Il y a des laveuse et sécheuse. 5€ faut demander une carte d'accès a la réception. Ont retournerait sans problème

Very helpful staff. We travelled with a baby and there was a good quality baby cot in the room. The room was spacious, clean and a high quality. Good transport links with the tram stop close by which goes straight in to the city.

Staff were so so helpful, allowed us to pick our own room, lovely reception amenities, super friendly and welcoming. Great location - far enough away from the business of the city centre but only a five minute walk from the tram station. Only negative is that we could of done with some house cleaning maybe just once during our stay that would be included included in the room price but other than that can’t fault it - will be returning again! :))

Apartment that feel like home. Spacious room. Nice feeling in the building. Good location for tram. To shops close but not really very close. We found the price high for yhe accomodation despite all the good things I have mentioned. No daily cleaning.

Ayant séjourné deux fois dans cet hôtel, une fois en 2019 et l’autre en 2024, j’ai noté de vrai changement.. pas très positif. La première fois j’avais un appart hôtel une chambre, simple mais très propre, spacieux et agréable. La seconde nous étions plusieurs et avions besoin d’un appart deux chambres. Quelle déception! Ménage approximatif, appartement décoré par les enfants avant nous (stylo sur les murs) couverts manquants, et surtout bruyant (nous étions avec un bébé). En revanche le staff est toujours aussi agréable et réactif. Néanmoins le rapport qualité prix n’y est plus. Dommage.

Everything was better than perfect, the one thing that was missing was a good WiFi connection which kept dropping every few minutes. Maybe because we were on the far side of the building where the signal reach was spotty, but something easily fixable and in this day and age necessary to function flawlessly.

The room was spacious, had all the amenities advertised, and sits in a very walkable neighborhood adjacent to student housing for the university. You can hear airplane traffic; be aware of that. And the students across the street enjoy their weekends with parties. We’d stay there again

The room/apartment was excellent and huge! Very modern and clean. We had almost everything that we needed, no hand soap or towel in the separate toilet. These were found in the bathroom, so it was a little odd that you had to leave the toilet and go into the bathroom to wash your hands. The kitchen was fully equipped but would’ve been a nice idea if they offered to fill the fridge on arrival with basics like milk, bread or drinks, especially if arriving late. The bed was lovely and comfortable, only 2 pillows supplied for double bed, we asked at reception if we could have another 2 and they delivered. We had breakfast with our stay, a mixture of hot and cold, all that you would normally expect. The seating area wasn’t very big and the hot breakfast minimal. The staff were all polite and friendly. We would definitely stay here again!!

出張での利用です。出張中はデスクが無いと仕事ができないので、アパートメントホテル（コンドミニアム）をよく利用します。部屋のサイズは広くて十分でした。唯一残念だったのが、リビングエリアのソファ＋ローテーブルと、キッチンエリアのカウンターテーブルしかなく、仕事をするのにパーフェクトな環境ではなかったです。予約時の写真からはその点がちょっと伝わりづらかった。 あと、スタッズハートなどのショッピングモールから電車ですぐの距離ではあるものの、それでも電車に乗らないといけないことを考えると、プライスはもうちょっと安くても良いんじゃないかと思う。

As we approached the hotel we thought oh my god what have we booked here. The building looked old and run down. However, upon entering the building you're immediately hit with a wow factor. A pleasant surprise. The indoor decor is stunning and the room was 5*. We had a lounge and a kitchen. It felt like an apartment not double room. All the staff were friendly, and helpful and we didn't have one issue in our three days. The train in to Amsterdam central is 5 min walk and so much cheaper than Ubers. Just wished we used on first day and not last! 100% will book again when we return.

Room was hot. Thermostat only made it cool for a few minutes and then it's back to sauna. I was told the thermostats are stuck on economy so obviously they dont care about their customers' comfort at all. I was up until 6 am trying to get the room cool and offered no compensation. Wont stay here again.

This hotel was overall great. The rooms were spacious and well appointed- nespresso machine, dishwasher, tvs, etc. You could not hear noise from adjacent rooms or those above you - only occasional door slams. The breakfast had lots of options and was pretty good. I also appreciated the laundry room in the basement. It’s pretty far from the city center but close to a tram station. The staff were all helpful, friendly and always happy to accommodate. I would stay here again if back in Amsterdam.

One of the best stays you could wish for. Could not find fault. Close to tram into City and lots of dining options nearby. Staff super friendly, efficient and eager to assist. Apartment was very spacious, immaculately clean and catered to all our needs. Would definitely go back.

