The whole stay was just awful, we booked because it stated there was a pool. When we arrived the pool was changed locked, the cable was off and Wi-Fi did not work. It the room was nasty, had holes in the wall to the point you can hear directly what was going on in the next room. Crackheads walked the premises as if it was a detox house. Will NEVER BOOK THERE AGAIN‼️

Staff was great. Nice guy. But, fridge in the room was unplugged. When i plugged it in, it leaked water everywhere. There was no tank cover on the toilet, just a plastic tray, cigarette stains all along the top of the tub, we thought the microwave was going to burn up or start a fire, sketchy neighborhood, pool was clean, but no tables or chairs to sit at, just a cement hole. Floor was dirty, inside one drawer, which didn't have a handle, was filled with gross debris, looked like furniture had never been moved when cleaning, no towels in the room, duct tape holding the window on, very loud outside noises... the list goes on!! Red roof inns should be ashamed of this property.

The room was in terrible condition. The bathtub was peeling. The air conditioner did not work. No remote control for television. No ice buckets provided. The location is not great and the property has not been well maintained. The building is old the beds and the TV are too small and the pool looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years. This property needs plenty of improvements. Also there was no soap or toilet paper in the room.

Absolutely Disgusting – Do Not Stay Here! ⭐☆☆☆☆ This was by far the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stepped foot in. You could literally see where the floors hadn’t been swept, and my shoes were sticking to the floor just walking into the room. The refrigerator was filthy inside and out, and there were stains on absolutely everything — the sheets, the comforter, even the furniture. The blankets and sheets were so heavily stained it was impossible to feel clean or comfortable. The bathroom was just as bad — the bathtub was stained and had cigarette burns all around it. There were even pieces of a Brillo pad left in the drawers, like someone had halfheartedly tried to clean and gave up. The worst part? There were mushrooms growing out of the ceiling. That’s how bad the moisture and neglect were. To top it all off, the door had a visible gap where it didn’t fit the frame, so you could literally see into the room from the outside. The latch lock was broken. NOT SAFE!

the room was DIRTY. like they don't even sweep. the AC was off when we got there and it didnt even cool the room because the door had an opening on top. the bathroom needs renovation asap. the bathroom door was locked and they didnt even have a key for it

This place is horrible. Period. There was mold all over in my room. I tried to get a refund and show them pictures of the mold so that they would clean it up and they locked me out of the office!! They really need the health department to go inspect the rooms before someone gets deathly sick

The room was horrible. The sink was stopped up. The toilet was stopped up and the tub was stopped up. Everything was full of water. The bare sheets was dirty. It wasn't changed, we pulled the cover back. There were socks underneath the sheets. I will never stay there again

This hotel was uninhabitable. There was black mold on the ceiling as big as the queen bed in the room. The sheets were filthy. Mold and filth in the bathroom. Floors were dirty. We stood in the room enough to book another hotel and left.

We always take a trip to New Orleans but decided to try to find a cheaper hotel so I chose this one. Got to the room and upon opening the door 3 roaches were on the table. Moved the bed about 3 more. Linen was stained. Went to front desk moved to another room, slightly better…no roaches, but bed let you feel EVERY spring that was made in it lol. Overall you get what you pay for but never again!!

This place should be CONDEMNED! It is in extreme disrepair in all areas! We went to our 1st room and the through the wall hvac unit was apart, and extremely dirty. Got the 2nd room, it smelled like cigar smoke, we booked no smoking, the tub floor was delaminating. You would cut your feet if you used it! Water was coming up through the floor, everything was very dirty, the door wouldn't lock, and we slept on top of the beds fully clothed because the place was so nasty!

ER waste your money here. First of all when we first got in our room I saw our smoke detector was literally gone, just a hole in the wall. The room smelt like cigarettes and weed despite being a no smoking room. The outside of the doors had banging dents as well. Then i went use the bathroom and the door handle was literally gone as well, the bath tub paint peeling, and their was black stuff on the roof. All outlets and light switches were at an angle, the mirror had like finger smudges on them and the chair that goes with the desk was in front the mirror. We left that room and got a different one and it’s looking more decent except for the fire alarm was there just pulled out the wall and there was also a giant gap under the entry door which means bugs can get in. So we give up on this place bc it just a bad vibe. We ask for a refund and the last slap to the face, the room was NON REFUNDABLE!! We weren’t even there for an hour

For what I paid it was okay. The latching door for safety was not there on the entry door. The bathroom door did not lock nor did it have a door knob. The bath tub looked to be painted over due to the flaking of paint chips that were in the tub. The mattress were both needing to be replaced. They were very thin and uncomfortable. Out of all the lights only 2 worked. Most of the plugs didn’t work. There was a hole in the bathroom ceiling. It was missing a light.

