The hotel was 20 minutes from downtown Zadar. 20euro taxi. We did not know it was all inclusive, but we did have a nice dinner. Unfortunately the lobby juice, bee and coffee machines were locked when we tried to go. We walked a lot, around the waterfront and in what is solely a residential area. At the entrance of the property was a bus stop to downtown. The people at the desk were all very nice. Quick easy check in and out. A nice pool.

we had a great stay in this hotel, we book all inclusive, lots of food selections in the restaurant, unlimited drinks from morning up to 10 pm,, beach front, and they have swimming pool and garden where you can stay, every night they play live music where you dance and sing, lots of fun,

Min andra vistelse här. Läget vid stranden och med bra bussförbindelse till city är mycket bra. Maten är vällagad och god, det finns mycket att välja på. Personalen är trevlig och hjälpsam såväl reception som restaurang och städ. Det enda som stör är att det ofta spelas musik på mycket! hög volym i ba ren och på poolområdet.

I didn't expect much for a 3 star but it still needs to be said that the hotel would benefit from a deep clean in areas. I requested a room clean several times during my stay and still the dead wasp on my windowsill remained. Very flat pillow, had to request another one to avoid a bad neck, bed also not that comfy and the broken unsafe path to the beach is an accident waiting to happen, the hotel is generally in need of a refresh throughout. Food was mostly okay though not much variety with deserts. Overall I can't really complain for the price paid, just don't go there with unrealistic expectations.

Das Hotel ist in 2 Gebäude aufgeteilt. 1 Gebäude mit Speisesaal 1 Gebäude mit Bar und Animation Essen war gut und abwechslungsreich. Zu Stoßzeiten leider überfüllt, keine Plätze, kein Besteck, keine Kaffeetassen. Animation ist sehr laut. Verschiedene Programme über den Tag verteilt. Abends Musik (sehr laut) bis ca. 23:00 Strandzugang und Liegeplätze sind TOP! Besser als bei den anderen Hotels. Alles in allem OK.

Clean hotel very repative food ,no diet drinks being a diabetic very poor , very poor for disabled people all toilets down at least 15 steps ,all double rooms very small my wife's in a wheelchair but hotel in nice location nice surroundings,but entrainment was poor no outside lighting all entertaining is by pool at so dangerous for small children to darkto see them if they wonder off.

Ligger nära havet men långt ifrån city. Enformig mat och mest kaos i matsalen. Frukost, lunch och middag ingick i all inclusive men inget snacks, glass eller drinkar däremellan. Alldeles för få solstolar. Alla solstolar tagna redan innan kl 7 på morgonen och stod sedan paxade men tomma i stort sett hela dagen. Kommer inte besöka detta hotell igen. Absolut inte värt pengarna för all inclusive

Unfortunately the hotel is very “tired” and we felt we had been transported back in time with the room, desperately in need of modernisation although it was clean. Restaurant food was a little lacking in flavour and heat but having said this you pay for what you get! We rate it as a 2*

Hotel is in a quiet area, if you want to head into Zadar city centre you can't walk but Ubers are cheap. Plenty of seating by the pool and in the bar. The hotel is right on the coast, which is a nice walk and the view of the sun set from there is beautiful. The dining options tend to be same for lunch and dinner. Room looked slightly old fashioned but the bed was comfortable, clean and the shower was good.

I resepsjonen var det fritt frem for gjester å oppholde seg lettkledde og rett fra basseng. Altså klissvåte. Møblene i resepsjonen var ekle og våte. Ingen ting på tapp var noe å drikke. Utvannet eller veldig sterkt. Hele hotellet hadde gjennomgående behov for oppussing. Sprekker, manglende fliser/lister. Alt var stygt og slitt. Maten var det verste av alt. Ekkel mat, helt uspiselig. Vi spiste alle måltider utenfor hotellet. Det eneste positive jeg kan trekke frem som positivt var den harde senga og at vi var heldige med sjøutsikt i 5 etasje!

Servicen på hotellet var helt i top, og alle de ansatte var smilende og hjælpsomme. Hotellet var i ringe stand, med laminat der er ved at falde at skuffer og skabe, så støv og smuds kan samle sig. Ydermere krakeleret maling og gulve og mange lamper der enten ikke virkede eller ikke havde en funktionel pære. På det værelse vi boede på var der myg klasket ud på væggene og der var ikke rengjort særlig godt i hjørnerne. Poolområdet var fint, blot lidt bemærkelsesværdigt at man ikke kunne benytte en liggestol i dette område. Buffeten var intetsigende og man kan tvivle på om der overhovedet var brugt salt og peber. Men igen et super behageligt personale klar på spring til at hjælpe med hvad som helst.

A variety of warm and cold dishes is served 3 times a day. The nearby beach is pebbly and access to water is somewhat difficult. The hotel seems popular with German and Swedish visitors.

Personnel au top tout comme la vue qu'offre cet hôtel. Pensée aux serveurs Luka et Arangel qui ont été extrêmement gentil (tout commes leurs collègues de la réception) Le repas n'était pas vraiment varié mais c'était vraiment bon, peut-être un peu gras mais il y a de la nourriture plus légères ce qui nous à convenu pour le séjour Le repas du midi lors de mon dernier jour était en revanche excellent, très varié avec de la pizza, des glaces, beaucoup plus de choix en pâtisserie comparé au restaurant habituel (suite à la fermeture on à été invité à aller à l'autre hôtel du groupe hôtelier) Les chambres sont vraiment très propre, le ménage est fait tout les jours Je recommande vivement cet hôtel, si je suis mené à revenir à Zadar je reviendrai dans cet hôtel sans hésitation.

