The pool was not open. I extended my stay and asked for my room to be cleaned. Housekeeping came in and didn’t clean if but put my stuff in a wheelbarrow and then just left for day. Luckily they did change my room. Was bummed about pool though

The hostess when we checked in didn't greet us, wasn't friendly, and was more interested in her cell phone than welcoming us to the property. She actually never even said hello. When I asked her if the "business center" (a printer on a table) worked, she said she wasn't sure and didn't offer to actually assist with another solution (ie print something for me, or direct me to the nearest Fedex Kinkos/Staples, etc). There were piles of boxes and trash in corners, the elevator reeked of urine and had torn floor boards (a trip hazard), cigarette butts all over the property despite it being a smoke-free property. The room iteslf was musty and dated. While the room itself was functional, the property seems to have neglected simple customer-facing repairs.

Breakfast was pretty unappealing wet soggy sausage and eggs, no variety. Beds sagged in the middle, had to change rooms because our first room had blood stains on the sheets. No elevator in our building, doors broken, pool empty for "cleaning" and refilled while we were there and unknown if it was even treated because that takes time to balance but we were told we could go in right away while it was still filling. Bathtub was stained blue, someone elses hair on the wall of shower in a wad when we checked in. Toilets didnt flush right, no one cleaned our room the whole 3 nights we stayed there got new towels once the whole time and they just threw them on the counter didnt even make the beds nothing. Had to crawl around and plug in the fridge myself. Pretty sure our first room had mouse poop in the bathroom too

The room didn’t have the number outside. Hair dryer didn’t work. Bathroom door had a hole, like someone punched it. Breakfast was very poor. Swimming pool was dirty. There wasn’t an hand towel. Everything looked very old and dirty. Very, very disappointed.

Underwhelming to say the least. The continental breakfast is basically non existent. They were out of everything and on top of that they were hoarding waffle mix in the back. They would only put 1 container out per day amd it was gone within an hour since they were out of everything else. They even ran out of coffee and the girl working the front desk didnt care one bit. She was more interested in taking selfies behind the counter and not answering the phone as it just rang and rang. The shower was dirty(we opted to not shower while there)ice machines were broke, no food, and no water in the pool. Quite possibly the worst experience at a hotel I’ve had. I would not recommend! If you can still cancel your reservation I recommend doing so and finding somewhere else to stay. I would never stay here again! 0 stars

The Hotel was rundown and the pool was empty when we got there. There were several homeless people near the hotel. We were advised to make sure we did not leave any valuables in our vehicle and lock our vehicles. The elevator by our room did not work, and we could not access it. The pictures online did not even come close to what The Hotel actually looked like.

BLACK MOLD. LOTS of black mold. Under toilet in between toilet seat and the tank, in the groves of the shower, in the ac unit, also filled with dust, hair, and who knows what else. I have no idea when the last time anyone cleaned these places. The places where people can see and the sink area and living space was clean, but the places that you can’t see were the most disgusting, and when I say the most I mean the most l, thing i have ever seen.

I had reserved 3 rooms for my family and each and every one of those rooms were dirty the sheets had not been changed there were stains on the pillowcases, the room smelled like pee and the bathtub was also very dirty. I have pictures for proof. If you want to enjoy your vacation do NOT stay at this hotel. There was another lady in front of me also complaining that there was a used condom in her room. Don't know how this place stays open......

Room was absolutely disgusting!!!! The smell was absolutely repulsive!!! I walked in and walked out! Front desk could care less and did NOT refund my money and refused to do anything about the room. I left and went to another hotel. I will NEVER stay at your establishment ever again!

We were in town for an event. I checked into the hotel online, before we even got into town. When we arrived, the grounds were not very well kept. Picking up my room key went smoothly. The lobby looked alright, although the front doors were a little dirty. Our room was in the third floor, which is fine, especially since there was an elevator. When the elevator doors opened, it was dirty, the flooring was torn up and it smelled like urine.There was trash outside on the ground. When we got to the room, there was a tobacco pouch stuck to the wall, the sheets on both beds were stained, and there was hair on the sheets. There was a small hole in the wall. I slept on top of the blankets in the blanket I keep in my car. When I took a shower in the morning, I also found hair in the shower. The only good thing about my room was that the AC worked very well, although it was noisy. Our event lasted until about 11:30 PM, when we came back to the hotel, we saw two rather large rats, yes, I said rats, in the parking lot. Due to the condition and lack of cleanliness of our room, we did not partake of the complimentary breakfast. If there had been enough time before our event, I would have found a different hotel.

