A marv place to have as a base when you´re visiting Derry! The respond from the staff felt so friendly and more like I was a part of a family! :) You reach the center within a 7 min walk. The including breakfast is unusual comparing to other hotels where you have to pay extra. This one was marv! I was traveling with a car and the road outside the Hotel could be a tricky to find a space when it is also used by people living on the same street. Otherwise, I´ll of course visit Serendipity for my next visit in Derry!

I was in Room 2. The cleanliness in the bathroom was bad. Shower area had NUMEROUS places with black mold. We did not notice the mold until in the morning after daylight. When we took a shower the water seal on the shower leaked out on the floor. The flooring is tile and appears to be buckling up on the edge of the shower pan. The transition from the bathroom to the room is unfinished. I took photos to support my claims and will produce copies of the photos if requested. Parking is a situation where if you get a spot you are lucky.

We had a large room. Cleanliness was just OK (carpet, linens, window treatments were a little musty). But staff was kind, and the bar, restaurant and outdoor deck were amazing. Lively, well decorated and with a wonderful view of the city. Breakfast was great, with both buffet items and hearty hot breakfast. They catered to my gluten-free and dairy-free requests. We were able to find ample street parking in front of the B&B for our rental car. Note: The later you arrive, the less parking there is.

Easy street parking and easy check in. Easy walk to walled city. Also easy walk to restaurants and we found a pub with open mic nite that was fun and friendly.

The double room we had was tiny as was the bed. Breakfast is a simple continental one. Location from town is ok, parking is on the street so be sure to get there before the residents finish work. Overall it was cheap and cheerful. If we were staying more then 1 night I would find something a bit more spacious.

Excellent location to avoid city center, was very quiet, small room but had everything you need, short very do-able walk to city centre, staff were all very kind and helpful, on-street parking but was not a problem getting a spot. But even better than all of that for us was the bar and patio in the back. So cozy and beautiful with a spectacular view of entire city. And at night the view is stunning with city lights.

Loved our stay here! Staff were nice, friendly and helpful! Breakfast was great! If there’s one gripe, I have to say was that the shower head in our bathroom was leaking hard so we needed to tone down the water so as not to have the water get out of the shower enclosure, otherwise the bathroom would have been flooded . But other than that, our stay was terrific and I highly recommend this B&B.

But other than that, our stay was terrific and I highly recommend this B&B.

Very nice place to stay, on Arrival room was quiet cold and had to turn on rad. Forgot to turn off and room went to other extreme at nighttime. There seemed to be only one setting. We had selected this place partially because of breakfast included but in the morning we discovered that it was on continental breakfast and hot breakfast was an extra charge. Now the hot breakfast was good quality and value. Other than these small things it was very cosy, friendly spot to stay and great location for matches in either Celtic park or the brandywell.
