Check in was bad. Had to talk to a rude guy to get a wrist band as the keys. He got real personal and tried to sell us a time share there. We just wanted a room. For the price and the amenities a Motel Six would have been a better choice. An elevator did not work. The places to eat close buy were very limited and not many choices unless you drove somewhere. Would recommend this place or go there again.

We received a phone call from Club Wyndham less than 24 hours prior to our check in day/ time and they told us they downgraded our room to a one bedroom with 1 queen bed and pull out sofa. We booked a 2 bedroom suite in March for 5 people. They must have overbooked and thought it was no big deal to just call and “let us know” about the downgrade. Expecting 5 people to cram in one room for a vacation we spent our hard earned money on to be comfortable. We were also returning guests consider buying a time share with them but not any longer! It was very stressful and frustrating especially with us booking so early in advance!!! We ended up staying at the Marriot Bonvoy SpringHill suites Nextdoor, got two rooms and it was amazing!!!! I actually enjoyed it more than Club Wyndham!

The evacuation alarm Went off twice one of them 5am. The manager was not that concerned and didn’t offer anything or suggestion to avoid the problem to happen again, I was the one who requested a person to verify the alarm .
