Holiday Inn Express & Suites Springville-South Provo Area by IHG

We loved the spacious one king bed room we had, it was very clean and perfect for the one stay. The pool and hot tub were awesome! The breakfast was awesome! I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone!

The windows in the room were paper thin. At first I thought the window was open because we could hear cars and people in the parking lot. It was not open. The floor above us was noisy the entire night. We went to sit in the hot tub which was the size of a bathroom soaking tub and it was literally packed. Not another person could get in it. Kids were playing in it and the hotel staff did nothing. Housekeeping was knocking on doors before 8am. Holiday Inn is usually a good hotel but I was very disappointed. Especially for the amount I paid for the room.

Great stay. Nice spacious room. Larger than average fridge. Lots of lighting, which was really nice. Friendly, helpful staff at the desk. Only complaint: the pool and hot tub were really small, and both the hot tub and the pool room itself were really hot. Didn't stay long because of that. But other than that, a lovely visit.

Landscaping needed the extra touch. Weeds in the cracks of the sidewalks, driveway etc. Trash around the outside of the hotel

Great Hotel, have stayed here a few times and I'm sure I will be back. Just off the freeway and easy to find. I really liked the pool and the hotub. The pool was just the right temp for having fun. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast service was great.

My kids loved the swimming pool and the elevator, also the breakfast! Would definitely visit again!

The room was nice and clean. The road traffic was louder than expected. Breakfast was great and had everything my family wanted!

Sad to say, there were bed bugs in our room... It started with one bug on a piece of luggage, then another on the bed. We started to search for them and when we got the sofa pull out bed we found something even worst. The mattress had a large moldy stain through it. It was about 3 foot squared. My children slept on that the previous night. The unfortunate part of all of this is, we spoke to the front desk and all they would do is give us extra sheets to put over the mattress. Not acceptable! There reason was the hotel was full... how about have an mattress on hand!

Found hair in my bed and hair on the shower walls. I’m thinking the room was barely cleaned. I usually look for Holiday Inns because of their consistency, but no more.

Room was nice, clean and everything worked properly. Staff is very accommodating and friendly.

The rooms need to be cleaned properly. Fingerprints on all surfaces where it shows. Still working to stay clean during a pandemic, right Holiday Inn?!? Marriot is superior in this regard. You won’t get my business any longer. Furthermore, the front desk lady who checked me in during the wee hours of the morning DENIED my late checkout. And she did so completely out of hand. There was none of the usual, “We’d love to accommodate you, pls check back in the morning so we know who has left their rooms.” It was a flat out NO. I called the next morning anyway because I don’t generally take one persons word. And this lady was clearly cranky in all other ways and prolly shouldn’t have been anywhere near customer service operations. Next morning, a lovely front desk person said, “Oh. I am sure we can accommodate.” And guess what?!? She did.I checked out at 12:45 instead of 11 and was happy with that. This lady who took such great cares of me is the entire reason your hotel isn’t getting a terrible rating. I checked in on Friday night / Saturday during the wee hours on the evening of May 20/21. Someone please give this lady who says NO to anything you ask a new job—behind the scenes and without ANY customer service duties. And please get your cleaning team to kick up its standards. Thank you, Someone who never bothers to write a bad review.

Clean Newer Hotel, Nice clean room, Nice Breakfast, Easy to Connect Internet... The only thing is the mattress was VERY firm. The main reason for getting a hotel is to get a comfortable night's sleep. Too many hotels are putting in these hard mattresses. Can't give more than three stars despite the rest of the stay being great.

It was actually a great place to stay. The only issue I had was the bed was too hard. Not a big deal for some but for me the bed should be the number 1 thing that is great. But again still 4 star rating. Nice place

The room was very large, with separate area for pull out couch. Shower didn’t drain, bed was way too soft/saggy for my preference and the hotel was dated. Free breakfast- I did not partake though

Room felt cool even with thermostat turned up, hot water for shower never got really hot; even with faucet turned to full hot.

We were on the 2nd floor. Lots of heavy walking above us and the mattress was very uncomfortable. Felt like the springs were coming through. The breakfast was great and the gentleman who checked us out was very helpful. We would stay there again.

Nice hotel at a reasonable price. Comfortable bed, good shower, but the cable didn't work, had no access to channels or kept cutting out.

The TV needs an update as we could not access streaming but otherwise a great experience. Very nice breakfast too.

The front desk staff were friendly. We had to get our keys fixed three times and it took a while to finally get keys that work. The floors and walls are very thin so you can hear all the sounds. The beds are not comfortable but the pillows are. There aren’t a lot of options for food close by.

Every Staff member that I encountered was happy, friendly, and helpful. Check in was quick. Room service was great and friendly. Kitchen staff for breakfast was so kind to us . When my family woke up late for breakfast we hurried down stairs to eat and they waited for us to make and get what we wanted to eat and they were so friendly. I requested a late check out and they were able to help me. The rooms were do spacious. I will be coming back to stay!!!!!!!!

I reserved a king room and received confirmation for that king room. That was a major choice in selecting that hotel. When we went to our room we were given a queen room. When I called the front desk I was told they over booked and that was all they had. Not sure I would stay there again.

Very Clean and well maintained. Staff was fantastic especially the girl watching over the breakfast area. Full hot breakfast was very nice and plentifull!

Front desk person when I checked out on 11/29/25 wasn’t kind. He was rude when I told him we left the pool towels in our room - we weren’t quite sure what to do with them. He just looked at me and shook his head like I was a disappointment. Other person was nice when we checked in on 11/27.

Great room, nice and quiet, smelled fresh and clean. Breakfast was stellar. A/C was not adjustable so we unplugged it, then when we plugged it back in, it did not work at all. Intake clerk was very rude to her co-worker, waving her hand in her face and using mean language.

The staff was very helpful and patient in facilitating room changes to accommodate my wife’s disability.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel was clean all around. It’s conveniently located in front of a gas station next to a state liquor store. If you know anything about Utah then you know that’s a plus.

Close to Provo and centrally located in Springville. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Price was very competitive, would stay here again.

Good hotel but with a poor location. Right across the street from a 24-hour truck stop. As long as your room faces the "back" of the property it\'s not a problem. Unfortunately, I heard the big rigs from 5-6:30am as they were starting their day. All other aspects of my stay were fine.

I chose this property because it was easy off and on the freeway... Plus easy to locate and arriving late was a huge plus. But also had some freeway noise. Property was clean by my standards and well lit - easy to locate. Breakfast was good. Check in and out was easy... The off season rate was great... Even with the freeway noise which was there but not a real deal beaker. I would use this property again....

Coffee at breakfast (7am) was very bitter and bagel was mouldy. 1 of the Coffee creamer bottles had been refilled with a clear syrup instead of the brand on the bottle that is a creamy liquid.

Comfortable bed, full free breakfast. Lots of amenities. Clean and quiet. Would have liked some healthier breakfast options and allergen labels for kids with allergies. Egg whites please!
