The pillows in this hotel are god awful. Think of the lumpiest pillow you've ever experienced, and then imagine it worse. Have you ever had poorly whipped mashed potatoes? It's quite similar to that, which may be a good thing if you're one of those people who likes lumpy mashed potatoes. There is also a limited amount of parking so it can be difficult to get a spot if you're coming back to the hotel late at night. Aside from this, great spot and affordable.

Beds are a little too soft. I appreciated having my room actually on the parking lot side as it is quieter than on the East side facing freeway. it gets noisy. Check in easy and friendly. I didn't eat the breakfast this stay but grabbed hot water for tea. Pool was clean and pleasant at 6 pm on a Saturday evening. Parking easy and well-lit.

Room was carpeted with dirty carpet which showed flooring online booking room reservation room air felt moldy and hard to breathe. Both my partner and I left feeling sick. Shower was not working properly and was not clean. Ac problems and huge humidifier in the room that kept us up all night would not recommend staying here!

After having to deal with the trouble with Golden Host Resort, it was the spur of the moment reservation with Best Western Plus, I was very pleased with the cleanliness and quality service! Room was clean, breakfast was great and so was the staff! Property was well maintained! I will surely visit again! Keep up the great work Best Western! ☺️❤️😃☺️

Breakfast was excellent, all employees were helpful and cheerful, the whole place smelled clean and was the cleanest room we ever slept in. Loved the hard floor, makes it so much cleaner.

This hotel is very well maintained, very clean, smells very good, rooms are clean, very spacious and comfortable, it offers free breakfast with many more options than other hotels, we happened to stay during easter weekend and the hotel was beautifully decorated according to the holiday observed, the pool is kept clean with no leaves in the water and most importantly the staff is very attentive. i would definitely recommend this hotel

The issues were that there was hair (not mine) all over the bathroom, which gave an impression of uncleanliness but I feel it was cleaned prior to my stay. I did not know the property was under construction, and it was going on two doors down from my room. My room was very loud form the air conditioner and dehumidifier combined and I felt I should not turn either off because the temperature would then get uncomfortable. All in all, it was a positive experience, but could stand to be improved.

Pros: Fairly clean room. Spacious room. Quiet. Mini kitchen. Washer N Dryer. Free Tesla EV charging. Cons: Carpet in rooms, Dehumidifier in the room was full of water. Had to manually clean the air filters for both AC wall unit and dehumidifier, gross. Medium roach hallway wall, hallway carpets extremely perfumed order.

We were pleasantly surprised at the size of the room, which is great for a family. It was clean & comfortable & offered a microwave & refrigerator. We were there for a horse show & plan on using this hotel for all our future competitions. The price was equivalent with the surrounding hotels, which we have stayed at, and found the Best Western to be the best one for that price point. We recommend to anyone needing to stay in Venice.

The toilet was clogged, and there was no maintenance staff until the next day. They didn't want to change my room until the dirty water with poop started gushing out of the toilet onto the floor. Then I asked for more towels for the new room, and the lady at the front desk had a bad attitude. The shampoo and body wash containers were empty. The television didn't have cable service. The entire hotel is old. They should tear it down.The breakfast was very poor quality.I paid almost $500 for two nights in a very poor-quality hotel. I felt ripped off.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. We however, experienced several inconvenient and unfortunate events during our stay that left me not overall happy with the hotel. Our first night shortly after checking in and getting unpacked, we discovered that the toilet was broken. Since it was already evening time and maintenance was already gone we had we ended up switching rooms. The second room was not as nearly as nice as the original room so we switched once again. The third room was nice however we had absolutely no water pressure in the shower. It was like trickling out. maintenance came the next day and switched the shower head for us, which left us with better water pressure. Every night when we returned, our room key was deactivated and one of us had to go down to the lobby and get our key reactivated after a long day being at the beach and out with family. You can imagine how frustrating and annoying that was.

I was very pleased with my recent stay. I was in town for 4 nights for work and I would highly recommend this location to other business travelers. I rented a king room which was spacious, well equipped ,updated, and very clean. Staff was friendly/helpful, breakfast was good and plenty of options, the pool was clean and the location was really convenient/located near the highway and plenty of food/shopping in the area.

Having travelled the world, I have stayed in a wide variety of places from luxurious 5-Star resorts to nasty roadside motels. It is easy to see that the entire team at this establishment take pride in their work. The hotel was immaculate and in good repair. The complimentary breakfast was better than most. I highly recommend this place.

Large room, comfortable bed, nice towels. After we came back from dinner there were cookies at the front desk, that’s a nice touch. Breakfast was wonderful, pancakes and waffles plus eggs and sausage. I don’t know what they are spraying but this hotel smelled amazing.
