Hotel Villa Nicolo - Tour Eiffel

Not great. Check-in was more than 1h40 later than the announced time. I understand this was due to the ongoing renovations, but it was still a long wait, especially as I had work to do. What I found disappointing was the lack of flexibility at check-out. I waited 1h40 for my room to check-in, but reception couldn't show the same patience and give me even 5 minutes. At 11:04, just four minutes after check-out time, I was called and told to leave immediately. Given how patiently I accepted the delay at check-in, I found this unnecessarily rude and impatient. I wasn't asking for an extra hour, just a few minutes of basic courtesy. During my stay, painting and renovation works were taking place. There was a constant smell of paint, some noise, and getting to my room was more difficult, with plastic on the floor and the trying to be careful not to get clothes dirty with fresh paint everywhere. I understand renovations are sometimes necessary, but guests should ideally be informed beforehand and, preferably assign rooms away from the works. The staff kindly left macarons and an apology letter in my colleagues' rooms. I didn't receive anything in mine.. which I assume was simply an oversight. The elevator was also inconvenient: it could only fit one person with one suitcase, and it didn't stop directly on every floor, meaning luggage had to be carried up or down several steps. Baptiste from reception kindly helped me with my luggage to get to the first floor, which I appreciated.

We were extremely disappointed with our five nights stay at this hotel. The room was incredibly small. With just one large suitcase and a carry on there was barely enough room to walk. The elevator was also very inconvenient only one person and a suitcase could fit which meant several trips and it did not stopping directly on every floor which meant carrying luggage up or down steps. For nearly $400 a night we expected a much more comfortable room and accommodating experience. We were so disappointed that we wanted to leave after the first night but unfortunately our reservation was 100% non refundable. Overall the room size layout and lack of convenience did not come close to justifying the price. We would not choose to stay here again

I thought breakfast included. Still not very much money Baptiste at the front desk was very helpful

The room was spacious with working ac (the city had a heatwave during our visit and the temperature in the room was comfortable). I really enjoyed the breakfast, though small it has everything you need and the quality of the food is high. The staff is helpful and very friendly. Have stayed here twice and would love to come back.

Lovely hotel and exceptional staff, great location, large bathroom, late bar. Didn’t take advantage of breakfast but looked well stocked. Room was even available early for check in. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We will be back again!
