We had a great stay. Very clean, great staff. Great place for the family with planned activities from the resort. The pools were big and fun. Has play area, basketball court, tennis and pickleball courts as well as an arcade. The daily activities were fun along with daily movie you could choose to attend. Very spacious rooms with balcony. Fire places and kitchens. We really had the best time such a relaxing resort with everything you need and restaurants just down the road. Highly recommend

Great jacuzzi indoor and outdoor. Loved the schedule for the day like ice cream sundae, candle making, movies and more! Shuttle to Loon Mountain was convenient and time efficient.

We had so much fun at Inn seasons Pollard brook! The kids loved the pools and hot tubs, our loft 2 bedroom was huge and beautiful! The decks view was AMAZING! The kitchen came fullt equipped with beautiful applicances and had everything you need to cook and eat just like as if you were at home! The beds were comfortable, the jetted tub in our room was also amazing! The daily activities they had were really great for the kids for a small price, the soft serve ice cream was also a hit! There was construction going on for the exterior of our building like painting and i just wanted to point out the painters were super friendly and were just great people, all the staff i came in contact with were very excellent with customer service skills and everyone made you feel welcomed! Theres also tons of pool holes nearby like cascade falls! We will defintly be back to make more beautiful memories! Best, Michelle

Check in was a bit longer but that is because they moved our room to accommodate our requests. Beautiful view of the mountains from our room. Pools were awesome and the outside hot tub was at a great temperature.

We love Lincoln, NH. The resort is well kept. Indoor pool, heated indoor jacuzzi. And the heated outdoor jacuzzi with the crisp night air is awesome. Desk staff helpful and respond to your needs promptly. Arcade and gym was used even though we were only there for 2 nights. We had a two bedroom with a loft, and two full bathrooms, and it felt like a townhouse.

This property is located across from loon mountain. There was plenty of parking and lots of stuff to do around town. Our room was clean and had everything we wanted. In the main building there was an excellent pool, spa, hot tub, game room, and gym!

This was a great place for our family to spend the weekend while snowboarding at Loon. It was incredibly spacious, amenities were fantastic, and the proximity to the mountain can’t be beat. The shuttle was so convenient.

The unit we rented was much bigger than we thought. Full kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, balcony. We stayed on the bottom floor built into the hill so the moldy, wet smell was throughout the hall to the elevators. The room was perfect tho. And tons of extra things to do (2 pools, great game room, spa, etc).

I have never stayed at a quieter place. It was wonderful. I was originally concerned because of the closeness of the elevator, but we couldn't hear a thing. The view was wonderful as you looked right at Loon Mtn. It would be super pretty in the fall and we are thinking of coming back this fall, if schedule works out.

Our condo was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. We had beautiful views. Best of all ,it was quiet. I could not hear any noises from above or in the next room. It was some of the best sleep I have ever had at a hotel!!

The price you pay for the value was amazing King bed, jacuzzi tub, full kitchen and dining area. Couch with fire place and a deck to sit while having an amazing view of the mountains. Staff was very friendly. Great for couples or families. If I had to say something "negative " it was that there isnt an elevator, but thats a real nit pick on my part.

The property surroundings were great and room was clean. However, my daughter got sick during our stay and we had to leave early by one night. We asked for a partial refund due to the circumstances but the property would not allow this without a penalty. I understand that they have rules in place but if someone has to leave due to illnesses then management should really consider these requests. It was discouraging that the property would not consider my partial refund request. And for this reason I probably won’t visit here again.

Perfect. Easy check in, which was earlier than "official" time. We got help with a DVD player to view the free movies in our apartment. We enjoyed a 2024 first run movie in the theatre, with fresh popcorn made and distributed for free. Pool was quite warm (good), so easy to swim, and hot tub was hot (as it's supposed to be). All clean too. Nice place, AND staff.

Very nice property. It was a bit confusing entering on the 3rd floor and having to go DOWN for a 2nd floor unit.... and then up to leave a 2nd floor unit. Just an oddity. Shower operation was tough. Had to call maintenance who showed up almost immediately. It worked but very hard to operate. People could not have been nicer.... even in -21 degrees.

The pool, hot tub, and sauna were a wonderful way to unwind after a day in nature. I took advantage of some of the activities; especially enjoyed the moose and wildlife tour. Staff are friendly and helpful. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants and an easy drive to hiking.

We absolutely love this property. The condos were modern clean comfortable and spacious. In addition to being immersed in the mountain environment we had plenty of restaurants and attractions nearby.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms were a bit older, but very clean, functional and spacious. They were well worth the price. Facilities were close to downtown Lincoln without being in the middle of the fray. Could use a bar or restaurant but there are plenty of places very close. Less than a mile from Loon Mountain.

This place is great! For the price you can't find any better the room is very cozy and spacious with great views. Dining and entertainment is a short drive down the road. Would definitely stay here again!!

Our stay was absolutely amazing! Plenty of space for our crew of 6 - incredible room, the pool and hot tubs were fantastic! The food truck was an added bonus and extra delicious. Being able to cook during our stay with the full kitchen was a huge added bonus. Comfortable beds, I cannot rave enough about this property. The staff were all helpful, super friendly and just all around a fantastic stay, one of the best I’ve ever stayed in.

The property is in a good location It’s just outside of town which was nice. We had the deluxe room and it was amazing and well thought out. Loved the view from our balcony! The staff was very informative and nice!

Nice clean hotel in a wonderful location, close to many activities. The grandkids loved the pool and play area; and the fire pit and s’mores! Perfect two bedroom suite to travel with the family. Only wish many of the places weren’t closed for dinner during the week, but that is out of their control. And we still managed 😄

Pollard Brook was the perfect base for a solo hiking week in the White Mountains. The room is well appointed with an incredibly comfortable bed. The pool, hot tub, and sauna were a wonderful way to unwind after a day in nature. I took advantage of some of the activities; especially enjoyed the moose and wildlife tour. Staff are friendly and helpful. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants and an easy drive to hiking.
