The room was clean, but the beds were not great. Cheap mattresses. I booked this hotel through a third party. I booked this specific hotel because it supposedly had a hot tub. No hot tub exists at this facility. Very disappointing. The staff member said that they have no control over the publication of the amenities on the website. I asked for a discount, but because I booked with a third party this was not an option.

Terrible room, small and pokey extra,extra loud air con unit. Old badly sprung uncomfortable mattress. Our room, 207, needs the air con unit and bed mattress to be changed. Did not sleep all night. Hampton Inn need to inform that the room is small and pokey before booking

Your technology told me that my reservation didn’t go through please try again, so I did. When I went to check in they said I had two rooms and couldn’t do anything for me because I booked through you. I booked the room 2 hours before check in. That isn’t right

The hotel was decent for the area - we were in town for a wedding, the road noise was pretty noticeable and there was no nightlife to be spoken of anywhere around here. There is only an Applebees attached to another hotel that closed at 11….not one bar anywhere close. Breakfast was good and beds were comfortable enough. For one night we couldn’t complain!

Wonderful place to stay! They have everything you need with Walmart in walking proximity. The staff are wonderful; kind, caring, and always helpful. They do their best to ensure your stay is great. I appreciate this hotel; very clean, comfortable, and peaceful! This is the only place I stay when I visit the city of York, Nebraska.

Room was great. Breakfast eggs and meat were cold. Lots of traffic jams at breakfast because of the way the food was arranged (waffle iron and toaster in the same corner).
