When i was searching for a hotel to stay for my daughteres consultant appointment I was looking for location, a pool, clean and breakfast included. It meat all of our needs minus the pool. It was green. Not just a little green, but really green. Many other people where in it, i just couldnt do it. The breakfast was better than i expected, but dont expect a fancy breakfast obviously. The rooms we clean, everyone was super nice and helpful. The location was amazing less than a 10 minute walk to the consulate. I was just really really disappointed with the pool. That was the main thing I was looking for to keep my daugher occupied for this 8 day trip. Overall, for the price i cant really complain.

El lugar estuvo bien, la habitación sencilla, para el precio, pero tenía lo necesario para la estancia. Ofrecen transporte al consulado, lo cual estuvo muy bien. Tiene alberca, aunque no la usamos xq se veía un poco más verde que azul, pero si había personas en ella.

Older property, safe, Pool, Family Friendly and close to the American Consulate with concierge services. Awesome free breakfast. The rooms are clean but in need of repair. Inexpensive place with good AC. Hotel bar in the lobby. Helpful and friendly staff. Security was excellent as a solo Female traveler I felt safe. I would stay here again.

The website says it’s near the embassy. It is not near the embassy. It is an Uber ride from the Embassy. Cleaning staff was very nice and helpful! Pool was green nasty for seven days straight. The continental breakfast was horrible It says two restaurants on site they were never open. We finally moved to a different hotel and we’re very happy for the rest of our week!

Lobby feels hot, seems like they turn off the AC. 5th floor room carpet was dirty, chair Dirty, small flat screen TV. Horrible water pressure to shower. Had the move to a different room. Elevator is very noise to ask for a room far from the elevator. Good blackout curtains. Breakfast eggs, beans, tortillas and a two other random food options. Coffee, milk, bread, cereal. Nice sitting in breakfast area. It’s a restaurant across from the hotel. The front door guy with the silver teeth is amazing, helpful and kind. Some of the front desk girls are rude. The bar consists of just beer. Pool is nice but not too well kept. Metal chair and table by pool , not the most comfortable. It’s a convenient location and great if you want a good price for a long stay. The cleaning ladies are amazing, they will do your laundry for $. O h& shower heads pressure is either too strong or too weak.

El cuarto en general tenia un olor terrible a orina. Llaves y regadera sueltas (una mala reparación) y cuando empezaba a circular el agua salía el terrible olor a drenaje. De la taza del baño, había que pensarla para usarla porque no bajaba bien.

Tardamos casi dos horas en fila para hacer check in, todo el hotel está muy deteriorado, había muy poca luz dentro de la habitación, solo una lámpara funcionaba, el agua se estancaba en el baño. No recomiendo este hotel.

El personal de recepción ... Tienen a los huéspedes esperando a una sola recepcionista cuando hay dos laborando .... De pesimo gusto que coman o tomen café frente a los huéspedes, uno llega cansado de largos viajes y ocupa su habitación a la brevedad ....

Tienen que trabajar más en la atención de su personal, me atendió una joven que no tenía buena actitud, dos veces me tocó llegar con ella y las dos veces me hizo esperar pero no fue amable, a diferencia de otra muchacha delgadita y una de pelo chino, que eran muy amables

Muy cerca del consulado. Llegamos poco antes del check in pero nos ayudaron a resguardar nuestras maletas. Tienen transporte al consulado sin costo. Excelente servicio, gracias!

The staff were excellent, very helpful and professional. The room was clean and well maintained. The only downside is no microwaves or refrigerator in the room. Other than that the pool was nice and clean and it is very close to the US Consulate they also have a shuttle that will drop you off at the Consulate. Very nice.
