If you are intending to stay at this facility, it would be prudent to arrive early as there is limited parking available. Also, contrary to the information provided, there is an elevator. We were told there wasn't an elevator which ended up with us being downgraded to a first floor room. Otherwise, the view of the lake is stunning.

Nice property but could use a little updating and upkeep. The pool and hot tub area were not in great condition and there were no towels available in those areas. Had to go out and ask front desk staff when noticed after using hot tub.

Our whole family had a nice stay in the hotel. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast is amazing with fancy pancake, Starbucks coffee and etc…kids love the slide in the pool area!

Great spot right on the beach and breakfast is included. Second time saying there, and the Wi-Fi get seriously congested to the point where is is virtually unusable, so take that time and head out enjoy the lake, make use of the free kayak or paddle boards.

Great views of the lake and excellent amenities, including pool with water slide and hot tub, private beach, kayaks and breakfast. The family suite had a full kitchen and was a great base for exploring the area.

Hotel was clean and convenient. Pool area is in need of a refresh. Rusty rafters and door jambs. Pool towels care very small. Bring your own towel for your room. There is step down as you walk into the pool area, be aware as there are no signs. I threw my back out on it. The beach view suites are nice but you’ll pay extra. Staff are friendly and the facility offers beach access with loungers, BBQ, chairs and a pergola.

Staff and management super friendly. They offer kayak and paddle board but are very limited on amount. Beach was great for small kids as it is all sand and shallow. Parking is a little hard but definitely worth the stay. I will be back

Room was very unclean. When first entering the room there was a group of fruit flies on the bed. Later finding out they were everywhere in the room. The pots and utensils were sticky and overall very dirty. While on our stay the room was never cleaned. Although new towels for the shower were provided.

The view was spectacular and its location is on the edge of town so it’s quiet. I will say the place was a little older and could use some maintenance, we couldn’t utilize the wonderful deck bc there were dead bugs everywhere, on the hand rails, on the chairs, pretty bad. We liked the town, but would chose a different location to stay next time.

Our shower was clogged. Dishes were dirty. They did nothing about our shower and no one came to fix it. We got moved rooms on our last night which meant showering in dirty water that wouldn’t drain. Honestly the worst experience. The hotel nor Expedia would refund us so that we could find another place to stay.

In need of some updates. The bathroom ceiling fan came out of the ceiling while my husband was in the shower. Fridge was missing a whole shelf. Rooms were close to the parking lot and highway which made it quite noisy

The room smelled like an entire can of Febreeze had been sprayed in it. Found a dirty plug-in scented bottle plugged in under the bed. Windows were very dirty. Not worthy of the Coast brand.

Very dirty rooms. I don't believe housekeeping change the bedsheets because when we opened the sofa bed, there was a case of medication pills left over from someone's previous stay. We got our room switched due to this; however, the other room's bed sheets were dirty and were given new sheets. The blanket had holes in them and when we asked for a new blanket, housekeeping woman was so rude and asked to see it before handing over the new blanket. They denied everything! Also, the fire extinguisher was expired by a month. The rooms are outdated and very dirty. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Breakfast was very underwelming. Regret booking there.

The room was quite outdated, particularly the bed, carpet, and couch. Our room was also located close to Main St, which resulted in quite a bit of traffic noise. On the positive side, the daily breakfast had a variety of food items to choose from and we were pleased with the onsite coin laundry facilities.

Like a motel. Not like Coasts normal standards. Walls are thin, noisier then a house. Window is to hallway/ outside. Chairs are uncomfortable. Toaster & kettle are the cheapest possible. The room is through a locked door away from main hotel, with a partial open air hallway without windows, like a motel. Actually it is a motel add on. Disappointed! We preferred a regular room but no changes are allowed. Here for 3 nights! This is not really part of the Coast Hotel.

This property is right on the beach, that is the only redeeming quality. Wifi did not work, rooms were not ready until about 5:45 PM, the air conditioner was SO loud, the hotel and rooms are old and dated, the cleaning solution/spray they use stinks horribly. The staff had no personality, and they just seemed to lack the ability to communicate. Only 2 luggage carts to serve all hotel guests, which were never available ot returned. The price point per night does not match the value.

We enjoyed staying at the Coast hotel in Osoyoos. We will definitely be back! The room was very spacious and the front desk staff was so warm & welcoming even though we arrived at 11:00pm.

The property is older is not equipped for modern electronic devices, there are extension cords on the floor overloaded- the single staff person at checkin was overwhelmed (4-5) people checking in phone! Somewhat rude! Room is just OK

Just okay. Good- swimming pool and the breakfast. Needs improvement- condition of rooms/ washrooms, needs maintenance and cleaning. Front desk staff on the first day was borderline rude- maybe they need to be taught politeness. Overall it was okay.

Upon checking in, I was greeted by a friendly face and was upgraded to a nicer room. The room was clean and tidy. I found the staff were excellent from the front desk, to the housekeeping and the breakfast room. Overall a very good experience.

I had to wait to check in and was told they would call me when my room was ready but I had to go to the desk to check, they didn't call. The room seemed clean but there were signs that it had been done very quickly or poorly in the bathroom. There were not enough beach chairs available , and no umbrellas. The kitchen was missing most of the cutlery and there were no knives for cutting up food.

A random stranger walked into my room at night time. This was very scary for us. They had a key card to our room, very much a safety breach. I did not sleep the rest of the night as I was scared another strange What did we? person would come in.

The beach of this property was the best on this side of the lake. It was conveniently in walking distance of shops and dining. The room was clean, although the outside needed some love it places. Overall, it was a great stay and worth visiting again.

Great location right on the beach with great scenic walks to all amenities. Our room had really good access to the beach which is a bonus so it’s not a chore to go back and forth for drinks or whatever else you need when on beach with family. Our beds were cozy with tons of pillows and the room had a big fridge!!! Huge bonus to store all your drinks and food!!free breakfast is continental so don’t expect much as it’s simple. Great stay

For the price this hotel provided great value. Full bottles of soap and shampoo which is nice to use and environmentally responsible. Great kitchen with a real fridge and stove. Our room was close to the road which was a bit noisy. I suspect the lake view rooms are quieter. Breakfast was pretty typical (yogurt, cereal , toast) with a couple of nice touches including Starbucks coffee (fresh) and Tim Hortons muffins. Friendly staff. A short walk across the bridge to downtown.

Parking area was very tight. Check in was easy and quick. Room was clean and well equipped. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast area was clean but the pancakes from the machine were quite rubbery. They did serve Tim Hortons muffins which were good.

The hotel was right at the beach. The breakfast was not great. They only offerred cereals, oatmeal and bread. They only offered boiled egg which was placed in the fridge so it was cold. At least there was coffee. The only fruit they had was bananas. It's not like the other breakfast I am used to in other hotels.

My partner and I frequent Coast Hotels and if you’re unfamiliar to the chain I can confidently say that their standards are higher than some Hilton properties we’ve stayed at. This was our second stay at this location. I’d give it 5 star for $275/night but for almost $400/night I’d say it’s. 3.5 for the following reasons. The continental breakfast. Not worth your time if you’re a couple over 50 with no children or grand children. No service to your room should you arrive late and want more coffee for your room to tie you over until you get a real cup of coffee. Parking is limited but there is parking across the street. Should you afford the $400 room that is beach front hopefully you like your neighbour cause there’s no privacy screen and you can cheers each other from your chair. Ice can only be found on the 1st floor and you need a Roku stick should you like to end your day watching something other than 12 basic cable channels. Otherwise this is a great property to stay at.
