We stayed 5 nights. The pool was amazing. The rooms was great. Always fresh towels when we needed them. The breakfast was the only complaint. Constantly had to ask to have things refilled. They didn’t refill things in a timely manner. The quality of food was also very poor. They could improve on this area. I would definitely stay here again. The pool and spa was worth it all.

Has truck parking. The gentleman working the front desk, he may have been the General Manager was outstanding! Gee, came out and made sure I found a place to part my truck. He also made arrangements for me to have an early check in. He treated me like an old friend, not like a stranger here for 1 night. I spend about 10 days per month in a hotel. Without a doubt, Gee is the best at customer service. This will be my new stop whenever I’m in town!

The hotel in and of itself was OK for what we needed. However, we chose this hotel because it claimed to have a beautiful swimming pool and it was very very hot day. What we got was nothing like advertised and we couldn’t even use it which was very disappointing. I was also under the impression that this was in the low 100s per night assuming I was only gonna pay about 200 to 25 total instead I was charged $318. I’m not typically someone who complains about anything, but this was very disappointing.

Beds were comfy, Staff was pleasant. Place was dirty. Our room ac unit was squeaky and kept us up all night. The pool had moss growing in it. Thought it was just leaves at the bottom but nope. Legit algae. My daughter ended up with random skin lesions from getting into the pool, even though we got out immediately after finding the algae. Breakfast would’ve been decent had guests not been allowed to bring their dogs right up to the buffet counter while getting their food. Absolutely disgusting. Will never stay here again.

This place is a hot mess for $200 + a night. It’s an old hotel no elevator. No buffet false advertising. It was dirty my telephone didn’t work, the barroom floor was cracked, the tub tile was dirty, the front desk lady had her kids running around at check in, a man was in my room suspiciously when I came into room. I will never pay $229 to say here again. I going to request my money back

Trash cans around the building were overflowing and smelled like rotting food. The entire interior of the building smelled bad. There were a couple rooms with doors left propped open and dozens of empty alcohol bottles laying around them, and a man walking in and out of one barefoot and shirtless (definitely didn't feel comfortable letting our teenage daughters leave our room alone). One employee's children were racing up and down the stairs while she worked. There's no elevator. The halls clearly hadn't been vacuumed in a long time. If we hadn't past the refund deadline, we would have gone somewhere else. I wish all the employees well and have no complaints about them personally, but as a hotel chain, this has changed our view of Best Westerns forever, and we're sharing our experience in case it helps future travelers as they seek a clean, safe place.

Stay here was part of a two week road trip 08/2024. I’ve stayed at other Best Westerns before but this one tainted the whole chain for me. The hotel carpets hadn’t been vacuumed and were stained. Bathroom was poorly cleaned and had yellow/pink mold. Stains on the walls. The pullout sofa bed was torn and stained and the room furniture is outdated and broken. Pool area is covered in bird dropping, do not head down there without shoes. Breakfast was included and I opted out of eating there for fear I’d end up sick. Would not and will not stay here again.

Our room was very dirty upon arrival. Dog food on the floor, food on mattresses, hair and crumbs on counter, bathroom floor filthy, fruit stickers on counters, hair in the sheets, shower was dirty. I told the staff and they did nothing about it. Breakfast was horrible.

Absolutely the worst stay of my life. My husband and I stayed one night for our two year wedding anniversary. The room was dirty and the furniture was torn up. The bedding was full of hair and they refused to give us new bedding. The floor boards were sticking up to the point I tripped in the middle of the night. The management refused to refund us since we stayed the night. I was up until 12 trying to find another hotel but unfortunately everywhere was booked. I would never recommend for anyone to stay in this disgusting place. Hotels.com was no help either and refused to give us a refund for the stay. Won’t be using them again either.

No elevators in this hotel so know that with bags and handicap. The mattress was horrible and old. Extremely soft and lopsided. I kept rolling all night to the other person and my small spouse almost disappeared in the squish on her side. It was like two different mattresses in one. Miserable night of sleep. Don’t stay here. You also hear freeway all night.