Hotel exceeded my expectations. Enjoyed my stay and the location was in a lovely area. Naomi in Reception was very helpful in providing a plan of where to visit in the City, thank you. For anyone planning their stay at this hotel, here are directions from the Airport. Buy a train ticket to ‘Station Zuid’ (also buy a separate GVB pass (this works on Trams/Metro/Buses)). When you get off at SZ, follow the ‘Tram’ exit sign. You’ll walk out of the station for 5 mins, up some stairs and in front of you is the tram line. Catch Tram 25 or 5 and get off at ‘Amstelveen - Uilenstede’. It’s a 5 min walk from here. From the Hotel to the City. Get back to Station Zuid. When I checked in I requested a room on facing roadside (Beneluxbaan), receptionist, Filamon said only one such room available on 1st floor. I spoke to other female receptionist and she said to check the next day and after departures I will be able to change my room to a roadside room. Next day when I called to do this room change Filamon started to say a room change is not possible as it cost them lots of money to clean a room for me etc. I really do not know where and who has trained him to talk to a paying guest??? I explained him he should NEVER talk to a guest like that as I already paid a multiple of such a room cleaning charges etc. So far during past 37 years I have been to 158 different countries and I have stayed in hundreds of hotels but NEVER heard such an insane comment from a hotel employee. Please inform this hotel to train their staff better.

Very helpful and friendly staff!! Outside city Center but only 1 tram to downtown that has regular reliable service - takes about 15min. 20 euro Uber ride from old town. Less than 20 min to airport. Had a 2 bedroom and every room has TV. Nice area for jogging with lots of trees and grassy areas. Would definitely return!

Pas grand chose au tour mais bien pour des marchés. 7 minutes environ du tram et très accessible a partir de la pour se rendre au centre ville en transport en commun (30 min environ) Avions passent au dessus de l'hôtel jusqu'à 23h environ et on entend tout. The location is excellent within walking distance of grocery stores, close to the Amsterdamse Bos for cycling, and well connected by public transportation. The hotel is not a problem. However, the public transportation interruption due to discontinuity of tram 5 is a big surprise and nuisance. It was not mentioned either in Expedia or the hotel website. Our travel to city center changed from 30 minutes to one hour.

This hotel was overall great. The rooms were spacious and well appointed- nespresso machine, dishwasher, tvs, etc. You could not hear noise from adjacent rooms or those above you - only occasional door slams. The breakfast had lots of options and was pretty good. I also appreciated the laundry room in the basement. It’s pretty far from the city center but close to a tram station. The staff were all helpful, friendly and always happy to accommodate. I would stay here again if back in Amsterdam.

The room/apartment was excellent and huge! Very modern and clean. We had almost everything that we needed, no hand soap or towel in the separate toilet. These were found in the bathroom, so it was a little odd that you had to leave the toilet and go into the bathroom to wash your hands. The kitchen was fully equipped but would’ve been a nice idea if they offered to fill the fridge on arrival with basics like milk, bread or drinks, especially if arriving late. The bed was lovely and comfortable, only 2 pillows supplied for double bed, we asked at reception if we could have another 2 and they delivered. We had breakfast with our stay, a mixture of hot and cold, all that you would normally expect. The seating area wasn’t very big and the hot breakfast minimal. The staff were all polite and friendly. We would definitely stay here again!!

The apart hotel is not the prettiest outside, just wait until you get inside. It is beautiful, so smart, clean, loads of space, perfect! We had a room for 3 people, it was great to have the space, the kitchen is fully stocked, and the lounge area was great. The staff on the front desk were super helpful, always friendly and kind. The staff at breakfast were lovely, really attentive and nothing was too much trouble.

I liked the fact that everything was handled professionally by the friendly staff and the spaciousness rooms. The breakfast could offer more variety in my opinion, but it was good enough. You may want to consider to not reside on the top floor since there are seagulls residing on the roof and you'll hear them - It didn't bother me personally but I can imagine that it would bother others.

Building was modern and clean We booked a two bedroom apartment but were given two adjoining one bedroom apartments One bedroom had poorly equipped kitchen but we managed to find all we wanted from the other. Shower in same apartment had poorly controlled water jets. Apart from these minor problems everything else was excellent We very much enjoyed park like surrounding. Staff were very helpful. Few of us used the gym. Felt sad to leave after a week
