Location of this motel, 10/10. That’s as good as it gets. Three issues: First, hidden fees. I saw on hotels.com there was an added $17.50 per day charged at the property. They failed to mention $20 per day to park. That added up to be a way bigger charge than expected. How is it not criminal to leave your cost a mystery, until you’re standing in the lobby? I did NOT agree to that, yet have to pay, or park off the property & Uber to the motel, & pay for parking elsewhere. Awful, to do to people. Why? Second: “Full kitchen” advertised. Not a single plate, bowl, piece of silverware, nothing in the cupboards. Fridge & microwave were nice. Heat up your leftovers on some cardboard, cause there’s no plates. To Silver Spray: hit up a Goodwill & buy a set of plates & forks for like $5. Guests will appreciate it. Three: I paid extra for a mid-grade room, yet was banished to the corner back alley. The worst possible room location. I didn’t have it in me to go start trouble at front desk. Just made note, and will remember when I’m booking next time. Which will be elsewhere.

The workers are only nice to Spanish people. The breakfast lady told me not to eat all the food because she was saving it for someone else. The roaches were everywhere and no fork or plate to eat on in room. The said pay for parking or get towed. But there are 5 parking garages next to there hotel. And only 1 small pool. Not 5 as the stated. I want a refund. It will not let me upload pictures. The outside tables have never been cleaned.

The property is in a great location but its trash. Dead cockroach in the fridge, walls and baseboards need to be painted, the bathroom needs work and thats a start. You have to walk a few blocks away to check in and on top of the high rate for what you get they charge $17 service charge, not sure what thats for, and $19 to park in front of their buildings. The location is great and listening to the neighbors having fun at 4am and then sharing the smell of oot as i left ended the stay nicely.

Deceiving practice with Expedia in conjunction with the hotel. Why? Had to pay for parking which Expedia did not specify. In addition, also had to pay extra hotel fees. If these fees were indicated at booking, I would not have booked. I believe I deserve a refund.

It was Valentine’s Day so it was extremely busy in the office with a line all day. However, the front desk staff was friendly, calm, and helpful. The lock on the door to our room was broken so they didn’t make me wait again in line and assisted me with a new room in the same building. Great value for the money, spacious clean room, close to easy boardwalk access and restaurants.

The area is nice, and it’s well located, but the bathroom was dirty, the floors were not clean, and there was hair on the sheets and towels. The room was in decent condition, but everything is old. I got extremely uncomfortable with the cleanliness of the bathroom and room in general, so we bought a bunch of cleaning supplies and cleaned everything before even opening our luggage. The street where it’s located is extremely busy, and in fact, we witnessed two accidents right in front of our room in the first hour of the new year, one of which was fatal.

Roaches Roaches Roaches. DO NOT STAY UNLESS YOUR OK WITH COCKROACHES. We arrived fine, then read sign that says go to main office 2 blocks down the street. When I checked in they gave me keys to a room I didn’t book at a different hotel. When I didn’t accept room they placed me in another room at a different hotel again. Fine, spent the night. Following day saw roaches all over my snacks. There is a roach breeding ground in big crack under bed. Had to seal it with wet toilet paper to be able to sleep there another night… GROSS

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience at all at this place. Location to beach was the only positive thing. After night 2 my air conditioning as well as bathroom power outlet and lights gave out. They moved me to an even smaller and poor room. This room had the most uncomfortable bed, was dated, smelled even more musty than the first and was a lot smaller with no kitchen access. I paid for a King bed and kitchen and loss both after day 2. It was an unpleasant experience and the walk to check in at the attached store was up the street so that was annoying and not safe as I was travelling alone. My key card didn’t work multiple times and again had to walk up the street to get this fixed. Frustrating all around. I bought a few items at their little convenience store and was outdated over a year. Very low quality. Also had several cockroaches in the room and bugs aren’t cool. My honest experience.

Called the day before to ask that I pay in cash. They said no problem , when I arrived they had already charged my credit card. Noisy neighbors upstairs lots of running around . (Get a 2nd floor toom) People in the Courtyard right by my bedroom window, loud talking late at night. I asked them to please be quiet , they ignored me.

I will not be staying here again. I will also be writing a Google review on this experience as it was not in line with what I paid and expected: - the office was located blocks from the property and most of the area was flooded due to the rain - there were around 8 people in the small cramped office that were not there to check in but loitering around and the office staff needed to be prompted to remove them in which an argument ensued - sketchy, vagrant type people were just walking around the property that made it feel not safe - consistent and loud honking of cars around the building of partying people throughout the night made it impossible to rest (from 11pm to 4am) - people right outside my door smoking drugs - internet not working - television not working (after the staff came out to assist) - internet and TV impossible to enjoy due to slow and interrupted displays (speed 5 mbps) - Parking Fees - additional monies levied also when I checked in - when checking out staff asked me for a receipt and then presented a negative disposition when I asked about the pricing that was listed (asked for an explanation of the charges) Along with the deposit, this stay totaled well over a regular listing for a 3.5 star hotel in that area for the night (deposit not included). Next time I will just spend that amount to stay in a better hotel. This was definitely NOT WORTH the monies paid. Worse stay that I have had in that area.

Tolerable for one night.

The property is an bit outdated, but a fantastic location. The floors were not very clean, and there weren’t many towels in the room. That being said, the room had a lot of amenities - fridge, microwave, and mini kitchen. For the price, it was a pretty good value.

Ohhh very poor hotel; but okay, it's a two-star, so you get what you pay for :P And just not feeling safe when walking around the hotel at night, as a female. Customer service was atrocious - it was late at night and I was walking alone and having trouble locating the hotel's main office (because all the units are sprawled out and there's not clear signs), and the customer service person was so cold and rude, he just hung up on me. On the positive side, the bed was comfortable, and generally things were clean and well-arranged in the room itself.

The first night, we didn't get a room like our reservation and we had to fight with the office to finally get them to agree to transfer us to the room we had reserved. The office is understaffed and it takes a long time to get served. The hotels are very old and poorly maintained.

We absolutely love it here. The people are so nice and help you when you need assistance. All of their properties are literally 30 seconds from the beach which has a live band from Wednesday-Sunday. They also serve breakfast everyday. I will definitely be back.

i was told to come in the morning and i would be able to pay a fee to check in earlier, i arrived at the time specified and was not able to check in till 4 (the original check in time ) at 4 i stood in the check in office for 30 minutes almost an hour before getting service. very slow and inconsiderate.

This property, the other properties, and the staff are my home away from home and second family. PLEASE be patient as they sevrvice over 22 properties. Maria is my favorite do not go in there giving her and anyone a hard time... especially if I'm in the lobby with you..I will fuss you out for them..the Breakfast attendant/ manager os strict for a reason. So do not give her a hard time either......she is NOT your mother, servant, maid..etc ..keep it cute on her time.

Staff is nice and friendly! Location is great! But amenities, safety, breakfast, is a mess… there is no room service for cleaning purposes. Parking is very limited my car got hotter in the bumper in the parking because it’s very small.

Nice place to stay for a few days. Studio room works well for a couple. Would recommend expanding check in building/staffing for check in and offering healthier options for breakfast, it was mostly bread and cereal.
