Entrance and check-in were unusual. You have to enter the bar and ask about check-in, then someone will find the manager. Shared toilet/shower were fine. My only complaint is that the windows have no screens and dozens of mosquitoes were after me all night, so I finally closed the window, turned on the fan and killed all the bugs to get some rest. Room was teeny but I knew that and was saving money. The bus is a 15-minute walk, but it's a main street and buses come regularly.

Hôtel très pratique à prix raisonnable pour Amsterdam. A 10 min à pieds du bus qui vous amène dans le centre. Place pour la voiture dans la rue gratuite. Le petit déjeuner est compris dans le prix, un atout. Y séjournant un lundi soir et mardi, nous avons entendu de la musique dans le bar en dessous jusque 23h environ, cela était raisonnable. A 7h la musique recommençait. Le week-end cela est peut-être plus bruyant pour dormir. Personnel sympathique.

All staff were accommodating, helpful and made us feel at home. Hotel basic, but suitable for price. No towels in ladies toilet and mens toilet the door did not lock. It is a very popular bar, well used by locals who enjoy music and singing, open till 2am on fridays and saturdays, so best if you have ear plugs, or can sleep through this easily. We were in rooms 1 and 2, probably quieter in other rooms. Food good, especially the apple pie. Good budget place to stay and with staff help re busses and trams, easy to get to city centre in 15 to 20 mins.

Ist das ein Nachtclub, oder ein Hotel??? Bis spät in die Nacht ist in der Bar die Musik auf voller Lautstärke. Man bekommt kein Auge zu. Und die alten Türen der Hotelzimmer knallen jedes Mal extrem laut, wenn im Flur jemand auf die Gemeinschaftstoilette geht. Und dann früh morgens der Zimmerservice. Man bekommt absolut keinen Schlaf in diesem hotel..

Never stay at this hotel. Room totally different from the pictures. Poorly cleaned, bad beds. There's a pub in the hotel. The toilets are shared with the pub's customers. Extremely dirty. Me and my friend checked in at the hotel on 15/08/2024 and were surprised that the hotel was a bar with very loud music. We got room number 4 and stayed directly above the bar. They played music until 2:00 in the night and it was impossible to sleep before that. We were also surprised that we had to share a shower and toilet with the other guests. We thought that a double room with a shared bathroom meant two rooms for us and that the two of us would share a bathroom. We also had to share a toilet with the guests who were in the bar. After the first night we discovered that we had received many insect bites all over our bodies. At the reception they told us it was a mosquito bites, but it wasn't. It was bed bugs. We had the duvets and pillows changed, but we were still bitten all over our bodies at night. This spoiled the holiday even more for us. When we got home we couldn't take our luggage into our apartments because then the bed bugs would spread into our apartments, which would be a big insurance issue. Now we have to freeze all the things we have had in the hotel room and it is very difficult and disgusting. Really do not recommend this "hotel" to anyone!

アムステルダムの乗り継ぎで利用しました。一泊するのはちょうどよく、共用のトイレ、シャワーも清潔だったし、朝食も美味しかったので、滞在は快適でした。しかし乗り継ぎに利用するには交通の便が悪いと感じました。タクシーを利用すると往復でかなりかかるので近くのホテルより割高になってしまいました。気にする人は、一階のバーがややうるさいかも。

La habitación no estaba mal del todo, pequeña en plan de 10m² pero, bien. Im pequeño lavanda para lavarse la cara al despeuy 2 camas junto con un mini armario. TV tenía pero, sin entender neerlandés nos voy a entrar al tema La calefacción, no iba. Pero, al menos tenían un pequeño calefactor dentro del armario que los hizo el apaño. Las camadas son cómodas, aunque solo tenga un edredón para taparase. Las escaleras para subir son de las antiguas, así que, precaución al subir. Eso no lo indica en ningún lado. Al igual que tampoco indican que tendrás fiesta los findes de semana hasta las 02.00 de la madrugada, fiesta en el bar de abajo que retumba como sus muertos y no hacen nada por evitarlo. Estuvimos en la segunda planta, y aún así se escuchaba. Y luego, el desayuno pues... Meh... No tiene gran variedad peeeeero, no pasas hambre cuando bajas a desayunar. La chica que nos atendió, hablaba español (siento no recordar tu nombre), y un encanto la verdad. Nos ayudó en todo lo posible y super contentos con su trato. Para viajar al centro, bien tienes una parada de autobús en frente, no incluye el GVB por lo cual, hay que caminar 25-30 mi hasta la parada del tranvía "amstevel zonestein" más cercana. Eso, o dejar que te soplen con el trasporte. Nosotros teníamos la I Ámsterdam Card y nos incluye el GVB ilimitado, pero no los demás. Aún así, un paseíto de 25 min, tampoco es tanto. Por todo esto, mi calificación.

