We arrived early and left our bags. We were never notified when the room was ready. The shower and toilet had issues leaking. One day there was no hot water! The desk said they were sorry and did I get the email that it would be down-NOPE. The furniture placement in the room allowed only one chair for a direct view of the TV. The TV was kept saying there was no service. When it finally connected, there was no streaming options. There were adequate towels in the room
