Hotel Beausejour

I highly discourage people to go here. First, the place is is not great conditions and room are not clean. What is unacceptable is the personnel. Both the girl and the guy at reception insulted me for no reasons. The girl was extremely rude when I asked to work from my laptop in the bar (when the bar was obviously all empty). As I then worked at the bar I observed how badly she treated other costumers commenting on their back when they left. The guy instead, as I was locked in the bathroom (as locker broke) insulted me, kicked my luggage and called me an uneducated individual. I never do bad reviews but the service in this hotel is unacceptable. I hope Expedia penalizes this type of accommodations. To note: I also notified Expedia directly due to insults and harassment received. I hope this review will help other to make the right decision and not book this place.

Um hotel super bem localizado, atendimento excelente. Ficamos em um quarto de frente para a rua e mesmo assim não tivemos incômodo com barulho. O hotel não tem estacionamento e também não tem como parar em frente para descer as malas do carro, o que foi um pouco complicado. Os quartos também são bem menores do que outros hotéis que ficamos na França. Tirando isso, ótima hospedagem, recomendo demais pela localização e atendimento!

데스크 직원 친절한 느낌은 아닌데 그저 그렇습니다. 영어로 소통은 잘 됬습니다. 안에 세탁시설은 없어서 주변에 있는 코인빨래방가서 했습니다.(걸어서 5분거리) 아침식사는 따로 신청안했고 주변에 식료품점이 많아서 거기서 사먹었습니다. 카드키 빼면 냉장고가 작동을 안해 우유같은걸 보관하긴 어려웠지만 가격대비 마트에서 사드시는걸 추천드립니다. 방은 엄청 좁습니다. 캐리어 2개를 펼칠크기가 안되고 안은 깨끗하긴 하지만 조금더 파리 시내와 가깝고 넓은 호텔을 추천합니다. 왔다갔다하는 시간과 돈을 무시못하고 숙박세까지 내니 가성비가 좋다는 느낌은 못받았습니다. 보증금 150유로를 내지만 체크아웃하면 돌려줍니다. 지하철역 가깝고 근처에 로컬식당 많습니다.

Wonderful staff. Rooms are extremely clean and bright.Neighborhood is very cool and bustling.The shower was enormous and the water was instantly hot and stayed hot.

There is a Smell in lobby from bathroom. The room was fine besides the fact it had no closet space and no counter space.

Great location with easy access to metro and Le Marais. Small but comfortable room. Clean! Great service. Overall would recommend.

I have mixed feelings about Hotel Beausejour. We stayed 4 nights. The room was very small but that was expected. It seemed clean but had a foul odor and there was visible mold in multiple areas. We purchased some air fresheners and that made it tolerable. By the end of our stay we were really starting to enjoy the property. However, we left on a negative note. The day before our departure we requested at the front desk to schedule a taxi to get us to the train station next morning. We were assured it would be handled. The staff did not fulfill our request and we missed our train! I would not stay at this hotel again.

Es war uns wichtig ein Hotel zu finden, was per se gut zu erreichen war, nicht allzu weit weg vom Geschehen und im teuren Paris halbwegs erschwinglich. Das wurde von diesem Hotel erfüllt. Die Zimmer selber sind zwar mega klein, aber man ist nun eh nicht die Zeit da. Die Wände sind leider super durchlässig und man hört wirklich ALLES - andere Gäste duschen, reden, Musik hören…. Leider gab es im Bad Schimmel. Würde nicht unbedingt nochmal dorthin.

We recently stayed here for two weeks and loved it. The staff at the front desk were wonderful and friendly. The maids kept the room clean and fresh each day. The hotel itself is very conveniently located near the Metro stop and we found it very easy to go anywhere we wanted to in the city. There are many cafes, bakeries and restaurants all within easy walking distance. As expected in a urban hotel, the room was small but very liveable. One drawback is that there is a fire station 2 blocks away, with daily siren noise. We would definitely return to this hotel.

Hotel in great location and good service from staff. Stayed in a twin room but was slightly disappointed as our room smelt of damp and the beds were very small for a single. There is also not much privacy between the bathroom and the bedroom as there is a gap between the door. The walls are quite thin so you can hear everything from other rooms.

Cet hôtel est très bien situé. La propreté est irréprochable et le personnel est toujours disponible pour nous servir. Le seul point négatif que j'ai à noter est le peu d'intimité qu'offre la toilette et la douche. La porte qui les séparent de la chambre est vitrée et laisse des espaces vides de chaque côté. Ceci fait en sorte que nous sommes relativement à la vue de ceux qui partagent notre chambre lorsque nous sommes assis sur la toilette.

Chambre très très petite mais le plus gros problème c’est les odeurs qui s’échappent des sanitaires. C’est très fort . Obligé de demander de mettre des produits pour pouvoir dormir . Un peu déçu de même pas avoir reçu un geste co sachant que j’ai payé un supplément de 40€ pour pouvoir récupérer la chambre plus tôt .

El servicio del staff es muy amable. Todas las chicas y los chicos de recepción fueron muy simpáticos. El hotel general está bien y sus alrededores son buenisimos. Es un gran lugar por la cercanía a todo. El cuarto del hotel es muy pequeño para dos personas, no podíamos abrir las dos maletas al mismo tiempo (por ejemplo). La puerta del baño nunca cerró, por lo que no existía nada de privacidad haciéndolo muy incómodo. La regadera tampoco es la mejor, ya que no salía bien el agua y solo era un chorro. En cuanto a la limpieza de la habitación, todo bien. Nos entregaron los jabones, hacían la cama y limpiaban de manera general. Si buscas comodidad y espacio, quizá este hotel No es para ti. Si buscas estar cerca de todo y llegar solo a dormir, esta es la opción. Por cierto: el desayuno es caro para lo que sirven. Es mejor hacerlo afuera.