This was a horrible stay Front desk staff was rude and unclean and very harsh I booked a two queen beds room but somehow that's not what showed up on their end We offered to pay and not only did this staff not make any attempts at any accommodations he was rude and unwilling to help us even though he had plenty of unused rooms I chatted with Omar on Expedia who said he will negotiate with best Western and claimed they wouldn't answer but best Western said Expedia never tried calling to negotiate anything I have given Expedia so much business and they couldn't help me even though I said I would pay the difference for thr bigger room and I said that to both Expedia and best Western but no help was offered I also asked for some kind of refund and again no one was willing to budge We never used the room that we booked and need a refund We ended up booking a different room for two nights directly from best Western so we wasted our money We need a refund for us to consider Expedia in the future Also this property has rude staff and is dirty and has nasty breakfast and the only reason we stayed is because of our dog but never ever again

Worst Hotel experience in my life at this place! We ended up leaving after a little over 2 hours of being there unnerved and feeling unsafe. Starting around 11pm someone above us was pacing back and forth with no breaks, which in itself was strange at that time of the night. No rugs or carpets did not help break the noise. Front desk was moderately helpful. I could tell they were uncomfortable with the situation but weren't really doing anything to actually resolve the situation or make it easier for us. They apparently asked the person to stop but he denied making any noise and then proceeded to the same pacing which made us feel like there was something off about this situation. I asked front desk to come check but they didn't. No other rooms available, so it was stay awake all night feeling unnerved or leave. We ended up driving in the middle of the night and then paying for another hotel room (at a very high last minute rate). I told front desk I would be asking for a refund but trying to talk with the manager was a 4 week long ordeal. I had to call at least 8 times to get to speak to a manager (never called me back or gave an acknowledgement to my email) and in the end after discounting my account of the facts, she refused to give us a refund. No accountability or sense of responsibility to their clients. Obviously these were specific circumstances but it makes me wonder about the Best western customer support policies. Will stay away from their hotels from now on.

Front desk was moderately helpful. I could tell they were uncomfortable with the situation but weren't really doing anything to actually resolve the situation or make it easier for us. They apparently asked the person to stop but he denied making any noise and then proceeded to the same pacing which made us feel like there was something off about this situation. I asked front desk to come check but they didn't. No other rooms available, so it was stay awake all night feeling unnerved or leave. We ended up driving in the middle of the night and then paying for another hotel room (at a very high last minute rate). I told front desk I would be asking for a refund but trying to talk with the manager was a 4 week long ordeal. I had to call at least 8 times to get to speak to a manager (never called me back or gave an acknowledgement to my email) and in the end after discounting my account of the facts, she refused to give us a refund. No accountability or sense of responsibility to their clients. Obviously these were specific circumstances but it makes me wonder about the Best western customer support policies. Will stay away from their hotels from now on.

I was super impressed with how friendly the staff was. Chef Antoine in particular was amazing with his preparation of breakfast, as well as his friendly and professional demeanor. The rooms were perfect for our needs, though the fan in the bathroom was a bit noisy. Would love to come back and stay again.

When we arrived around 9pm there was no staff anywhere so we could check in. No signage anywhere stating they were on break or would be back soon. After about 10 minutes the maintenance man came to the desk and said the clerk would be a few minutes. 39 (I set a timer at this point) minutes later the front desk staff showed up. There was now a line up. Room was booked for 6 people there was only enough bedding for four. Had to go Back down to desk twice to secure enough bedding and towels. Nice facility but was extremely disappointed in the rigamarol to check in when tired from travelling with young children, because of this - i personally will never go back.

We stayed here because of location and availability of 3 separate beds. The hotel is tired. We were in 215 and the shower door was off track. The breakfast was adequate and had one of those pancake machines. Staff were friendly. Lots of trucks and doesn’t feel safe to walk in the area. There is nothing to walk to in the area anyway. Beds seemed clean. Halls felt really dark. So a decent place to sleep, but not linger.

This place is a hot mess for $200 + a night. It’s an old hotel no elevator. No buffet false advertising. It was dirty my telephone didn’t work, the barroom floor was cracked, the tub tile was dirty, the front desk lady had her kids running around at check in, a man was in my room suspiciously when I came into room. I will never pay $229 to say here again. I going to request my money back

Room was okay the window has no curtain in the middle. You could see a big gap in the entrance door. You could hear all the noise in the room from other rooms. The breakfast was very limited and no one was tending to restock anything. The price was not worth the stay

Our key card stopped working at some point and one of the staff members (Dane) noticed and took care for us so we didn't need to go back and forth between our room and the front desk. We live 6 min away from this hotel. The only reason we went to this hotel was to swim in the outdoor pool and have little staycation. The pool was disgusting, it ruined our whole experience. We had to leave and find something else to do. The hot tub was fine, the pics are for comparison.
