I like to stay at this hotel whenever I am in Dayton. I LOVE the pool. It's big enough to actually get some exercise in. This hotel is always quiet. The breakfast is always very good.

The hotel was nice and clean. Breakfast was good and the staff very helpful. The pool was dirty. Never open your eyes underwater at the pool because the chemicals strong. My eyes still hurt a week later because I did open them once. The people next door went in and out of their room several times letting their door slam shut at 1:30 am.

We were taking our grandson to a hotel over night. We did it close to the hospital his sister was born that day. My husband called to make sure the pool that they had was heated cause that was the main reason we selected this one. We checked in and went to the room to go ready for the pool. We went to get in and it was literally freezing. Now for a 3 year old to say that you know it was cold. We decided to pack bag up and go elsewhere. With that all being said the refused to refund our money. Needless to say we will never go back and post on social media about them.

Very attentive and friendly staff. Clean, bright, well maintained. Breakfast area open and welcoming. Food was good, nice variety and good coffee. Pool was nice, good temperature, and clean, it could use an update with brighter colors, but still nice. Room comfortable and clean. Beds nice.

We have stayed here before and had a good experience. The staff is very friendly and helpful! Even though the hotel is older, it is very clean and everything was in working order. From the check in to the check out, we were met with smiles from the staff and felt welcomed. The only con I would say we had, which had to do with the other customers and not the hotel, was we could smell marijuana in the hallways. At times it was fairly strong. Never at any time could we smell it in our room or the breakfast area! We mentioned it to the staff, and they said they can’t do much about it because they have to catch them in the act. She went on to say she would check into it and try to find out where it was coming from.

Nice location, friendly staff, poor maintenance there was areas in the room unpainted, drywall fixes that weren't painted, bathroom floor was dirty and hand some hair on it. Some of the linens had stains on it.

This hotel seems like it had been remodeled kind of, but the building itself felt like it was leaning and had slopes in the floor. We cleaned mold off the air conditioner when we areived and the room was always muggy no matter what the air conditioning was doing. The beds were lumpy and uncomfortable. Staff did the bare minimum upon checking in and out, breakfast staff did a good job keeping things filled. If we hadn't already paid for the three days, I would have left after night one. I expected more from a brand I normally trust.

Upon check in staff was kind. I had my 3 year old and 1 year old with me and no one offered to assist us with a luggage cart, or parking. When we arrived to 3rd floor our room was right off elevator and had a gaping divot in the door. Off putting. The bathroom had ants crawling all over, the tub was dirty, the fan in ceiling did not work so there was no ventilation for hot showers or defecation smells. The carpet was disgusting with leftover crumbs, spiderwebs, and stains on bed sheets. We had to sleep on top of covers and go buy our own blankets. There were no hooks to hang jackets or towels and the glass window and sink mirror were dirty. There was no tv guide menu or welcome note. overall very dissatisfied and will not ever return.

Don’t know why hotels.com has such high ratings for this place. The hallways and elevator have carpeting that is extremely dirty and smelly. Our room was ok but the bathroom wasn’t that clean. The toilet paper holder was falling off the wall. The breakfast was not good and the coffee was undrinkable it tasted so bad.

The property felt old and run down. It also did not feel clean. There were dead bugs on the floor of the bathroom which gave us a creepy crawly feeling all night. Pillows were ridiculously small. We were on a 10-day road trip staying in a different hotel room each night and this room ranked last. On a positive, there were plenty of dining options and access to stores in the surrounding area.

First of all there was no internet and I needed to use my computer to sign some important paperwork and the internet didn’t work. Then when we checked in we were told that breakfast went to 10:30 and when we went down to eat it was already closed down, so we had to buy food elsewhere. These were two essentials to a hotel stay that we didn’t receive, so I can’t give a good overall rating.

I won’t stay at any other hotel in the area unless they are unavailable. The rooms are exceptionally clean, the service is amazing. Breakfast is provided but not the best I have ever had but passible. The pool area is clean and indoor. The recent re-model has created very comfortable rooms.

I stayed here for two nights while visiting Dayton as part of a two-week vacation. This was easily the best hotel of the trip. Comfortable, clean, no noise issues. Room and shower were spacious. Convenient location. Only negative is the breakfast was mediocre, but almost no hotel has good breakfast anymore.

Toilet did not work in room, when front desk was notified we were told to come get a plunger. Walked down to the front desk told the clerk I’m not an employee of the hotel nor do I work in maintenance, not my job to fix the toilet. Clerk replied with, “I’m not maintenance either my response “not my problem.” You can come fix it or give us another room with a working toilet. The clerk came to the room plunges the toilet got it working and was very sweet about it. I’d stay there again if I was in a pinch, but would not search this property out.

The woman running the breakfast in the morning was the rudest employee I’ve ever encountered in my life. She was eating the guests food and told us we were interrupting her breakfast. Was talking down and screaming to all of the guests and swearing

As I was checking in, the lady at the counter was on the phone. This lady would just gesture at me. She finally got off the phone and checked me in. The best thing happened when another lady named Kendra offered to help me with my luggage. Kendra also made me feel welcome and she offered wonderful places to visit during my stay. I had to cut my visit short due to unexpected circumstances and Kendra was extremely helpful. When I was checking out, the same lady that checked me in was rude and told me I would not receive a refund. She was not professional at all. I’m thankful for Kendra for helping make my stay nice. Kendra is professional, friendly and a joy to know.

The overall hotel stunk and the elevator was broken so had to carry bags up 3 flight of stairs. The bed was cheap and not comfortable. Hard to understand staff’s English and what they said. The hallway and room had a terrible smell to it

Staff at check in was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and week kept up. Only issue I had was I was accepted from the ice machine. Which was very noisy when being used. That was often until after 1 AM. Breakfast was what i considered typical of free breakfasts.

Excellent hotel! Much better than expected! We stayed 1 night to break up a 14 hour drive and it was extremely clean. Our room was perfectly clean (even the remote!) and the rest of the hotel was very very clean too. Very friendly and helpful staff, perfect location close to the highway, surrounded by tons of dining options and seemed like a quiet and safe neighbourhood. We will definitely stay here again!

The rooms were clean and well equipped with basic necessities, mattress was a little to firm for our liking and the pillows were flat so glad we brought our own. Breakfast bar was adequate with usually make your own waffles yogurt sausage French toast cereal etc. Did not use the pool or fitness so can not comment on that. Far as location it was easy to find and felt like a safe area to be in.

The room was great. We were upgraded for no extra cost for some reason. The only issues were that it was hot on the elevator and third floor hallway. Also the breakfast wasn’t great. The biscuits were way too dry and fell apart when you tried to pull them apart to butter them. Also they really need to get better coffee.