We were checked into a room that the beds were made but with dirty sheets. Stains on comforter, glitter in the sheets of the made bed, and a bug on the bed. We did not stay the two nights and have not yet been able to reach a manager by phone or email in days to receive our refund.

First room was still in need of housekeeping and phone didn’t work, so I had to walk up to office. Second room was ready but had only one hand towel (no wash cloth or bath towels) and had coffee cups but no coffee. Parking lot is a wreck so it was very difficult to park my motorcycle. Room has a popcorn ceiling from the 70’s (aspestos?), curtains stained and the door safety lock messed up. Oh yeh, there is a plastic bag wrapped around the smoke detector. Housekeeper doesn't speak any English. Office staff is very matter of fact. I had to walk up to office a second time for “one bath towel” and then I had to call later to remind him I still needed a wash cloth and was waiting at 8pm :( I do like the bed and assorted pillows for different head support :)

Very dirty room, parking lot full of potholes, the ice machine was broken, breakfast was not stocked and the waffles were constantly unavailable. We didn't get enough towels and when we went to ask for them the extras were constantly taken out by housekeeping. No access to the television. Our water was thrown out, but our trash was not. And outside there were so many rats. There was also a homeless person that was staying near the dumpster.

Front desk check in was terrible. The room was ok, good pillows but that’s about it. High road noise since rooms open onto outside walks. There were people outside partying late, lots of noise. Not worth the bargain price if a good night’s sleep is impirtaht, in my opinion

Building is old. Needs updated! Huge multiple pot holes in street. Check-in was difficult. The lady had a heavy accent and was very hard to understand. Had to drive around several times to find my room because I couldn’t understand her explanation. Room was a little dirty. Stains on carpet. When I pulled down the comforter there was a rather large stain on the sheets from a blue ink pen. The tub floor was stained black fro dirt. Tub was leaking and had a consistent drip the whole time. I didn’t take a shower there because the tub floor grossed me out so much. The hotel is right by the highway making it fairly noisy all the time. This was the worst LaQuinta I’ve ever stayed in. I do not recommend staying here until they can do some renovations to the place!!!

Doors were drafty. Could hear other people so walls very thin. Called front desk to report volume on remote did not work which was very inconvenient with air conditioner running. Couldn't hear anything. All she told us is a ticket would be submitted to maintenence once we were checked out to replace remote. Asked for a credit of some kind and she stated the manager would be the one to approve that. Never received a call from the manager so doubt a message was ever passed to him or her.

Place is honestly very run down. The free breakfast is by far the worst I’ve ever had at a hotel. The windows on a few of the hotel rooms were broken. The AC unit did not work in our room. Smelled moldy in the room. Very disappointed

This is absolutely one of the worst places I’ve ever had to stay in my life. It honestly reminded me of a crack motel. There were homeless people outside of the doors, which is unsafe. The staff at the front was extremely rude and dishonest, and didn’t hold up to what they said. There were no towels in the room, and no shampoo, or conditioner to use. There are crumbs all over the bedspread. The breakfast was honestly a joke. I had to stay here out of necessity, because other rooms were taken due to tournaments and surrounding areas… But this was absolutely one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in a hotel, my entire life… Extremely disappointed in Expedia for having them listed and extremely disappointed in the hotel itself.

This location has to be the worst location ever, very unclean room, mold in shower with no working oulets, asked to change room and was treated with total disrespect by the lady at front desk and was told no as she walked away, I'll be telling others to stay somewhere else and never at this location, this has to one the worst experiences I've ever had, I would rate this location a -10

The front desk clerk was accommodating above and beyond when I thought I lost my charger and gave me her personal charger to use. One thing was that I booked early check-in via the link from the hotel, which says five dollars to check in at one and 25 to check in at three. They were adamant that I should be paying $30 instead of 25 and I was prepared to go to corporate. However they did honor the 25 which is what I got in a link from them in writing ..overall excellent hotel excellent location.

The breakfast was the same fir the three days we were there. Was hood but would have been nice to have a little change. we stayed 3 nights and our room was never cleaned ot towels changed and we had to ask desk for toilet paper. Area was ok close to food, shopping, and easy to get where we needed to go.

I did not like anything about this property. It was filthy, dilapidated, the complimentary breakfast, well the was never any food. people were making 6 plates and carrying them out. even took the gallon of milk that was there for the cereal. the refrig did not work. the coffee machine had no filter for the coffee. The faucet in the bathroom was ready to fall off. the faucet on the tub dripped constantly. The garbage cans were overflowing with trash. the general condition appears as if it need to be totally demolished. The pool was not available until 2 days after we arrived. unable to communicate with any of the staff other than the front desk but they were new and had no answers to anything.
