Room and location was good. Stove and dishwasher didn’t work. Hot water in the shower not always working.and it’s cold winter so we couldn’t have shower because hot water was cold. The staff in reception wasn’t help, always said “ I don’t know” and wasn’t friendly at all.

There was construction onsight that was Happening throughout our entire stay that started as early as 6 am. We had to bring up our own towels and blankets upstairs and take out our own garbage- no room service was provided . The room that we booked was not the room they were going to give us they told us they had multiple variations of that type and was planning to downgrade us until I had showed them that hotel.ca and their website shows the same room type with the stairs then only they gave us the right room

My sister and I were going to both London and Paris. I was looking for a hotel with a kitchenette. I found the Citadines in Trafalger Square and looked for same company in Paris. Unfortunately, when I looked, all the locations did not come up, or I would not have chosen the Citadines Oprea House. I would have chosen one more centrally located. Having said that, the staff was friendly and check in was easy. The room was big enough and had the conveniences we were looking for. At first glance the room looked clean enough, but when I knocked a glass of water off the nightstand and swiped it up, the floor under the bed was dirty. Overall our stay was fine.

FYI to any future traveller this venue does not clean their rooms for the duration of your stay and although the room is clean it does not warrant the significant premium paid. In hindsight I should have paid $200 more to stay at the Marriott on the champs elysees

All in all my stay here was great, the only isse was the smell of our bathroom. No matter what spray of how we cleaned it, it had this smell. But not to sound rude, visiting France my family and I noticed how most of their bathrooms were not very clean so I guess having a smell was not the worst thing we bumped into. At least the floor and toilet area in our room was clean.

The positive to this hotel is the location it is very convenient for the Metro and we were able to see all of the Paris sights easily. The area nearby has some nice restaurants and it is close to The Louvre to walk. Unfortunately our room was very noisy which is not great for 6 nights sleep. Overlooking a bar that stopped serving at 22.30 but people continue to chat until much later. Also next to the stairwell so door banging in the night. We have stayed at Citadines before and always been happy but found this one to be less hospitable. Housekeeping was only every 3 days which was fine, and it was possible to obtain towels in between times. However there was no replenishment of room comforts after 3 days -which surely would be the case if only staying for a shorter stay. We did not get given any new tissues and at the start of our stay there was only about 6 in the box so it was empty, only one coffee pod for 2 provided as a "welcome" people. Reception staff helpful.

スタッフは大変親切でした　問題は壁と天井の防音が不十分で隣室と真上の部屋の泊り客の出す音が深夜から響いて睡眠を妨げました　ドアを閉めるのに二段階になっているのも原因の一つだと思います　それから泊まった部屋のエアコンか上手く機能しませんでした　部屋は清潔であり受付にスタッフが常駐していることが安心感にも繋がっていたので、このような判定をするのはとても残念です

I booked this hotel thinking I had the room in the photo. But it was much smaller. For 3 nights it was too small. The bed was as hard as a piece of plywood. That being said, the location was perfect, within 2 minutes of a metro. The area was very safe.

I have previously stayed at Citadines Opera in a studio for 6 nights, which was comfortable for one person though I think it would be a tight squeeze for two. This time I had to book the Coutre Suite for one night as it was the only room available. In comparison to the studio, I thought the Suite overpriced and underdelivered. While exceedingly spacious, the décor had odd touches such as a dressmaker’s dummy, not overly comfortable seating and an outlook across a not particularly attractive courtyard to a building undergoing renovation. On the plus side staff were very welcoming and helpful and the Suite was well maintained.

The studio was small, comfortable enough for one person but a squeeze for two particularly if staying more than a couple of days. The room and kitchenette were well appointed to allow for simple self-catering. The general décor was serviceable but nothing fancy. A negative was the plastic cover placed over the mattress, under the bottom sheet. It made for an uncomfortably sweaty and noisy sleep. At my request staff kindly removed the plastic mattress cover. All hotel information is accessed by a QR code, convenient for the hotel but not necessarily the guest who might what to quickly access simple information without having to resort to ones phone etc.

If I point out one problem, there is no dining table in the room. There is a space for a small table in the room. バス付きを希望していたところチェックイン時に一泊50ユーロアップとの話を聞きました。承諾してアサインされたのは上層階のメゾネットで一階にキッチンとソファ、狭くて急な螺旋階段を上った二階に風呂トイレ寝室のある部屋で、スーツケースは下層階に置いてまたまた上がらないといけないので不便でした。キッチンは整っていてIHコンロ、レンジ、皿、冷蔵庫、鍋などもあるので、歩いて数分のギャラリーラファイエットのデパ地下などで買い物してきて食べたりすることも可能です。しかしデパ地下にはイートインもあるし長期でなければ自炊でなくてもと感じました。アジア系利用者が非常に多いのも好き嫌いが分かれると思います。

What made our stay at this lovely hotel was the very kind and lovely front desk receptionist, Jasmala Stanslaus! Her greeting was so personal and truly expressed a desire to assist in anyway. She could tell that we were in our early 70's. She told us our room is ready, but tomorrow she was moving us to a room that is more accommodating. Because we had a tour early the following morning, we broungt our luggage down to the front desk. She made sure that our luggage was in the room upon our return that late evening! The other personnel at this beautiful hotel are also very friendly!

I found out Orbitz in association with the Hotel, transformed my NOT cancellable reservation in one the Hotel profited selling it twice. I arrived very late, and the room had been selled to someone else. A NON CANCELLABLE PREPAID RESERVATION can NOT be resold under any circumstances. The hotel did, because Orbitz aothorized it. I will like someone at Orbitz to explain this to me. I arrived late and had to sit 5 hours in a lobby, with the Hotel having collected from me and from someone else. And possibly Orbitz getting two comissions. I figure you may not like to publish this: but it is what it is. I arrived within the time of the prepaid NONCANCELABLE reservation, and Orbitz and the hotel sold it to someone else. Please reply

掃除は週に1度で、6日利用だったのでありませんでした。でも、タオルも毎日レセプションで交換してもらえましたし、食器洗い器の洗剤もなくなるともらえました。唯一、チェックアウト前日午後7時に翌朝のタクシーを頼んだのですが、2時間後に無理だと断られました。何とかUberで帰って来れましたが、Uberはいきなりキャンセルあったので不安でした。タクシー手配は早めにしておいた方が良さそうです。後は良かったです。3度目の利用で、近くにスーパーマーケットができていて、助かりました。

Staffs are nice and helpful. Location is great. Walking distance to most part of the tourist spots. Room was not completely equipped before my late checkin though: no tissue box, no body shower gel, no dish detergent, and dishwasher front panel was missing. I had to go down to front desk several times to collect most items. Continental breakfast is fine but pricey though. Besides the hiccups on the first two nights, our stay was pleasant because of its location and their nice staffs. I’ll certainly recommend to visitors who are handy.

Um apart-hotel bem localizado, mas ainda em reforma externa. Não nos incomodou pq ficamos fora o dia todo. O quarto é amplo e confortável, com mini cozinha equipada. O atendimento poderia ser melhor. Como exemplo cito o café da manhã, que não é barato, e quisemos consumir mas não nos deixaram tomar porque a funcionária disse que o horário já havia encerrado. Os itens estavam fartamente disponíveis para consumo.
