NISHI-KASAI 역에서 멀지 않고, 체크인 & 체크아웃도 편리하고 시설도 깨끗합니다. 1층에 코인세탁기와 건조기도 있어서, 가족 여행에 더 적합합니다.

We were 2 adults and 2 kids and stayed in a room with 2 twin beds and a bunk bed. There was ample space, including a full kitchenette. The room was clean and comfortable. There is even a coin laundry in the lobby which we utilized. The neighborhood was safe with a convenience store 30 feet away, a McDonald's 2 mins walk away and a subway stop too. The only negative was that alothough the property is close to the subway, due to the geographic size of Tokyo, it will take a good 30-45 mins to reach many of the touristy sites.

This place is truly amazing for a group of four! For a Japanese hotel, it offers a surprising number of great amenities. It is extremely accessible, just a 5-minute walk from the train station, and has plenty of public parking options if you're renting a car. I really appreciated how clean everything was. From the lobby to the rooms, the entire hotel was spotless. On a past trip, I stayed at an Airbnb in Akihabara that was dusty and smelled old. This was the complete opposite. Our room comfortably fit four adults with four pieces of luggage, and despite staying during the peak of Japan's scorching summer, I can confidently say the air conditioning worked perfectly. Check-in and check-out were effortless. Everything was done through your phone, which made the process smooth and completely language-barrier-free. The location is fantastic, especially for what's nearby. There’s a Lawson convenience store right beside the hotel, plus tons of restaurants, izakayas, and a shopping center by the station. Even though the area is quieter and more relaxed, your nights definitely won’t be boring. And for the price, this place is truly a hidden gem. It’s perfect for groups of four looking to stay in one room with excellent amenities like train access, nearby dining, convenience stores, parking, and more. There’s honestly too much good to say in one review. But to keep it simple, you won’t regret staying here!

I really enjoyed this property, especially the fact that it has a range and microwave. Check in was easy and when I needed help, they had a tablet that makes a video call .

5 mins walk to the subway station. Supermarket and convenience store are closed by and many dining options near the subway station. The hotel also has coin laundry machine and dryer and offer self serve luggage storage facilities.

Low price but far away from the main city, that's the trade off. We drove a car so it is fine, about 30 mins from the main city area. The train station is not far actually about 5-10 mins walk, lots of food and shops around the station. There's a Lawson and AEON supermarket just below the hotel. No on site parking but lots of coin operated car parks around the hotel.

I liked the location, the cleanliness of the room, the small kitchen was very nice to have, the on site laundry facility was handy, the check in and out was easy, the room set up was very functional. My kids loved the bunk bed! It was nice to have a fully supplied kitchen so we could buy fruit and cut it up easily. We had such a great time at this facility. We would stay here again if we came back! Highly recommended.

コンビニ、イオンが近かったので、買い物は困りませんでした。 ただし部屋の掃除はものすごく甘かったです。 綿埃は普通に存在しますし、キッチンの床は目に見えるほどベタベタでした。 アパートメントホテル好きで結構利用しますが、クイックルワイパー買って自ら掃除したのは初めてでした。

コスパ良かった！ 子供3人と私の4人で３泊4日、ディズニーや東京観光で利用させてもらった。 しいて言うなら、タオルが連泊分無いのと、ランドリーの乾燥機が汚かった。

ホテルをリノベしているからなのか、壁も厚く、静かにゆっくりとした時間を過ごすことができました。部屋や設備も綺麗にされており、その点も不便はありませんでした。 一部部屋の可動式ベッドのマットレスに汚れがあったのは少し気になりましたので、利用せずでした。そこで寝るための寝具もなかったのですが、これは私の予約時の以来に問題があったのかもしれずなので、評価に含めていません。 ディズニーまでも20分かからずいけることに加え、すぐ近くにスーパーやコンビニ、駐車場があり、利便性も抜群です。 またディズニーに行く際にはぜひ活用させてもらいたいと思いました。

優點： 位置方便，距離地鐵站只需約6分鐘路程，附近有幾間便利店、餐廳及超級市場。 缺點： Check in 方面：情序複雜，完全冇職員親自恊助。 清潔方面：完全未如理想，杯子、坐廁有污漬，空氣清新機內滿是灰塵、想買和牛回酒店煎，但易潔鑊塗層已花，入住幾日都不會有清潔安排，想要求更換毛巾及紙巾亦不會有職員恊助，連基本茶包及咖啡都沒有提供。

浴室の赤カビや トイレ手洗い、洗面所手洗いの排水部分の赤カビが使用していて 不快感がありましたが、タオルの交換などに対応してもらえたことはとても有り難かったです。 また機会があれば利用したいとおもいます。

建物自体は雰囲気がよく、オシャレで綺麗。 しかし、2段ベッドのマットレスには大きな茶色のシミがあり、収納されていた布団類には髪の毛がと小さいシミが…清潔面に問題ありかなと思います。

The room I booked was incredibly spacious for the price and had everything a family would need. If you’re planning to stay here to be close to Tokyo Disneyland, I’d say it absolutely works and is a great value. I’d only add that the time it takes to get to Disneyland is a little longer than it may be at other places simply due to the nearest train station. I’m sure a bus, Uber, taxi, etc. could remedy that though. All in all, would absolutely recommend.

