The bathtub didnt drain properly, so every shower you end up standing in a pool of water. The hot tub jets didnt work in the pool area, and there were limited towels, some of which looked like they were used.

While the property is older, it’s well-maintained and clean. The breakfast was excellent, parking was ample, and the location felt safe and conveniently close to everything. We chose this place for the indoor pool and full kitchen—both great features. That said, improvements could include warmer water in the pool and actual hot water in the hot tub, as the current lukewarm temperature isn’t effective. Stronger jets in the hot tub would also enhance the experience.

Beds were good. Check in and check out went quickly. Breakfast was great! The only thing we noted was that the hot tub was luke warm not hot enough to ease sore muscles.

The room was not clean. Spiderwebs full of bugs along the ceiling, lots of dust along baseboards and blood and pee on the toilet seat when we arrived. The pool hand piles of sand on the bottom and the hot tub seats were slimy and also had lots of sand on the bottom. We lasted only a couple minutes in there because it felt very gross. The breakfast was great and front desk staff were very friendly.

Horrible! Place is a dump, worse than motels. Super dirty sheets and pillow cases with a few blood stains and prominent black marks. Manager did not have a good attitude. Changed room and still same black marks and shoe marks on sheets and pillow cases. Fridge was super gross too and doesn't work. Bathroom vent doesn't work. Breakfast was horrible - cold and tastes weird. I had to throw it in the trash and have a proper breakfast elsewhere.

One night stay for work. Staff was friendly and fast at check-in check-out. Breakfast options are simple but nice. Location is good. This property is showing its age. Bathrooms are very dated and dingy. The fan in the bathroom sounded like a small plane taking off. Doors have multiple lock holes showing from past misadventures. A bit below my expectation for a Best Western property. The staff is trying but the corporation needs to step up here and reinvest in some updates and renovations.

Property is dated and could use a major upgrade. Rooms are big and clean but the noise level outside and above the room is quite noticeable. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Location is isolated on the other end of town but located right next door to a mini amusement park. All in all, it didn't really fit our standards for a hotel.

The suite we had was like a dark basement room. Only 2 windows high up. We looked over the roof but could barely see out. It was disappointing as we stayed for 3 nights. This suite ..room #219 should be discounted because of this. The bathroom door needs replacing. Breakfast is pretty good. Staff are friendly.Location is good.A good walk into town.

We stayed in the “honeymoon suite” for a couple of nights. Loved our room. The most comfortable king size bed EVER!! The jacuzzi tub was lovely as well. The room and the entire hotel was clean and very quiet. The only suggestion I would have is that the lights above the tub have a dimmer switch. We didn’t use the indoor pool or hot tub but it was set up like a resort with rolled up towels on lounge chairs and a beautiful mural on all the walls and lots of windows. The hotel also offers free self serve breakfast of muffins, cereal, yogurt, fruit and prepared hot items. The property is right next to Rattlesnake Canyon which has mini golf, bumper boats, etc (which was closed for the winter obviously) but would be awesome in the summer. The staff was very friendly and attentive. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a reasonably priced, conveniently located hotel in Osoyoos.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating! We had a late check-in with an oversized vehicle and two dogs and they made settling in quick and smooth. The room was clean, well-stocked, and quiet. It was the perfect overnight landing pad for the last leg of a roadtrip!

The area around this hotel has some old abandoned buildings which makes it feel very old. There arent any restaurants nearby besides 2 fast food places. Osoyoos Lake is within walking distance to a small park.

At first we were very disappointed that it wasn't on the Lake as we had thought. However, it was easy to drive into Osoyoos and it turned out to be quiet and comfy! We liked the complimentary breakfast to !

Everything about our stay was great and our only suggestion would be to separate the recycle in the breakfast room...love that your utensils are wood but the intent is lost if everything ends up in the landfill. I recognize that it often is difficult in parts of BC to have access to true 'recycling'. Your breakfast is the best we have encountered in similar facilities...truly a little bit of everything including several kinds of fruit and your Nespresso coffee maker was awesome! Thank you to Osoyoos BW Premier staff!
