Park Inn by Radisson Osoyoos

Intentional mistakes need to be corrected for other customers. A day before my arrival August 27, 2026, I phoned to the property to let them know That I was coming. I talked to male individual working evening shift. He told me that my room is in upstairs in one of the floors. After he talked to me, he said, I am going to give you the room by the pool area. Do you mind he asked. I said, I prepare upper floors where my wife and I can see outside views. My wife likes views and I prefer to stay where it was first assigned, I said. After he insisted, I said, okay. I thought, the person changed my room because of my accent over the phone. After we arrived to the property with my wife Aug 28, 2026, my wife and I were sent to the basement. There was laundry room, water hose sticking out of the stair on the floor, and we didn’t like the floor even before we saw our room. It looked like storage room, noisy and not clean (to our observation). The room that was available and assigned to me at the time of booking should be assigned to me at the time of my arrival to the hotel property not the basement room. Immediately, my wife and I went to upstairs to the main floor to the check-in desk and complained. I told them that it was a basement and we are not happy. There was a water hose and laundry room I said. They said it’s not a basement. Two floors down from the main floor is a basement. After exchanging words, they realized and they were wrong and gave us a room on the second floor.

Was very comfortable. Breakfast was good. Staff was very helpful.

Phil was very friendly and helpful he went above and beyond to help us. The room was spacious and was cleaned daily and our towels were restock daily. The pool is clean, but lacking on pool chairs. Breakfast was okay. Walking distance to the beach and stores Definitely will stay again

Nice hotel with a quaint courtyard pool. Situated close to the grocery store and Starbucks but a ways from the beach and park. My only real complaint is that the way the building stands all the sun is gone from the pool area by 5PM Even in the middle of July.
