One of the better stays on our trip. Only complaint was the stairs to our room. No elevator and the stairs were much too narrow for size 11 feet. Almost fell up the stairs a couple of times!

Very clean room and property. We traveled with our dog and they were very accommodating and friendly towards dogs- even gave out a bag dispenser at check-in. The pool and hot tub felt great and were clean. The hot tub jets didn't work for a bit but were promptly fixed when notified. We appreciated the respectful environment where noise was kept at a decent level- especially with a parking lot full of bikers for bike week! Everyone was friendly and helpful. The only hiccup was our shower shampoo bottle was nearly empty before we realized we needed it. However, they did replenish once notified.

Staf was extremely nice and attentive. Lovely bridge by the water and bbq area, a trail to follow and pet friendly. Very quiet, parking right in front of your room with chairs and overhead to sit out in front of your room making it more personable to you only.

Very clean and comfortable (good pillows; perfect amount of sheets/blankets on the bed.) Toiletries— provided abundantly, but sub-par for my liking as a female who values her hair (bring your own if you are annoying like me.) Room has fridge and microwave (you don’t see that anymore.) TV is a bit outdated, but has cable (HBO) and worked just fine. Breakfast: decent. Waffles, cereal, pastries, and has (Walmart brand) microwaveable breakfast sandwiches. My only gripe is that the kitchenette area is off-limits every other time of day. My partner and I arrived very late at night after traveling and it really would have been nice to be able to grab a cup of tea and a snack. Pool/hot tub/Sauna: very nice. Way better than I was expecting. Location: perfect. Overall, will 100% stay here again.

There was a lack of room specific photos. Somehow by looking at them, We assumed it was going to be a bigger room. But honestly, it was my boyfriend that made the stay perfect. We still think it was NOT worth around 700.00 for two nights and three days. (From Fri 6pm-Sun 11am.) It could have been nicer. Now, if it was three nights for what we paid, I think it'd be more worth it. I feel bad complaining. Just there was black hair EVERYWHERE in our room! 😔 I truly thought it was just in the bathroom. Because before we used the shower, we washed it again. There was black straight hairs all over the shower curtain, a few on the walls of the shower and every corner that I wiped had dirt and more of that freaking hair! I'm telling you, it was everywhere! It was even in the bed! Between the sheets we found a couple. Then on the softer middle blanket, I was all snuggled up. Then I felt like a clump of hair. I look down and it is exactly that! A clump of HAIR woven into the blanket!! Yeah, that could have happened during the wash. It still is unsettling that the housekeepers left this room and were happy with the job they did. I feel really bad for saying negative things. Because i know everyone is extremely short staffed lately. So I can understand to a certain extent. But I just do not understand how no one saw all that hair!! The rooms are up to date. Parking shld have numbered spots. So people on ground level can park in front of their room.

Room was so humid that the sheets were wet when we arrived. We had to run the heat at 75 degrees in late July to dry out the room. Other than that the stay was fine. Friendly staff, clean, but a poor night’s sleep drove me to give this a low rating.

Was the dirtiest hotel. First room we were given had dried bodily fluids on sheets and pillow cases. Pillows were turned over to not be seen apparently. There was also blood splatter over the bathroom sink on wall which was very noticeable. We asked to be put in a different room which was not an issue. However, the second room had dried bodily fluids on sheets and pillow cases even worse than the previous room. Bathroom had a clump of hair that had been stuck on the shower wall with more hair in the drain. The curtain to walk out of the sliding glass door to our sitting area outside had mold, boogers & food all over the curtains. We already knew it would be impossible to get another room elsewhere and we had two young children and a long drive so we requested fresh sheets and pillow cases and to have the shower cleaned but honestly we felt incredibly dirty after. We travel with sanitizer wipes and wiped many surfaces that should be disinfected after each visitor but we doubt that is happening. Mat from the front desk was very helpful and kind and was also disgusted when he came to the room and helped change the bedding and washed the shower. So he was the best part of our stay. Don’t stay here though it was eewww

I picked this place because of the high ratings on cleanliness and my room was disgusting. The bathroom floors were not cleaned. There was hair and grime all over the floor. There was a pizza box left on my balcony from a previous guest. Their eye contacts were on the floor near my bed. There were stains on my sheets. It was filthy so we opted out using the facilities nor did we eat the free breakfast.

Gap between the connecting room was over 2 " open on the bottom. 3 towels, sweatshirt and i still heard the neigbor snoring like he was in my ear. Terrible night sleep. I would advise to request a room that doesnt have a conjoining door.

Overall a nice place to stay for a quick weekend getaway. The room was clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. We were able to hear our neighbors chatting which was not great. Other than that I’d stay here again.

I booked this property through Expedia two weeks ago. Upon arrival, the staff member on duty was extremely rude while speaking on the phone, and afterward made mocking remarks about another guest—saying, “I’ve checked them in so their card is getting charged,” then laughed. Shortly after, I realized there was an error between Expedia’s time frames and the hotel’s booking system: my reservation had been processed for the wrong night (the previous night instead of the intended date). When I tried to resolve the issue, the hotel staff told me it was my problem, insisted the booking was non-refundable, and told me to take it up with Expedia. When I contacted Expedia they told me they could not do anything because I was also checked in and check-in was not for 11 days. Between the unprofessional behavior and refusal to assist with a genuine booking error, this experience felt dishonest and dismissive. Buyer beware.

We had a pet friendly room which was clean and quiet. I never would have known any animal was previously in this room, very nice and clean. The hotel is perfectly located amongst the tourist spots in Lincoln and Franconia Notch. Max at the front desk was super nice and polite. We had a great stay!

This hotel is a very basic property. There are no restaurants around and it’s about a 5-10 minute drive to anywhere you want to go. The room was fine, but certainly not worth what we paid. If you are going to Lincoln for events or skiing pay the extra and stay closer to Loon Mounatin.

Breakfast had a waffle maker so that was good but very small space and crowded. Lost power for hours from ice storm and no generator. Never plowed or sanded parking lot so basically a skating rink. Adjoining room door was paper thin so very loud and ceiling not much better so sounded like elephants were going to fall through. We visit Lincoln all the time and will never stay here again.

We were pleasantly surprised with how much we liked this hotel. The pool was nice. It was clean, didn't have that overwhelming chlorine smell. The rooms were very clean and the beds were pretty decent. We slept well! The staff was super amazing. They were polite but down to earth. The breakfast is basic, they offer waffle makers to make some diy waffles. They had yogurts, cakes, breakfast sandwiches, fruit, coffee and tea 24/7. Just didn't have anywhere to sit and eat so you do have to bring it to your room to eat. But that was fine with us. We will stay here again.
