First, lets say i choose hampton inn because its higher end and had a pool and hot tub. The pool was cold, and hot tub was out of order. After 8 hrs of driving i was looking forward to it. Next, we got a handicap room, due to our age. The door on the bathroom, stuck so hard it was hard to open, only good thing was it didnt shut all the way and drifted open, it would not shut! Now, who evers decision was to not have any bacon or sausage at the breakfast that was a bad move. Then the bananas were over ripe and brown, yuck. I will be rethinking staying at hampton inn again. Oh, almost forgot...try fixing the gps directions...i went to a dead end road to a cemetery...nice directions!

Excellent in all areas of comfort,clean,pool,hot tub, well equiped fitness center and a real hot breakfast with omelets,sausage,waffles,oatmeal in addition to cereal,juices,fruit,yogurts,etc. Only disappointment mini fridge did not have freezer compartment to freeze our ice packs but would still stay here again hands down!

We picked the hotel because it had a hot tub. We were hiking and driving all day to find-out that the hot tub was down for maintenance. I think the hotel needs to add a disclaimer that an amenity is not available so the property isn’t booked. That or notice is sent so we could have cancelled and found a different hotel.

Polite staff member at check in. Great room, very clean bathroom. I was actually excited about being able to take a bubble bath ( I never do that in hotels). I was surprised how clean the tub/shower was. Thank you Housekeeping!!!:)

Arrived to dozens of air blowers due to a sprinkler malfunction on first floor. Building had a mildew smell because of it. Water pressure was very poor in the showers. Breakfast was very disappointing. Nothing hot about the “hot” breakfast they offered…sausage, eggs and potatoes were all cold. Not a complete set of offerings or items not filled. Blowers running all night and all morning during breakfast…very annoying with no thought to accommodate guests. Wish I knew of the problem as would have moved hotels

This hotel is incredibly clean. We have been on a two week road trip changing hotels each night and this hotel was incredibly clean. Easily the cleanest we have stayed at. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The pool and hot tub were also very clean and well maintained. The room was quiet. Breakfast in the morning was great. I liked that it lasted longer than most hotel breakfasts bc we like to sleep in. The breakfast area was spotless. Another perk was check out was at noon. I would highly recommend this hotel to any one staying in the area because it’s pretty rare to find a hotel this clean.

Hotel was very convenient off the interstate. Room was very clean and smelled like it had been cleaned. (No over powering scents) Hotel was also very clean and breakfast was as expected. Great hotel!

Nice new facility. Clean quality rooms. Good full breakfast. On the negative side, it's amazing how much noise we could hear from someone walking in the room above us! Don't they use concrete for floors. The remote system for the TV only showed the station, not the content or show.

I have always enjoyed my stays at Hampton Inns but this location was not up to the usual standards. Customer service at the front desk was great. The clerk was quick, attentive and knowledgeable. The hotel was sold out for the night. Heading to the room after check-in we expected a peaceful evening of sleep. The problem began as soon as we reached our room. The minute we opened the door the dog in the room next to us began barking. This happened any time that a nearby door opened or closed. I realize that's not the fault of the Hampton Inn but it didn't help the experience. The real problem is the construction of the hotel. It is a recent build and the noise dampening between floors is minimal or non-existent. I could hear the guest in the room above us every time they walked across the floor. (which they did a lot) They weren't jumping up and down, just walking. I listened to them until they went to bed at midnight and between 5-5:30am while they were getting ready to leave. Definitely not my best sleep. The hotel also needs more parking. They were full and I had to park on the side of the driveway in as there were no spaces available.

I would’ve given this property a much higher rating, but we could hear our neighbors upstairs and their every move. I did not get the sense that this was necessarily because they were trying to be noisy but because of the construction of the building itself. Thin floors and walls. Also, breakfast ended a little too soon for my liking. They should correspond it with check out time. Finally, I thought the staff on site was very friendly and accommodating. They were willing to change our room, but I fear it would’ve been the same story wherever we were at in the place. All that said still a very nice place to stay and I think probably by far the nicest place in the area itself.

The room I was in was unbelievable!! Super clean look new even the bathroom and the linen was new!! And that’s a plus bc normally I’ll bring my own linen but it was an overnight staff. The beds were comfortable also a plus!! The room look just like the pictures!! My go to hotel when visiting my son in WVWC. My only thing I didn’t like and didn’t give all 5 stars is I was on the second floor and on the third floor there was a baby that ran all night couldn’t get any good sleep other than that I’m definitely staying again but will request the fourth floor at the top 😀

Check-in was quick and the front desk staff went above and beyond (Shelby & Harley) when I requested a quieter room once I realized the top floor room was quite noisy. Room is spacious with comfortable bed and good water pressure in the shower. There is also hot water and coffee station available in the lobby at all times which was great! The hotel is close to a lot of restaurants as well.

Harley was very friendly during check in. I have stayed here at least twice before. I live in hotel rooms because of my job, most being Hamptons. This is a very nice hotel. It is very clean, and you can tell the owners and staff care about their property. Good job!

My wife and I were in town to visit the local asylum for a night tour. The hotel is about a 10 minutes drive from the asylum. The hotel is on the side of a country road and the establishment itself was nice and accommodating. Front desk staff were both helpful and informative. If I’m in Weston again I’d certainly another night.

This is a great Hampton Inn! We stayed here on a stopover from WNY to South Carolina. The hotel and rooms are updated and clean. The free breakfast was fully stocked with great variety. Highly recommend.

The young lady at check in was FANTASTIC !! The staff the next morning were unfriendly. We said hello to everyone and the only one to speak was a short woman with white hair cleaning rooms on the 4th floor around 10am. The front desk clerk was out right rude ! Breakfast was terrible ! The room was very loud but the curtains keep it dark. My husband works in the area so we visit on his breaks. Won't be picking it again.
