Quiet & very clean. Had a washer & a nice fridge. Had the best time. You need to go up 3 flights of stairs, but that is common in Italy. Really enjoyed our stay in Sorrento.

Our stay at Sorrento Flats was exceptional. From the moment I booked, Luigi was in contact with us to make sure that we would have everything we needed for our trip. He and his staff went above and beyond to make sure that we felt at home and knew all the best spots to visit in Sorrento. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The air conditioning works well (a necessity for Sorrento in August) and the shower was much better than other places we have stayed in Italy. Every morning, there was a breakfast buffet with delicious homemade sweets. The location is great, with many restaurants and the marina all within a short walk. The only downside is that the parking is around a 10 minute walk away, which was tiring in the heat. However, Luigi's staff came to meet us at the parking lot and helped us bring our suitcases to make it much easier for us! Overall, truly outstanding service and a memorable stay. Next time we visit Sorrento, we will definitely try to book at Sorrento Flats again!

Nice big room, but there is one problem it is 3rd floor, no elevator .I didn’t know that when I booked, very difficult to go up with luggage. Location is the center city close to everything.

Great stay all around and a fantastic host in Luigi. Place was clean, very easy to get to from the train station, and perfectly situated only one block from the main square and 10 mins from the port. Rooms look recently redone with a modern bathroom and an AC unit that doesn’t quit. We even got a few discounts at local stores due to their relationship with the owner. Thanks for having us Luigi it was a killer trip!

Best location, close to the center/port, attractions and restaurants. We used this as a base for traveling to Positano, Capri, etc. The hotel and room was very clean, housekeeping tidied up our space everyday. Luigi, the owner was extremely helpful and welcoming, thank you Luigi! Breakfast was great as well, the staff are very kind.

Luigi is the most attentive and gracious host, helping to set up private drivers and providing suggestions for restaurants and things to do. He responds quickly and thoroughly to questions. He met us and brought us to our room, which was very bright, clean and comfortable,including an electric kettle and mini bar. The room overlooked the Main Street which was very busy, but we heard nothing through the sound-proof French doors. I love how bright is was but you can completely block out all light by closing the outside shutters. The beach and ferry port are within 10 min walk and there is a beach bag with beach towels in the room. Great water pressure in the shower. Conveniently located near shops, restaurants, sights. Be sure to explore all of the little cobblestone streets off the Main Street. Luigi greeted us every morning via WhatsApp message to make sure we had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay! We travelled as a couple through a lot of Italy and found Luigi and his team to be exceptionally responsive, helpful and friendly. Luigi and all the team at Sorrento Flats are simply outstanding and could not be more helpful if they tried. The room had everything that was needed, immaculately clean and had a stunning view, whilst the breakfast had an ample selection.The location of the flats were superb, directly in the middle of Sorrento with everything around you could ever need. Luigi is a fantastic host and it felt whilst we were over there that nothing was too much trouble. He went above and beyond, organising us a transfer and providing us with a list recommending restaurants and places to visit. It is clear to see he has a real passion to make sure that each and every person who stayed in his hotel had an amazing time! Luigi was an amazing host upon arrival he delivered espresso to our suite and assisted us with feeling at home. The shower was amazing and the beds were very comfortable. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Stop looking for another property in Sorrento and stay here. Luigi is the best host ever!!! Sent us several communications before we got there to make sure we had all the details we needed. Great location and a quiet room. AC worked like a freezer! Breakfast was exceptional. We had dinner at Donna Sofia and thoroughly enjoyed the food and live entertainment from two musicians that popped in. If you will explore the Amalfi Coast, stay here and take buses and ferries to other towns. No need to rent a car. And this place could be called “Luigi Flats” since he is such an exceptional ambassador for this hotel.

I have never met better staff anywhere! Luigi reached out to us before we even left home to offer assistance, he was there every day answering questions and ensuring our stay was memorable, and he arranged extra services for us during our stay. Nello helped a lot along the way and is such a kind and knowledgeable young man with a great sense of humour. Maria in the breakfast room was always one step ahead in knowing what we wanted, and her smile is infectious. Mama Luigi baked amazing treats for us daily! Great location near many restaurants and shops. Walking distance to the ports on both sides and not too far from the station. Luigi was very helpful and attentive to our needs. Would recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Luigi the owner amazing. He started texting before we got there to help us find the hotel. He sent the train schedule and a video of how to find the hotel. His daily breakfast was fantastic; his mother is an amazing cook. Everyday he checked in to see what we were up to and to see how he could help. He went way above and beyond to take care of us. I just wished we would have stayed longer. He even communicated with a transport service we had set up without being asked. Luigi is amazing!!

What a fantastic little hole in the wall off of the beaten path in the middle of town. Super cute boutique hotel with friendly, accommodating staff. The breakfast in the morning was superb. Luigi was incredibly attentive - always asking for feedback and providing personal recommendations which made our trip pure perfection! Highly recommend!
