We reserved a king size room, which was very spacious and very, very clean. I especially loved how big the bathroom was and that there was a shower instead of a bathtub. The location is another great feature. Less than 15 minutes away from Universal Studios, the international premium outlets, and a variety of restaurants. Lastly, what helped me decide on this hotel was that there is no parking fee. Many hotels in Orlando now charge for parking, but this location did not. The breakfast was also complimentary, which further pushed me to make the reservation. The breakfast buffet offered many different options. Overall, we had an amazing stay and would definitely return if in the area.

We had to wait past the 4pm check in to get a room because we wanted the whirlpool room we had paid for. But once we got into the room, the whirlpool jets were extremely dirty and covered in mold, and they were unusable.

Dirty, the room was never clean. And if it was clean they did a poor job cleaning it and the supervisor who checks it afterwards didn’t do a good job because we found dirty underwear in the closet. I brought it to the front desk attention and nothing was done. I spoke to a housekeeping person and the only thing she told me wa that I needed to notify the front desk but nothing was done.

My check in was easy, room appeared clean. However I had bites all over my back and arms after sleeping in the bed. I had to put a towel down hoping to avoid more itching. Bed bugs? Towel had a big clump of hair on it and refrigerator froze everything I had in it.

The bed squeaked. They clearly need to be replaced. When I took a shower you couldn’t set the heat it was missing a screw. Fridge wasn’t very cold. Doors shut loud. The hotel was by a very noisy highway where cars sound like they’re street racing. I got very little sleep.

Great rooms. Very large and clean. Extremely comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was very good. I will gladly stay here agqik on future trips. We visited seaworld and universal and this hotel was pretty close to both.

Lack of efficient check in, with 3 x having to be keys changed for not able to opening. No info in room regarding wi-fi password for internet. No information in room on how to work tv. Booked a fully accessible room and a regular room. There was zero grab bars in the bathroom and the shower had a 4” lip with no grab bars. Had called them twice before the trip to verify full accessibility and was told it was. Asked for a refund because we had to find another motel and they wouldn’t consider it.

The tv didn’t work properly, freezer didn’t work- The main light was burned out or broken- called to front desk, no answer for several calls, then was told someone would come to help us- nobody ever came so we called back and still nobody came- ended up fixing tv ourselves- asked that my little freezer bag be put in freezer due to my medications needing to stay cold, they said ok, yet it wasn’t put in freezer- it was only put in a refrigerator so my medication was ruined since the bag wasn’t frozen…

This hotel is newly constructed/renovated, is clean and comfortable. What really stands out, however, is the staff. Alex from the breakfast crew on April 16th, was tremendously friendly and thoughtful-providing me with a tray when he saw me struggling to carry my items. He also came over to me to make sure I didn't want anymore food before they closed breakfast. Sarah, at the front desk that same morning, saw me struggling to find an outlet to plug in my phone charger and went out of her way to help me find a spot where I was comfortable and could charge my phone. It isn't often you find people so observant and considerate.

Terrible stay. Kitchen staff were very rude and couldn’t wait to close all guests out. Plenty food was left, but they would not let anyone in to get some. Front desk stay would not answer the phone and put us on hold for over 30 min twice. Will definitely not stay here again!!!!

Very beautiful hotel with amazing rooms! Everything was clean and orderly and up to date. Check in was a breeze!!! I've never checked in to a hotel as fast as Hampton Inn checked me in. Literally took no more than a minute and I was handed my key cards. The property and amenities is wonderful.

Great location for Epic universe. Beds were comfortable. Parking was easy as was driving to and from Epic. Conveniently located to a Kura Sushi Bar about 15-20 minutes away. Enjoyed our breakfast that was included in the stay.

The location to shopping was great as i have visited this location several times. I did not like the even side of the building as it is close to the roadway very noisy and the doors inside the hotel when they close they slam hard and can be very annoying after 10pm when your trying to sleep.

Very good hotel, super clean!! My only observation is with the breakfast schedule of operation. They will close the buffet doors with no mercy at 8:59.59. Am. I see kids and seniors begging for a piece of bread or a glass of juice just 3-5 minutes pass the 9am…. You guys are better than that …. Lets fix ii, lets make it right.
