The onsite restaurant is fabulous...the staff are very nice...the property is very nice...one downer is the huge sink in the bathroom is a bit weird and hard to keep clean due to the slow drain and the parking lot in the back of the property is very small...I witnessed a couple of staff parking in the lot and was a bit sad that staff were allowed to park in the small lot which makes even less parking for guests.

A unique twist on a modernized hotel with easy access to the numerous trailheads and bikeways in the area. They even have rental bikes for guests to use, free of charge. The fitness center is exceptional (on a typical hotel gym standard.)

Overall our stay was great! My biggest, and only real complaint, they only actually have 2 EV chargers, that they have right at the front door, that they let anyone park in. So gas cars were there more then anything. Luckily there is a super charger about 2.5 miles away. I really liked it otherwise

We took a family vacation to CO and stayed at this hotel for 1 night. The staff was very welcoming. It was close to everything. We took an Uber on the recomendation of staff to the Rockies game and had a blast. Plenty of parking. Very nice gym.

The room was dirty!!!! No one swept the floors, there was dog hair all over the floors, restroom floors and under the bed in the sides underneath the TV areas and tables. Very unsatisfied, and very disappointed 😔! I had this choice and Aloft, which we stayed at before and that was a lot better experience. I had read reviews and thought this was a better choice, it wasn't. Never again! Just awful 😞

I like this hotel. It’s new and it is located in such a nice area. We have stayed here in 3 different occasions with the family. This trip, the room is not clean. The beds are saggy. We have 2 queen and it’s saggy on the side by the bedside table. There’s really no water pressure in the sink. The handheld shower head is not very efficient. The shower curtain has mold forming on the helm. Big greasy hand print inside the bathroom door. Dust on the window sill and dirt and debris behind the beds. Also, accumulation of dust on fan blades. I have attached photos for evidence and hope the manager can see it and be aware of the state the room was in. Would I go back to this hotel? Yes. My first two stay were fantastic.

The decor was very cute. The sink are very large and the draining of the water just laid in the sink. Floors had food on it and showed the room wasn’t very cleaned. The hall way needed vacuuming. We stayed a total of three days. Two different rooms.

Stayed here for a wedding so there wasn’t much choice. The staff was really friendly and helped me get a kettle so I could make tea bc the rooms only have nespresso machines. Overall, it’s fine. I found it a bit of a nickel and dime type of place. There are waters in the room that are $4/piece, which should be complimentary in my opinion. I didn’t find it as clean as I expected - fingerprints on the bathroom door, stuff like that - just kind of lack of attention to detail. I did love that the lobby has filtered water and I’d say this place meets expectations.

We stay here often, this visit we saw quite the difference in cleanliness of the room. Trash found on side of bed, bathroom was not terribly clean with dusty/dirty trim (it’s black, so very noticeable), sink was not clean, shower edges had slight mold. Floors throughout room were slightly sticky (using the wrong cleaning product?). Side table with chair was VERY dirty. Room was quiet and nice overall for the price, but it’s sad to see it go from amazing to just ok. Construction at front of building, had to enter through back doors. Parking very limited.

Good hotel in a quiet location. There was dark hair in the shower when we got there which was pretty gross and housekeeping is “by request only.” No soap provided… only shower gel and hand soap in the pump bottles. Parking lot is under construction which made things more challenging.

When staying on the top floor, dont stay in 526, 28, 30. They are directly under the giant air handlers on the roof. Wyndham needs to put some spring and rubber dampeners under the roof top units....the whole room have a constant vibration and thud noise all day and night.

I wanted to rate this high because the rooms and property are well decorated BUT my god, the sleep was terrible. There are no opening windows so you feel claustrophobic and overheated if you don’t have the AC unit on. It flicks on with this bright green light every time it turns on (stupidest design of any temperature control unit I’ve ever seen) and is insanely loud when it comes on waking you out of your sleep. There is also an extremely bright blue light that you can’t turn on by the door that illuminates the room in such a way that you’d swear it’s daylight. While I can appreciate the amenities like the nice gym, lobby, retro refrigerator and blackout curtains (useless with the inside lights), it doesn’t outweigh the main point of being there: SLEEP!

