With Housekeeping always so helpful and communication, names Tere / Betty / paty, also great service in the kitchen area, everyday the breakfast so delicious, Front desk so disappointing l ask about the exercise workout Room, because one of the exercise machine was broke and they looks like don’t care about it, My Room keys to many problems every day, from desk needs to be more helpful and friendly.

I was disappointed with the staff, after our long flight I ask if we can check in 10 minutes before 3pm. Front desk staff stayed no, she claimed our room was not ready. Later that day we find out by housekeeping staff, our room had been vacant for the last few days. We ended up checking in at 3:10pm because many other people were trying to check in all at the same time. Also the gym equipment was broken, I was very disappointed.

Las maquinas de hielo no funcionaron en toda la estadía, ninguna de las 3 que había. La alfombra y las sábanas tenían manchas. Habíamos 3 adultos y una bebé y solo había una botella de agua. El desayuno muy malo, se acababan las cosas rapido y no ponian repuestos. El staff muy amable, tanto en recepcion como las señoritas de limpieza.

No es la primera vez que me quedo ahí, realmente me parece buen lugar dentro del tipo de hoteles: práctico, suficiente para estancias obligadas por trabajo, incluso ordenado. Todo bien hasta que al despertar encuentro chinches en la cama. Se lo notifiqué a la persona del frontdesk y me ofreció una disculpa y el comentario de que iban a solucionarlo.

The room smells very musty, definitely because of the old carpet. If they replaced the carpet with vinyl flooring, I’d be much more likely to stay here again. Another issue was the towels—many had green stains. Each day, only about one out of three towels was stain-free. Even the blankets on the beds had stains. Overall, they should invest some money into this place to make it at least decent. I would not stay here again, and I would not recommend it.

Very close(walking distance) to American consulate and plaza. Free breakfast. In overall, good and safe place to stay. Need to improve: carpet smells. Internet connection, breakfast was very salty most of the days, need to add toast, yougurt, cereal, granola, waffles. Add coffee all day 😊 not just for breakfast. Maybe open a deli restaurant for lunch and dinner.

La habitación ok pero el aire acondicionado muy ruidoso, no hubo agua suficientemente caliente (ni siquiera tibia) en la regadera.

Breakfast offerings were minimal, so we ate most of the time at Denny's. Would be nice to have shuttle service to the airport. But, of course, your rates were cheap enough to offset those items.

en general es un buen hotel sin embargo el desayuno esta muy descuidado los 3 dias que me hospede no habia leche, ni cereal, ni platanos, ponian algo y se acababa de inmediato y no reponian rapido. el tercer dia ya no me quede a desayunar . tambien en el cuarto no pusieron klennex . yo se que es mas economico que muchos pero cobren un poquito mas para mejorar el desayuno

El hotel bueno por lo que pagas, está muy bien ubicado, las habitaciones cómodas y limpias. Tienen mucho que mejorar en lo que respecta al desayuno, ofrecen desayuno americano y a las 7:30 de la mañana ya no tenían café, huevo, jugo. Ponen frijoles que en esta ocasión estaban echados a perder. Fruta había sandía también que se veía en mal estado.

El desayuno está bien. Lo único que note es que nunca hay fruta y si la hay y se termina no surten a tiempo o tienes que pedirla y esperar además hay muy muy poca para la cantidad de personas que se hospedan ,, el frutero siempre vacio o pones 5 o 6 piezas no se ve abundante se ve vacío.

Muy desconcertante por que conocí el de San Luis Potosí, y me cautivó. Pero o sorpresa al conocer este de ciudad Juárez. Inviértale tantito a sus alfombras que hulen a humedad y a patas, cuando entra uno a su habitación hay que entrar con pinzas en la nariz, o quítenlas dejen el cemento y púlanlo. Se vería mejor y si ofrecen desayuno preferimos salir a comprar por que su desayuno de cortesía como lo nombran muy desagradable. Lástima de la ubicación podrían cobrar mejor pero seguramente los dueños del fideicomiso del hotel no lo conocen. Que tengan un buen día. Y son de los hoteles que solo los visita una vez y jamás regresan.

My husband and me enjoyed the stay in this hotel , everything was fine, except for the carpet in our room, it would nice if the administration change it for a different material of the floor . Thank you very much for the excellent service of the staff.

The hallways and room had a terrible smell of mold and old, damp rags. It made the stay very unpleasant. Also, the advertised price was $103, but I was charged $133 on my credit card due to a supposed “currency conversion.” Be careful with the final price, as it may be higher than advertised. Don’t be fooled by the low rate, you can find much better hotels for the same price.
