Hotel advertises they have a pool and restaurant/bar but what they don’t tell you is you have to go to another hotel on the property to get to said amenities. Hotel was decently clean however housekeeping was anxious to turn the room over. Was woken up at 8, 9, and 10 by knocks at the door, even though check out is 11. Nothing to put on the door to say Do Not Disturb.

Excellent place to stay!! We arrived super late on a Saturday night and were helped quickly. The man working had just ok customer service but was sufficient at checking us in. The parking lot was huge and looked great for oversized vehicles and trailers! Our room was clean and temperature perfect. The bathroom was super clean and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel was quiet. Complimentary breakfast was fantastic!! There was an employee constantly making sure everything was full and tidy. They offered eggs(scrambled & omelette), sausage, bacon, potatoes, biscuits/gravy, oatmeal, big cinnamon rolls, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, toast, pastries, juices & coffee. The hotel is easily accessible from the highway and felt very safe. I would 100% stay here again if back in the area. The price was fair and less expensive than some lower quality hotels. Definitely recommend.

Carpet in our room was dirty. They do got to give me a key to go across to the pool at the plaza, so I had to go back to customer service and get one. Hot tub is closed at the pool. Wall paper is peeling all over the facility. Breakfast was just so-so. We stayed 2 years ago and it seemed much better then.

The pool was closed for maintenance. That is not acceptable for a family traveling with small children when we specifically choose to stay at a hotel with a pool for entertainment.

To use the pool you had to go outside to the hotel next door, wind around through several corridors in the basement, go to the 2nd floor to get a key for the pool area and then take the elevator to the 14th floor to actually swim! The staff was nice and tried to be helpful even though they were under staffed. We had an issue with the air and maintenance came right away and tried to fix the problem. It was still really warm in our room so when we left I told them maintenance needed to come again.

Very nice hotel, love the modern updates that make a ton of sense for business travel and long term stays. There were only two downsides. On the property pictures it shows a pool and hot tub, however it does not list either under amenities. If you go on their website however, it says pool not on site, you walk next door and use the Crown Plaza pool. That's where I was originally going to stay, however they said their pool was down and reviews said it had been down for months. This is a bit deceptive and odd, to be honest. Also housekeeping needs a door stop when cleaning rooms, every 30 seconds to 5 minutes the doors were slamming from 8am on. I let the staff know upon check out, not good for people trying to sleep in. Otherwise, a great experience.

One of the best hotels to spend the night at. Plenty of parking available. Rooms are always pristine and stocked with Dove toiletries. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Breakfast has a large assortment of food for everyone’s palate. I’m never disappointed during my stays here and will continue coming back.

Had to change room 3 times due to lack of cleanliness. First room looked like someone had napped in the bed and there were poo and pee spatters on the toilet seat and razor cuttings on the tub. When going down to request a new room, the maid with her cart full of garbage, etc. pushed into the elevator with us instead of waiting for the other elevator. Second room we were put in had not been vacuumed, had a puddle of water on the bathroom floor and hairs on the sheets. Once again went down to see if it could be cleaned and was told the maids were all gone and all they could do was give us a different room again. Third room in less than a half hour and because we had to be somewhere soon just took it but this one had actual poo in the toilet, hair on the shower walls and no shampoo or soaps in any of the dispensers. When we checked out in the morning and complained again, management said they could comp us $30.00… should have comped the entire bill for the hassle and complete lack of cleanliness.

There was a lot of machinery noise. Not from outside construction, etc., but from equipment in the room. AC and other facility related equipment. The first room was very noisy so we asked and were moved to a different room the second night. It was not as loud, but still noticeable.

It's a beautiful hotel with a good breakfast and good location. Our only complaint is the lobby and halls were freezing and the internet was terrible. It kept kicking us out and going back to the log in page no matter what device we tried.

This is an older hotel trying to look new. Pics don’t tell you there is a massive Crown Plaza on the backside of the Holiday Inn. Rooms updated but not done well, just sloppy retrofit work. Breakfast was low grade. Not a terrible hotel, just know it’s not the Ritz.

The gentleman who checked us in was very friendly and nice. Made checking a breeze. The room was clean and we had no problems with the property. However we stayed here for a concert, got back late. It was our last night away for the summer. We had housekeeping knock at our door at 8:30 in the morning! I answered and the lady said “oh I’m sorry, I didn’t know you were here.” How does a property not know who is in the room or checked out?!? To make things worse, I went back into bed to be woken up again TEN minutes later by extremely loud aggressive banging on our door. Two male housekeepers asked the same thing that the woman just did. When I said that she already asked and that I didn’t appreciate the banging on my door at 8:30 in the morning for the second time, he walked away from me without saying anything even sorry to go to the next room. My day off was ruined and I was extremely dissatisfied.

Reservations through Expedia for 2 rooms, hotel at time of check-in said the reservation “came through” as only 1 room. How is that possible? Getting the second room cost more than Expedia original amount. Housekeeping staff left my room door ajar after cleaning the room. There was no staff on the floor at the time so it was not due to a staffer coming back in a few seconds with more towels or something. Totally unacceptable

Magically all 3 of my cards for incidentals were declined (even though i paid for the room a day prior with one of them, and paid for gas and groceries 20 minutes prior), but was assured it was impossible that it was their system. Walked over to the Crowne Plaza and my card magically worked there. Weird.

Don’t normally give a bad review but really disappointed in this stay. The booking said would be $40 for a pet but charged $75. When showed the booking said 3rd party and will inform management but still charged the full $75. Not sure how they get away with this!!! Coffee area and breakfast was very low stock and areas dirty. No milk or spoons. Waited 20 mins to replenish. We were at breakfast for 9am and nothing left. Staff were friendly but the hotel was a disgrace. Second visit to a holiday inn express in the past few months and both have a huge disappointment. Will definitely not return.

One of the best hotels to spend the night at. Plenty of parking available. Rooms are always pristine and stocked with Dove toiletries. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. It was ok. Clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly. Couple of odd things though, such as no one staffing the main desk when we got there late at night, and we had to just sort of stand around call “hello” to try to figure out what to do. There was no bell or sign. Someone finally came from another area of the hotel several minutes later. At breakfast, there was no milk, the pancake machine was broken, the apple juice machine was broken, and the eggs and sausages were terrible. Obviously not much effort went toward breakfast.