Much larger than i expected in Tokyo. A bit noisy from the top bunk bed. Other than that, excellent stay.

The area is very quiet and there are Family Marts, Lawson and 7-11 within close walking distance. The room is small, but not as small as other hotel properties nearby. Youre mostly on your own when you stay here..any requests you have require you to go downstairs and do a webcall for help.

The property was small but very functional. Although it has enough beds in the room for 4, 4 people staying would be quite tight. Would be ideal with 2 people and a small kid at most

Very convenient area with shops and restaurants and 5 min walk to subway station. The room has 4 twins, including a bunk, which are bigger than most hotels in Tokyo and perfect for a family of 4. I will stay there again.

The hotel was 5 min walk from subway with good local restaurants and shops. The room had 4 twin beds, including a bunk, perfect for a family of 4. I will stay there again.

The air conditioner was easy to use and got the room warmed up quickly, the kitchen has everything you need: apartment sized refrigerator with a freezer, microwave, toaster oven, rice cooker, 2 burner stove, pots and pans, plates, bowls, cups, mugs, bottle opener, cutlery, cutting board and kitchen knives! The table is full size to enjoy a meal or play a game of cards together. The beds were medium firmness and we slept comfortably, our favorite part was the bunk beds! What a great configuration! I wish more hotels did this! The toilet is new and very nice and clean; the wet room was a nice size for the room and our kids appreciated having a bathtub to soak in. This hotel is now on our favorites list and we can’t wait to come back!

This hotel is in a very non-touristy part of Tokyo, which was interesting. It's a very nice hotel, but the contactless check in is difficult, especially for a foreigner who has travelled all day and is exhausted. If you prefer contactless check in, I would recommend this place. But next time if I come back to Japan I will only choose hotels with a front desk for the convenience factor.

チェックイン時の対応も親切でしたし、タオルの追加をお願いした所、すぐにご対応頂き快適に過ごせました！！お部屋も綺麗でしたし、2段ベットに子供は興奮していました。又機会があれば利用したいです。

タオルの交換もスムーズに対応いただき良かったです。

Not having a front reception to check in and arrange taxis (go taxi app not working for me) to get to the Shinkansen at 6am (my bad for booking it so early) not realising local subways don’t run earlier than 5am was cutting it close was a little inconvenient and stressful especially for first time visitors. There was no problem solving. The virtual staff member didn’t even attempt to explain/solve the issue. Very unhelpful. I guess this was my problem for arranging the bullet train so early. Otherwise very clean and comfortable. Far from the main city areas but very close to Nishi Kasai station. Plenty of food choices around the area. No housekeeping provided for less than 7days stay just to note.

Have stayed her multiple times and will stay here again. Staff is helpful and when staff isn’t available the concierge desk is easy to use.

there were no bedsheets and pillows for the children beds, even though we booked and paid for two adults and two kids. what a terrible two nights with no front desk to contact! had to sleep on bare beds without pillows!

An introverts dream. Check-in and out are done online, communication with staff is via Line app. They provide all amenities, if you stay less than 7 days no one comes to clean which is awesome. There is baggage hold area and laundry room. Everything everywhere is clean. They now have locations closer to the ideal tourist areas, I’ll be staying with them again for sure 👌

Wünsche, wie beispielsweise nach neuen Handtüchern, wurden sehr schnell erfüllt. Innerhalb von etwa 30 Minuten lagen die Handtücher vor der Tür. Für drei Personen empfand ich die Unterkunft als etwas beengt, jedoch schätze ich, dass dies in Tokio üblich ist. Vom Flughafen Narita ist die Unterkunft mit dem Bus gut erreichbar. Die Fahrt kostet etwa 12 €. Die Lage ist ruhig, jedoch etwas abgelegen, sodass man mit der letzten Bahn zurückkehren sollte. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Der Preis war angemessen. Insgesamt würde ich eine Bewertung von 7,5 von 10 Punkten vergeben.

We stayed as a family and had a great time. The room was clean, spacious, and very convenient. The location near the station, shops, and restaurants was perfect. Mobile check-in and out was a big help with kids. We’d love to stay again!

Very good communication despite the language barrier, excellent location takes 40 minutes of public transport to make it to all the hotspots of Tokyo and is easily accessible from the airport as well.

Place was great, close to train station, groceries, and restaurants. The only downside is the train transfers we had to take 2 trains to get around Tokyo's main attractions. Otherwise it was great and affordable too.