We did not anticipate the super narrow stairwell and the climb to the 2nd floor being 3 flights up. This was a learning curve for us on stays in Europe. Do not have an enormous suitcase. The WiFi didn't work. The remotes for the TV didn't work. There was no breakfast at 6:30am. We didn't mind the shared bathroom and shower. We were the first in and had plenty of hot water. We bugged out early and got food at the airport. The area is lovely and we would have liked to walkabout in the parks but we were hungry. This would be great for a young traveler with little luggage. Not so much for the old folks.

It’s a great restaurant on the bottom floor with lovely staff, but I wouldn’t recommend the hotel upstairs unless you are planning to sleep before 2am - the music is loud. Also the staff burst into my room telling me I have to check out, while I was sleeping peacefully. They got the day wrong though. There’s a lot of mosquitos due to it being close to the forest and water.

Staff are great. Rooms are as expected: clean, simple, and with shared shower & bathrooms on each floor. The food was also good. I had yummy bar snacks for dinner, and the included breakfast was plenty.

Very friendly staff. Helpful with getting around the area. Lunch was fabulous.. bigger serving than I was expecting. Breakfast included was nice… decent area with good public transport. 15 mins drive from central station. Basic room with shared bathroom which was nice and clean.

Nette kamer goed bed. Gedeelde badkamer en toilet. Ontbijt is goed. Gezellig hotel boven gezellig eet cafe waar ook ontbijt is. Goede lokatie pal naast prachtige Jac P Thijsse park en in straat met meerdere winkels en restaurants.

Нам понравился отель, спали в нём 2 ночи. Приехали сразу из аэропорта около 22 часов, без проблем заселились, на следующий день сьездили в Кехенхоф и выехали утром третьего дня. Удобно добираться из аэропорта - автобус 300 идет до Амстелвена около 20 минут, дальше мы шли пешком чуть меньше 2 км до отеля и с удовольствием любовались домами. Спокойный красивый город. Напротив отеля супермаркет lidl и чудесная булочная со свежей выпечкой. Мы жили в номере 15 на верхнем этаже, окна выходили на булочную и террасу ресторана нашего отеля. Отличные завтраки, красивый аутентичный бар. Нам бар не мешал, может потому что были в будни (понедельник-вторник), мешали только жильцы, которые хлопали дверями ранним утром (двери тяжелые и громкие), беруши помогли снизить шум. Туалет рядом на этаже, душ с теплой водой. Брали двухместный номер. В номере раковина с горячей и холодной водой, телевизор, блэкаут шторы, удобные кровати, чистое белье. Очень рада, что остановились здесь. После Амстелвена поехали в Амстердам, тоже было удобно добираться в центр города - автобус 300 и потом метро.

Hôtel très pratique à prix raisonnable pour Amsterdam. A 10 min à pieds du bus qui vous amène dans le centre. Place pour la voiture dans la rue gratuite. Le petit déjeuner est compris dans le prix, un atout. Y séjournant un lundi soir et mardi, nous avons entendu de la musique dans le bar en dessous jusque 23h environ, cela était raisonnable. A 7h la musique recommençait. Le week-end cela est peut-être plus bruyant pour dormir. Personnel sympathique.

The hotel was clean and the staff attentive and friendly. It’s near bus stations and the area is beautiful. There are restaurants and a grocery store near by. It was also quiet during my time. I would recommend staying here.

It is good value for money. The staff were nice and helpful. The surrounding area was nice and quiet. It is not close to the city centre but there is a lot of buses to city centre. It is 20 mins walk to Amstelveen bus stop and then 15 min bus ride to the Airport (bus number 300). Although it is above bar but no noise.

アムステルダムの乗り継ぎで利用しました。一泊するのはちょうどよく、共用のトイレ、シャワーも清潔だったし、朝食も美味しかったので、滞在は快適でした。しかし乗り継ぎに利用するには交通の便が悪いと感じました。タクシーを利用すると往復でかなりかかるので近くのホテルより割高になってしまいました。気にする人は、一階のバーがややうるさいかも。

O hotel em si é razoável pois o quarto que ficamos além de pequeno, no último andar com escada sinuosa e cansativa e fora do outro lado da rua, mas como foi apenas uma noite, superarmos. O Café apesar de simples muito bacana faltou apenas frutas.

Never stay at this hotel. Room totally different from the pictures. Poorly cleaned, bad beds. There's a pub in the hotel. The toilets are shared with the pub's customers. Extremely dirty. A lot of noise, loud music and people talking. The ground shakes. It was impossible to sleep with the noise. It was 2:20 in the morning and there was still sound and a lot of noise. Worst accommodation I've ever stayed in.
