Pool and hot tub advertised, & the HT was out of service & the pool was very cloudy & not even running or filtering. The room was damp as the ac unit must not have been draining. The bed next to it was actually damp, which wasn't fun to sleep in. The room wasn't cleaned very well. We found a dead water bug in the room, the fridge had stinky meat & milk in it, & worst of all, my 4 year old found a pill on the floor next to her bed. Luckily she handed it to me because it was a sleeping pill! Worst experience with IHG and Holiday Inn.

Needed a pet friendly hotel on our way to DC and glad we found this one! Best shower water pressure we've ever had in a hotel. Got the nice warm pool to ourselves and everyone we encountered was nothing but friendly. Would definitely stay here again!

Room was clean. Bed comfortable. Breakfast very nice and some extras for the road was a sweet touch. Pool was warm. Pool room was super cold, but didn’t hinder our enjoyment.

We loved staying here. Front desk and breakfast staff are the best, they make sure everything is perfect! Hotel is extremely clean and inviting! We had sweet tea, lemonade, cookies or brownies all day! Free water too!

The hotel was redone 5 years ago. Is beautifully done. Free snacks, water, coffee, tea and hot chocolate upon checking in which was GREAT! Room was nice except the drain in the tub was partially clogged, hairs all over the bathroom floor and some in the counter, crumbs on the mattress.. toiletries provided were empty unfortunately too. If they hire cleaners who know how to actually clean!! and unclog the drains and fill the shampoo and conditioner bottles, I’d give them a 10/10. Let’s do Better IHG!

Rooms were dirty, ice machines were broken, tv had 2 remotes with a note that said “best we could do.” Booked two rooms and each was supposed to have two queen size beds and instead received two rooms that each had a king size bed and they wouldn’t fix it because that was all the rooms they had.

Very comfortable stay. Hotel was super clean, both lobby and room. Nicely decorated for fall. Coffee and hot chocolate available at all times. I did not have breakfast during my stay. Staff was very friendly. Enjoyed the outdoor area.

The staff was very nice and welcoming. The room was nice and spacious with comfortable beds. There were some cleanliness issues within our room. I saw some old hair and dirt in the bathroom, but other than that we had a great stay!

Room bedding was damp. No one answered when we tried calling. Likely nothing they would have done since I heard them tell the gues check in behind us they could book them theri last rooms open. It was late, so waiting for someone to maybe be able to launder/ dry bedding wouldn't have been okay as we needed to sleep having been traveling for a funeral. Not sure why this location had an issue as we literially stayed at a different location same weekend of travel with no issues. Very disappointing.

Good location near I-79. Room was clean, everything worked. Downside: They don't do housekeeping for multi-night stays. COVID is over, and I don't get a discount for this lack of service, let's clean the rooms, OK?

This is a beautiful hotel. Really clean rooms, nice lobby and a great free breakfast. We had two minor complaints. One, the seals on the windows could be better. The wind was whistling most of the night through poor seals. And secondly, there is a huge space under the door, that allows light in the room. Only way to completely darken the room, is to stick a towel at the door. Other than those 2 minor complaints, hotel/room was exceptional

The room was very clean looks recently built or refurbished. Plenty of plugs for devices throughout the room. The AC/Heater was a little wonky with looking like you control it at the unit rather than the wall controls but overall it worked. Walls were average in keeping out sound, lots carry in when folks aren’t conscious about the late night and close proximity. But for this couples quick stay on their way home from family vacation it was perfect. If we ever travel are in the area again we will consider.

Refrigerator didn't cool. The shades, especially the room darking one was very difficult to use as it kept coming out of grooves. This type of shade (while I understand what HI was trying to do) is not appropriate for a hotel. Designer is questionable this selection. Punch list did not capture the tangle chains as well

I actually took photos because this room was so bad. There was NO PLATE on the thermostat, and the grill to the unit was half askew. Poor lighting due to TWO bad lightbulbs and NO HELP resolving it for my 2nd night. Lastly, it was like sleeping in a lit stadium because there were no drapes; the DARK SHADE was so recessed it wasn't apparent they even had one. I called to ask for help twice; for lighting and for access to the safe; each time the clerk was stumped, unable to offer direction. Worst place I've ever stayed. Staff can be trained, but the condition of the room was just unacceptable. I will not return. I slept soundly at the Hampton Inn that Saturday night. They now have my business.

The Hotel was very well maintained, had an excellent breakfast and helpful staff. Katrina was helpful to us on the third floor with our room. Would recommend if you are staying in the area .

The shower door did not close and I asked at the front desk if they could fix it so the bathroom didn't flood. They stated they don't have maintenance on the weekends. The key cards repeatedly stopped working. The rude front desk woman said "well stop putting them by your phone". They were not near the phone I told her, she rolled her eyes

Confirmed email for late checkout since we were going to be arriving after 5am and needing sleep for a long drive. Cleaning tried to enter the room (even with do not disturb) 20 min later the front desk called. My friends were pissed and left. I tried to get back to sleep and couldn’t. I mentioned it to the front desk- no apologies, just “oh geez” 3 towels for 4 guests listed at booking Otherwise- room was clean, beds cozy

The hotel was “sold” out of rooms. I booked online for a king bed room. When we arrived at the hotel to check in and the front desk worker was just hanging out and talking, she never acknowledged us for a good 3-4 mins. When we got to the counter she began checking us in and said that I would not be getting a king room like we had paid for and got confirmation for. She said all o the rooms were sold out and there’s nothing she could do. For obvious reasons I was annoyed already. She then excused herself to go and “check” our room because another guest checked in and said there was clothes still in the other room, so she wanted to make sure it was clean w no other issues. About 6-7 mins later she returned to complete our check in. She said everything was now fine and gave us keys etc. I called our booking company and let them know about the room situation and they contacted the hotel manager. We were compensated but that honestly was not my complaint. The lady was rude and had absolutely NO compassion for us, the customer. Other than starting off our night like that, the next morning everything was great, breakfast was good and lady at the desk was super sweet.

The employees Sherri and Pam were extremely helpful when I checked-in. The storm had knocked out the power and I was unprepared to stay at a hotel with my animals. Sherri helped me get them out of the car and into my room. It could've been horrible but those 2 ladies made my stay so much easier.

I travel with two small dogs so we are always compromised in some way. The hotel is a bit isolated so yoh must drive to dinner with few choises nearby. The price is right considering everything they offer. Free Water, wifi, breakfast and parking. I would stay here again.

Our family was on a long road trip and needed a place to stay for a night. This hotel was conveniently located near I-79 and a Tesla Supercharger and included breakfast. Very nice interior decor and clean, and staff were friendly. Price was very reasonable. Highly recommended.

Everything was great. The included Breakfast and snacks. And free bottled water, were all great. The only problem was our second night the fire alarm went off 2 times. And as soon as we got up and dressed to go down, the alarm turned off. But other than that we had a great stay.

Very nice property. Breakfast was excellent compared to some other HI properties. The food manager was extremely congenial and said she thinks out of the box to make her place different and it shows. Only knock I had was sheets in one bed that seemed like there was sand in them.

The breakfast had a surprising variety and was a lot better than I ever remember hotel breakfasts being. Usually they feel like an after thought this one was great. Real eggs, no weird liquidy powdered eggs
