The location was convenient. I did not use any amenities like the pool. I was disappointed to have a second floor room when I requested a ground floor room. No elevator to haul my bags to the room. I was also disappointed in the breakfast offerings. No fruit or yogurt. The price was right but I may spend a little more to stay next door on my next trip.

Two story hotel with only stairs. That can be OK but I think it's important to know. Breakfast area was very well stocked! Better than a lot of 2 star hotels. Staff were friendly and helpful.

This place is very old and outdated. Everything is stained, carpet, sink, toilet, etc. The pool was closed. Looks like it’s been closed awhile. It was awful. I can’t figure out why anyone rates this place so high.

We had been packing and moving and then drove for 6 hours. We wanted a hot shower and a comfortable bed. There was no hot water when we checked at 11.30 p.m. and there was still no hot water in the morning. While the family running the place was nice, the breakfast was lacking and we went to McDonald's instead. I will not stay here again.

there was no eggs or any kind of meat at the breakfast bar and the parking lot was pretty tight to get around in when alot of vehicles there, the door on the bathroom didnt stay shut, the refridgerator wasnt cold, and the rooms were not very quiet. shower head in the bathroom was mounted way to high for anyone, especially if you happen to be in a wheel chair in a handicap room! which we were not in a wheel chair.

This was a former major chain property that has now been sold to an independent owner and operates under its new management and name. The property is clean and well maintained. Very quiet and fairly priced. Cons: no elevator and pretty much cereal for breakfast.

Smelled like smoke and its infested by roaches there in the bathroom and on the wall. I would have left but after being on the rd for 13hrs I was to tired to change rooms or get a different hotel. Terrible place don’t go unless you absolutely have too.

At 11 o'clock, there were four guys wandering in the parking lot, 2 drinking beer, hallway was filthy, sheets were stained, room smelled like death, worst ever, and we immediately turned around and gave the key back and left. First time I've ever felt that was necessary. Hopefully Expedia will refund.

The Roach Motel. Awful, trash empty bottles in room behind night stand. Dirty toilet, needs a scrub brush! Had to figure out shower controls reversed, scald hazard. At breakfast, roaches on wall near counter. Threadbare sheets. Staff removed trash, said oh sorry did not care about anything else. Room had smoking odor.

Everything was a bit run down. Worst part was our room smelled musty, felt humid, stinky. Towels were so old and worn and stained. We got there so late we just needed to sleep otherwise I don’t think we would’ve stayed.

I liked that there was slot machines in the facility. That was different, but cool. When we arrived in our room, there were dog prints on our bed spread, and the floor had some crusty stains on it (maybe from food, or maybe throw up that wasn't cleaned fully). The bathroom wasn't very clean either, along with 2 out of 3 clean body towels. Fortunately we were not hanging out in our room, and just there to sleep. The smell of moth balls in the entire hotel was less than desired as well.

I did not feel I was secure in my room as the door was too small for the opening and you could see out to the hall along the side. The door itself felt very light and not very solid. Bfst was ok.

This place need some TLC. Carpet coming into the room is torn and bear to the floor. Strainer in the sink faucet is spraying water all over. Water is spraying the wall in the shower from above the shower head.

Very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Beds are on metal bases and metal springs, so they make a noise every time you sit on the bed. Walls are very thin and you can hear people coughing or talking in adjacent rooms.

The room was very clean and well decorated. The service was good and it was an easy and fast check-in, by a friendly staff member. There is a room for breakfast, but we didn't eat so I'm not sure what the breakfast offered. We enjoyed our stay. The one drawback was the queen beds in our room were too hard for our liking and not much depth to the mattresses, but slept ok regardless.

Victorian Inn appears to be family run. Good parking. Friendly staff. Check in was quick and efficient. The room was clean and updated. First look was impressive. The bathroom was OK, the tub is getting tired. Initially I thought it was dirty but actually it’s worn. Still works! The water pressure was great. For the room - If anything they could occasionally pay more attention to the corners, but overall, it was clean. High speed Wi-Fi was excellent. They had a nice breakfast area with good selection for that type of breakfast. If I have to say anything on the downside, they need to clean (inside & out) the windows in the front entrance/reception area. They were not clean and on driving up, I didn’t know what to expect inside. Also, they must clean the window (inside & out) in the breakfast room. Other than that, we were happy with our stay, and will stay again. It is a budget friendly place. I’m sure they are doing their best and maybe need a little direction here and there.

We rejected the first room we were shown as it was dirty and smelled. The second room we were offered was no better and in addition only 1 of 3 lights worked so we decided to move on. Manager told us we would have to contact Expedia for a refund however despite the booking being advertised as fully refundable he is refusing to authorise any repayment. Crooked or what?

The front desk agent was good. He had trouble with the check in so he called his manager to come help him. The manager arrived and he didn’t even acknowledge us or say welcome to the Victorian inn. He had a drink in his hand and when finished with the agent, he walked away without saying anything. The agent looked he wanted to apologize, but he didn’t. Probably not going to stay there again,

The staff did not care that the toilet ran water a long time and was very noisy people were banging on walls it was very noisy you could hear kids running in hallway and yelling the beds were extremely hard and we had to wait for 20 minutes to get checked in before the guy would wake up and cone check us in

Very convenient to the interstate. The room was comfortable and had plenty of space. There was a small breakfast, but light on the selection. The bed was fine, they may need to work on the pillows a bit. All in all it was worth the money and ultimately for me that is the bottom line.

The staff was very friendly. They had good options for breakfast of waffles, yogurt, cereal, juices and coffee. Our room was ok it was cleanish. Not horrible for just a quick night’s sleep. I would stay here again.

Although they’ve painted and updated furniture, the cleanliness is bad. Literally had boogers on the bathroom wall and the floors are disgusting. Breakfast is pure carbs and sugar. No protein at all.

The room and hotel was very clean. Older rooms that show some where but clean and a good option for the price! Breakfast was bagels, yogurt, cereal, waffles, boiled eggs.