We arrived at 3pm which is the check in time.our room was not ready had to wait another hour,once we finally got our room there was broken glass in the floor,the door frame was so bad you couldn't lock your door so no sense of security and some off the cleaning staff would beg us and other visitors for money I honestly feel we should be reimbursed for some money not only for having to wait on our room but also for not feeling secure and safe in our rented room

Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. Dirty, nasty, unimaginably filthy, with extremely rude, nasty, unprofessional staff. You can totally forget about “Customer Service”. No apology, no “sorry for the inconvenience”. Nothing! Just a cold shoulder, no eye contact, was given a key to a different room and was then dismissed. HORRIBLE!

I checked in on Sunday February 17,2024. The 1st room I was given was ridiculous. The ac & light in the bathroom didn’t work, you sit on the bed it’s a whole when you get up. The microwave & refrigerator was dirty. Went to the desk bc the phone didn’t work in the room. To let the front desk know, he was sending maintenance. He arrived he act like he didn’t know what he was doing. He took him 3 - 4 trips to fixed the bathroom light. He didn’t do anything about the ac at all. I left him in the room to go get cleaning supplies. I come back I can’t get back into my room. Goes back to the front desk, he re program the key & said if it don’t work give him a call. The key didn’t open the door call the front desk he came he couldn’t open the door. I was moved to another room dat room was 100% better the only thing in dat room was the ceiling in the bathroom. I extended my stay I went get my key re program. Upon arrival the front desk doesn’t know his name but he resides at the hotel. He was drunk are high one or the other. He was doing to much it creeped me out. He sat at the desk and went to sleep. Housekeeping was soo awesome!! It turned out to be ok afterwards.

It was very outdated. I have been ro some nice Red Roofs. I was having trouble with TV no sound no pic just words. I tried calling office around 8:30 from room phone no answer so I waited I tried again no answer so I try calling from my cell phone thinking they don't want to answer room calls still no answer. So we had no TV with a 14 yr old & 17 yr old. So the next day we getting ready to check out I call front office from room phone they answer this time. So I explained how I been trying to call & tell them about the TV this man asked me why I didn't come to office. For what I asked that's why you have phones in the room smh. Woke up to a man with a clipboard standing over my bed telling my partner that we werent allowed to stay there because we didnt have a reservation. This was after we confirmed our reservation and paid for it the night before. I asked the front desk about it and he obviously was unconcerned with it, was extremely patronizing and offered a BIG discount for the next stay which we never even received. Towels , bathroom, microwave, fridge, and floors were all dirty upon arrival. They knocked on the door 10 minutes before checkout to kick us out. Worst experience of my life.

The Owner Staff were very polite. I noticed from the lobby setting and the room that the property needs to be updated it looks old and some of the rooms smell like smoke. I didn’t feel comfortable staying. I re-booked to another Hotel the pictures on the website are not current .

Initially, we entered driveway next to Red Roof Inn in error and passed a crack house with door open and people coming in and out. When we got to correct entrance and parked it was 11:20pm and attendant could not find our reservation. After calls he said owner had canceled our reservation. We had driven for 6 straight hours. We left and I drove off through a city I did not know with disabled frail seniors, adults and a minor without anywhere to go at 11:50pm. We had called and said we were arriving late but I guess owner got a better deal from a crack head who would pay more for our room. Can’t trust Expedia during Mardi Gras.

This place enters your room when you leave and goes through your things. And not only that when they came in going through our things they peed all on the toilet seat. I did see that they replaced a couple of towels but not all so apparently that’s the reason they entered without us being there. The tub was dirty. My booking was for a king size but they gave me a double bed like I was a prostitute. Which my Lyft driver told me this is one of the worst places to stay. I felt very unsafe here and will never come back and don’t recommend anyone else to. The first room that was offered tv didn’t work so I had to relocate to another room. Through the night people were loud and hanging out. And I forgot to mention when I arrived there were 3 police cars on the property because of a fight.

After the original hotel that I booked lost my reservation and all booked online through Expedia, this was the only option they gave me. This place is very rundown and in need of a lot of updating. It is definitely not worth what I was charged per night but I feel that I was taken advantage of due to it being Superbowl weekend. There is nothing in the area other than a gas station. I would not recommend this hotel or using Expedia.

Upon arriving, I got a very sketchy, unsafe vibe from the motel. There’s no cameras or anything. My refrigerator didn’t work. The shower didn’t work very well and the tub didn’t look very clean. My friend had another room and saw a cockroach on her bed, got her money back, and went to another hotel. I toughed it out. I would never stay here again or recommend it to anyone.

Staff was great. Nice guy. But, fridge in the room was unplugged. When i plugged it in, it leaked water everywhere. There was no tank cover on the toilet, just a plastic tray, cigarette stains all along the top of the tub, we thought the microwave was going to burn up or start a fire, sketchy neighborhood, pool was clean, but no tables or chairs to sit at, just a cement hole. Floor was dirty, inside one drawer, which didn't have a handle, was filled with gross debris, looked like furniture had never been moved when cleaning, no towels in the room, duct tape holding the window on, very loud outside noises... the list goes on!! Red roof inns should be ashamed of this property.