Perfect location. Beautiful rooms, and comfortable. Loved being able to connect to my Netflix so we could watch a movie in bed. One weird thing about the rooms was there was no microwave. They had called before and asked if we needed one and I said yes, but it wasn’t in the room. The trash also hadn’t been emptied prior to our stay. If you want to check in early, they charge $80. Which was a hassle because check in was super late, 4pm. I’ve never had a hotel charge this much for a room that was already available.

It was quiet and the view of the mountain was pretty. There wasn’t a microwave in the room, but they did have one available for us to use during our stay. The restaurant downstairs is on the pricey side as well as the hotel beverages and snacks. The bed and pillows were firm. The shower had great water pressure.

Honestly this was An amazing hotel . The staff is super friendly and very accommodating. I had to request a shower chair and in less than 30 minutes they brought one up to the room ! They gave great customer service. I felt very comfortable, welcomed and happy . I am very appreciative of the lovely staff . The room was so nice, clean , nicely decorated and overall amazing ! I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Made me fall in love with Colorado even more ! Thank you

Our stay was a Friday through Monday We were in and out of the hotel. Not once did the front desk staff ever say hello or acknowledge us. Everyday we placed the room sign out that stated "Yes" but our rooms were never cleaned. On day two I asked the front desk to have our room cleaned, fresh towels and he said we don't do that. Paying over $600 at this hotel and they dont clean/refresh your room. I was told I needed to request this 24 hours in advanced and by 9am. This doesnt even make sense. When I asked again to have my room refreshed, I got a "No, sorry". Such a great area to visit. To bad the service and personal at this hotel didn't match.

If you're lucky, you will enjoy this very nice boutique hotel. We, however, had multiple issues that took a lot of follow-up to fix. First, the coffee maker didn't work. Second, the only outlet in the bathroom didn't work. Third, the bathroom sink soap dispenser was empty. I mean, how can you prepare a room for guests without checking these 3 simple but critical items? In addition, the room clock was off by over 5 hours and the thermostate clock was off by 3 hours and on a schedule that shut off our AC in the middle of the night. A lot of issues, but if they had been fixed quickly, that would have been fine. But I called them in at 8:30am after a late checkin. And confirmed the front desk guy had them right at 9am. Yet when I returned to the room at 2:30pm, they hadn't been fixed and housekeeping and maintenance said they hadn't even been informed of them! To her credit, the new woman at the front desk immediately got both issues fixed. Oh, and when my wife called the front desk regarding the broken coffee maker, he told her she had to put hot water in the carafe. Like she wants to drink lukewarm water from the hotel's hot water heater...

Our stay here was beyond pleasant. We came for a funeral and the service was delayed and their understand and compassion towards us in making everything seamless for us. So much that we had to extend our stay and they made sure our room wasn’t changed. Highly recommended!

4pm check in is tough for business travelers. I arrived around 1. They said they would call me when a room came available. No call. Tried to check in at 3:47 and still seemed to be a bother to them. Nice hotel but front staff just not warm or welcoming. Steamer in room is very nice. Espresso pot in room not as good as regular coffee pot. Very clean rooms. Great location and surroundings. Just a sterile vibe.

The staff was rude. We arrived a bit early for check in. We have the staff our information and was informed that our room wasn’t ready. We got coffee at the coffee shop and sat in the lobby. One of the employees kept circling around us then rudely asked if we were staying at the hotel. We were the only ones in the lobby at this point and just checked with the desk. At check in time we went back to the front and was told our room wasn’t ready because it was to big for them to clean and they had supply issues. It took another half hour to 45 minutes for our room to be ready. It’s wasn’t the delay because I understand that it was how it was handled they were all very rude.

Clean hotel! This is always the most important to me! Great location, too! Free parking. Lots of restaurants nearby. Not a far drive to downtown. And close to I70, which is the highway that takes you into Keystone. Definitely recommend!

Perfect for our short stay to Colorado. Easy few minute drive to downtown Denver and to beautiful scenic trails. Perfectly located in a safe city with access to everything you need within a mile or two. Front desk staff was always friendly. Highly recommend and will definitely consider staying at Origin hotels again.
