We were last at this about 8 yrs ago. Decided to give it another try this trip after disapointing experience at the Crowne Plaza last week. We were overwhelmed by how exceptional our stay was, from the staff, the cleanliness, comfort of the bed and pillows. The pool was so clean and a good temperature. There is nothing that have could improve our stay!

We were in Springfield for Flattrack races. Close to HD shop & Fairgrounds. The room was always clean and smelling fresh, bed made every morning and fresh towels every day. Breakfast bar always had scrambled eggs and sausage. Little did we know but got a room with a jacuzzi which we used every night. My only complaint was goose poop around the walkway and pond. You just had to avoid it. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

In the west parking lot there are 2 pieces of rebar that I tripped on getting into the trunk of my car. I did not fall or injure myself; but this needs to be fixed.

This hotel was very clean. The beds were super comfy. The location was super convenient. Walmart was just around the corner and plenty of restaurants were walking distance. The whole staff was so nice. Plenty of free parking. The pool was so nice and clean. Will be staying here every time now.

Overall, great stay. My kids LOVED the large suite. The pool was nice and relatively large compared to many hotel pools (a little cold) though there is no hot tub. The staff was mostly great, especially during the day and the breakfast staff person who was so friendly. The night staff made it seem like I was a bit of a bother when I asked for a cot since there were 5 of us. My 8 y/o daughter gave it 10 stars.

It’s always nice to have a good variety breakfast option. Room was well appointed, and we were able to control both the room temperature and humidity. I prefer full sized pillows and the bed was a bit uncomfortable, but the room was otherwise clean and comfortable.

The location of the hotel was near a few bus stops. Also, there were many food options nearby (mostly fast food though). The hotel had complimentary breakfast; I wished that they switched up the menu a bit. We stayed multiple nights, and they had scrambled eggs, sausages, waffles, yogurt, cereal (but no milk), a few pastries, bread, coffee, and a variety of tea bags every day. The room was big and generally clean. There is shampoo and conditioner in the rooms, no body wash, but housekeeping staff gives extra small bars of soap when they clean the room. It was nice that they had a dehumidifier in the room. And I liked that they had two sinks in the room and plenty of bathroom counter space! Overall, reasonable price for the quality of the room and service.

The staff were very friendly. The entire place was clean. The gentleman maintaining the breakfast was wonderful. I loved the air purifier in the room. I usually bring mi e when I travel and this was the one time I forgot it. It was such a blessing!

6 MEMBERS OF WORKERS CENTER FOR RACIAL JUSTICE STAYED AT RAMADA PROPERTY AT (ADDRESS) OUR ROOM #'S WERE 130 - 135 & ROOM NUMBER 141. OUR STAY WAS UNPLEASANT DUE TO THE 1ST NIGHT RETURNING FROM A FULL DAY OF WORKING, BEDS DID NOT HAVE TOP SHEET OVER MATTRESS COVER WHICH MEANS BEDS WERE NOT MADE COMPLETELY. OUR 2ND DAY UPON RETURNING IN THE AFTERNOON FROM A MORNING OF WORK, TWO OF OUR MEMBERS ROOMS WERE OPENS ? AJAR WITH THE INSIDE LOCK LATCH. ONE OF THE ROOMS BELONGED TO A WOMAN SO OF COURSE IT WAS FRIGHTENING AND A MAJOR RED FLAG BECAUSE HOUSEKEEPING WAS NOWHERE IN SIGHT & SHE REQUESTED BEFORE LEAVING THAT MORNING THAT HER ROOM WAS NOT TO BE CLEANED. IN ROOM 134 THE SAME SHEETS WERE PUT ON THE BED AND BEDS STILL WERE NOT MADE COMPLETELY. WHEN INFORMING THE FRONT DESK THEY WERE NOT REALLY CONCERNED AND HAD NO EXPLANATION WHY THESE ROOM DOORS WERE LEFT OPEN. I HAVE A VIDEO OF HOW BEDS WERE NOT MADE.

My wife and I arrived in town at noon for a family gathering and decided to check-in early to be sure our room was secure for our return in the evening. Although our room was not ready at that time, we were given a set of keys to make our arrival later much easier. When we returned to the hotel at 7pm that evening, we found that our room was not ready and had not been touched by housekeeping at all. I went to the front desk for help. The desk clerk was very apologetic for the inconvenience and immediately gave us another room, including an upgrade to a Jacuzzi room. We later enjoyed the indoor pool which was absolutely wonderful. The continental breakfast the next morning was hot and delicious, with a good variety of items. The room and common areas of the hotel were very clean. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

If you're local or in the surrounding area be prepared to have an extra 150 in your account. According to the lady at the desk the locals wreck the place and are required to pay a 150 dollar deposit. You will get it back. But, paying more for a deposit than a room isn't ideal for business. I'll just stay somewhere else next time. Seems more like policy to stop those with lower incomes from staying there.

The best experience that I have had at a hotel in 19 years. Great staff top to bottom. Everything was clean, pool was clean, pool towels were stocked. The breakfast was very good. The lady that was taking care of it kept everything clean. She even greeted people upon entry to the area and when leaving. A desk employee even asked if I needed help moving our personal items.