Aircondition in room did not work. Sink in room and not in baathroom . Could not switch on light in bathroom without switching on light in room. Central area close to public transport but also by a noisy road. Positive: fridge in room. Friendly staff.

Small hotel but very nice and worth the price. WiFi not that great on the 6th floor. Convenient walk to metro stations. Staff is super friendly, welcoming and very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

The room itself is on the small side (but I think that’s typical). The AC is not the best, and the bathroom is split, with a really tiny sink. But the hotel is cute, clean, and great location. Would stay again!

Meget lydt fra værelserne, gangareal & udenfor. Tænker ikke vinduer er isoleret, så for at holde varme skulle varmeblæser køre natten igennem. Værelser meget mindre end de virker på billederne

Small but normal for Europe rooms,clean,but needs some maintenance/patching/paint etc. Simple things are not thought up. Example there is no ware in the shower to place your shampoo except floor. Very small sink (airplane like). As typical for Europe and big city-no sound insulation.

Very small and uncomfortable, air not efficient

The room was small and the A/C was not to good. I had to go down to front desk a couple times about it. And 1 night sent an email early in the morning because we did not have A/C over night. Metro is close, grocery store close, dining options close. There is a great place down the street that makes good crepes and an Awesome pizza place on the street in back of the hotel.

The property was nice and clean. But very small. We didn't spend much time in it, which was not an issue, but the shower area is very small.

I highly do not recommend people to go there. The man at the front desk was extremely rude from the time I entered. I ignored it thinking he just had a bad day. But when I left, I asked if there was a problem with their wifi and he responded extremely rudely, perhaps it's your phone that does not work. He then continued to go on and on with insult, screaming and told me if I don't like it there, I can leave now. Since it was raining, I stayed by the exit door to wait for an Uber, he choose to continued to curse at me from the front desk. The maid was also rude and as I walked in my room in the afternoon to rest, she was there and just stared at me until, who I think was her boss, finished the job for her and they left. Also, they took a charge of $70.00 in case I would take anything extra, like drinks or I do not know what else. Supposedly, that amount will come back to me since I did not take breakfast or anything else for that matter. I am still waiting for an email informing me that the money will come back. Horrible experience and horrible customer service.

What a bummer. We arrived late, after 24h of travel. The front guy couldn't do his job? he didn't explain anything, charged my credit card 100e more for "deposit" and was not able to explain why. I don't even know if that money was taken or not since I never got the confirmation at the check out (they told me I would get an email? I'm still waiting) We only had one key. But it was a reservation for 2. So inconvenient. The room was utterly small. Nothing like the pictures. The beds were children sized. It was like a bad joke. No bathtub only an old shower which was leaking and either way too hot burning or cold as ice. Walls are made with paper you can hear your neighbors crystal clear. When we arrived we only had 1 towel. For 2. We went down to ask and front guy told us to come back at 8am because he didn't know were the towels were? Dude after 24h of travel I need a shower ok? On check out day, we were told that we needed to pay another tax of 60e, that no one ever told us about before. Is that normal? This is supposed to be done at the check in no?! Anyway, nothing good from this place. I'll never go again.

I have never received a final receipt. I need this for my business expense report. I presume there were inattentive and emailed it to the incorrect address. They did not offer to print a copy.

The room and safe were lovely! As a woman traveling alone there was never a moment I felt unsafe at this hotel! I will say it is about 45min-1hr walk to the tourist district of Paris. HOWEVER, there are many bus and metro (tube) terminal within 2min walking distance that can get you anywhere you’d like! Would highly recommend for the price and service of this hotel.

Nothing around

Hotel ligt in een leuke buurt met veel restaurants en barretjes. Dichtbij metrostation Parmentier. De kamers zijn klein maar prima. Bedden wat aan de zachte kant maar dat is persoonlijk. Het is erg rustig ‘s nachts; we sliepen aan de straat zijde maar hadden geen last van t verkeer buiten. De prijs kwaliteit verhouding is goed. Komen hier zeker nog eens terug.

J'ai beaucoup apprécier mon séjours, la chambre top, le plus le fait d'être servie pour le petit dejeuner, le moins la vue sur les climatiseurs

The hotel provides a quite small room, but it’s in Paris, so it’s one of the best hotels in this city.

Great value hotel with very charming hotel manager (and I presume, owner) who provides a superb value and varied breakfast: more for your 14 euro than in nearby cafes. Comfortable spacious room with meticulous daily cleaning to the highest standard. Fridge was useful; coffee machine provided. Modern shower and modern furniture; attractive artwork. Windows open for fresh air and heating was excellent. The area was a revelation; after 120 visits to Paris there is always an area to discover: the Square Maurice Gardette is very beautiful and there are so many places to eat and drink. Very close to 2 or 3 metro stations and the 46 bus connects well for many routes. Supermarkets very near. Great location and much less than half the price of some other hotels nearby.

Petit dejeuner non gratuit

Pulizia accurata. Hotel piccolo, per una vacanza di più giorni si consiglua al proprietario di predisporre aumentare la capacità di capienza dive riporre il vestiario. Personale molto gentile e premuroso. Abbiamo deciso di fare la colazione in hotel, molto varia e di buona qualità, consigliata.

Pequeno. Muito pequeno. Não caia no golpe do breakfast!
