Property is a total construction zone. Tape on doors to indicate room numbers. Folding tables set up for check in. Folding tables in breakfast area. Construction workers and equipment everywhere. Lobby restrooms closed. Old food was in our refrigerator upon check in - disgusting. Plus - they charged $25 more for pet than what your site noted. We would have stayed at a different property had we known the price difference.

Room was not as clean as I think it should be. Difficult to get code for internet, had to go out to desk !! Ugh. Pool was not working. Bathroom sink spigot made horrible noise when trying to use cold water. Buffet was less than wonderful. Cold eggs and sausage. Only two of each left. Was not refilled. Decaf coffee was good but almost empty. Got two cups out. Told girl at desk that it was empty. She was not pleasant. Took coffee carafe and didn’t replace. Obviously no one was restocking the buffet. Asked the dark haired at girl at the front desk if we got a discount for pool not work. She said NO !! I asked for manager, of course they were not available. For the price we paid, we should not have these problems!! Hampton hotels used to be night to stay at. This is second hotel we have had issues with poor management

Most everything was fine. The breakfast was a little lacking. There were no eggs and there is quite a wait if someone wants toast or waffles. The only other thing that I noticed was there were short black hairs on the bed when my daughter turned back her blankets to get in bed, and the same hairs were present on the bathroom floor on the edges. I think you guys should vacuum more often. The customer service was perfect, and the room was nice overall. We also enjoyed the pool and workout center.

Very nice and remodeled hotel. Only disappointment is 1 ice machine worked and was located on the 3rd floor. We stayed in the first floor. Quite an inconvenience.

Booked a stay back in November and when we arrived we learned the hotel was under renovation and there was no notice of this, seemingly a third of the parking was blocked by construction equipment, there were no working ice machines available and in the room the mini fridges had been removed, while the staff couldn’t control this and It would’ve been nice for some sort of notice to this the staff were still friendly as could be and amazing to every degree

The room was large, clean, and comfortable. The pool was the perfect temperature and the kids really enjoyed swimming! And both of the desk clerks that I interacted with during our stay were super friendly and helpful!

When we got checked in and into our room we noticed pizza sauce on the floor and then bits of toilet paper and dirt in the bathroom The showers have the dispensary bottles of soap, conditioner and shampoo and all three of them were completely empty “breakfast” at 7 am consisted of a handful Of sausage links, cereals, white bread and bagels. We waited adound thinking they would fill the milk, juices, eggs, meat and waffles but they never did I have never stayed at a Hampton like this. Do not recommend at all

I thought the staff at the front desk during our stay (9/19/24 - 9/22/24 were all excellent. The only issue we had was housekeeping. When we got to the room initially we found spots of dried urine on the toilet seat and around the toilet itself. Luckily my wife had brought Clorox bleach wipes so I cleaned the toilet. Also my wife pointed out the mold on the bottom of the shower curtain. We were traveling with another couple who also had the same problem concerning the shower curtain. They experienced other issues as well but I won't go in to those. Because having a clean room plays a vital role as to where you stay I can say we will not likely stay again at this Hampton Inn in Troy, OH. Other than this the stay was nice.

Construction going on that started prior to 7 AM. Cable wasn’t working. Smoke alarms started malfunctioning at 3AM so they went off every15- 30 minutes and were still malfunctioning when I left at 6. The front desk staff was obviously frazzled so they curtly told me they couldn’t give me credit since I booked through Expedia.

Breakfast was good. Room was incredibly small. Only 1 chair. Shower was awful: spray was not adjustable; step-in tub is dangerous, water took forever to drain. Internet service was very bad. Could not download anything.

Your front desk clerk was amazing!! I am having a hard time in life right now but starting something new, today and finding my fresh breath, it has been tough And when I entered tonight she was calm, friendly and attentive with a quick display of your ammenties and neat things nearby that she shared over eye contact and a smile, with a smile that showed me I mattered Her five minutes of premier customer service made a huge impact on my stay and quality tonight, thank you guys 👋

Check in was so-so, like we were inconvenience. Didn’t mention WiFi or the deposit that would be charged to card. No small talk, had to get back to her phone. Check out, had to find someone and it took awhile. Room was never refreshed.

The staff was excellent and very friendly. Erin. The afternoon shift manager was a gem. Expedia majorly screwed up the bookings, and she fixed it all. I spent 15 minutes on the phone with Expedia trying to explain the situation and got nowhere. I ended up canceling the rooms, and Erin rebooked them for us. I booked a handicap room thru Expedia. There were no handicapped rooms. Expedia booked 8 rooms for one night. I needed three rooms for multiple nights. Will not book rooms thru Expedia again. The hotel waived all the late cancels for 8 rooms we did not need. I even called Expedia twice to confirm rooms.

This a wonderful Hampton Inn. Close to amenities. Staff is very courteous. We also enjoyed two locally independent owned bookstores. Troy’s downtown square is a must see.

We had a great stay. The person who checked us in wasn’t rude but not welcoming, NO information given. Not even basics such as elevator around corner, breakfast time, check out time, nothing, zero. Person in the morning awesome, thank us, asked if everything was ok and hope to see us again. There was a small hole needing repair in our room, no big deal except was worried we may get some charge on my card. Having said all that we had a great stay and would recommend, comfortable, clean and so spacious!! Thank you!

Very nice room. Breakfast was good. I didn't give all stars because the bathroom, (handicap room) we had asked for a king room. The bathroom didn't have a fan or anyway for air flow and smelled like old drain.

Came in town for a friends wedding and wanted somewhere with a pool and complimentary breakfast in the morning. They had both. Staff was very welcoming, room was clean, pool was great, and breakfast was good. I would definitely stay here again.