Hotel was outdated, didnt feel very clean. We booked a room with one bed, however it came with two beds but one just didnt have sheets or pillows. We found a couple maggots under the mattress. Overall the hotel just needs work...

Hotel selbst ist sehr alt und sehr alte Ausstattung. Zum Essen muss man mehr Möglichkeiten habe, das war auch nicht so gut. Die Lage ist gut und direkt am Stand

Det som var fantastiskt bra var läget. Väldigt nära havet. Annars var det ett slitet hotell. Vårt rum luktade lite lustigt. Väldigt dålig mat i deras all inlusive och oengagerad personal överlag på hotellet.

The hotel was 20 minutes from downtown Zadar. 20euro taxi. We did not know it was all inclusive, but we did have a nice dinner. Unfortunately the lobby juice, bee and coffee machines were locked when we tried to go. We walked a lot, around the waterfront and in what is solely a residential area. At the entrance of the property was a bus stop to downtown. The people at the desk were all very nice. Quick easy check in and out. A nice pool.

I don’t usually leave reviews but this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a hotel. I called the front desk to confirm I could check in later than midnight and they said no problem. I showed up at around 2am and they said they are fully booked. The man at the front desk was also very unhelpful. He said that he could see my reservation but there were no free rooms. Eventually him and another found a room and went in to get it ready, which took an hour and a half. So finally after waiting in the lobby, extremely tired, I was finally let into the room, and was provided a lunch bag (very gross - slices of dry bread, a canned meat spread?, fruit and yogurt). I wasn’t really provided any info at check in either like when check out is or breakfast. Then to top it off, at about 8am someone on staff came into the room. There was also banging and loud noises throughout the morning. Overall a bad experience and would not recommend, especially at such a high price. Good note - nice location, very close to the beach.

Servicen på hotellet var helt i top, og alle de ansatte var smilende og hjælpsomme. Hotellet var i ringe stand, med laminat der er ved at falde at skuffer og skabe, så støv og smuds kan samle sig. Ydermere krakeleret maling og gulve og mange lamper der enten ikke virkede eller ikke havde en funktionel pære. På det værelse vi boede på var der myg klasket ud på væggene og der var ikke rengjort særlig godt i hjørnerne. Poolområdet var fint, blot lidt bemærkelsesværdigt at man ikke kunne benytte en liggestol i dette område. Buffeten var intetsigende og man kan tvivle på om der overhovedet var brugt salt og peber. Men igen et super behageligt personale klar på spring til at hjælpe med hvad som helst.

The complete lack of control of other guests (the couple hundred preteen/teenage footballers). There were no guardians holding them accountable to be respectful of other guests of which I complained to reception 3 times over the course of several hours. They were playing football in the parking lots, the hallways, the lobby. They were banging on doors, yelling at all hours, blasting music. I asked reception for an extra pillow around 10-1030pm which never arrived.

Dafür kann das Hotel relativ wenig. Ich weiß es nicht. Ich buchte ein Zimmer, kam ins Hotel und es hieß, es seien keine Zimmer frei. Nun bin ich auf die Abwicklung gespannt.

Ich war echt super zufrieden mit dem Hotel. Das Essen war richtig lecker und es gab genug Auswahl, ich hab eigentlich alles mal probiert und es hat immer geschmeckt. Die Getränke waren auch gut, sogar mit Alkohol keine Kopfschmerzen gehabt, dass sagt schon was über die Qualität. Die Lage ist top: direkt am Strand, und vom Pool aus sieht man das Meer. Der Pool ist groß genug und angenehm warm. Das Personal war total freundlich und entspannt, überhaupt nicht aufdringlich. Ich hab mein Zimmer viel früher bekommen als gedacht und durfte sogar kostenlos bis 14 Uhr auschecken, fand ich richtig nett! Ganz ehrlich: Ich versteh nicht, was manche hier zu meckern haben. Klar, es sind nur 3 Sterne und kein Luxus, aber man hat alles, was man braucht, um einen schönen Urlaub zu verbringen.

Hotel is in a quiet area, if you want to head into Zadar city centre you can't walk but Ubers are cheap. Plenty of seating by the pool and in the bar. The hotel is right on the coast, which is a nice walk and the view of the sun set from there is beautiful. The dining options tend to be same for lunch and dinner. Room looked slightly old fashioned but the bed was comfortable, clean and the shower was good.

Min andra vistelse här. Läget vid stranden och med bra bussförbindelse till city är mycket bra. Maten är vällagad och god, det finns mycket att välja på. Personalen är trevlig och hjälpsam såväl reception som restaurang och städ. Det enda som stör är att det ofta spelas musik på mycket! hög volym i ba ren och på poolområdet.

Coastal walkway on the edge of a spacious green site with various Falkensteiner hotels. Recommend Walk to Diklo and beyond. Food in hotel repetitive but good choices available. Pool bar open all day til 10pm - soft drinks, beer,wine included.

Nice hotel in lovely grounds virtually on the beach. The room was nice and clean with a comfy bed. We enjoyed sitting by the pool in the evening with a local brandy. Staff were lovely, the only downside was the bus loads of teenage schoolchildren arriving daily for a one night stay which made the hotel and dining room quite busy. The food was ok but mostly cold, even the fried eggs at breakfast, but there was a good selection for lunch and dinner.

Det som var fantastiskt bra var läget. Väldigt nära havet. Annars var det ett slitet hotell. Vårt rum luktade lite lustigt. Väldigt dålig mat i deras all inlusive och oengagerad personal överlag på hotellet.

Personnel au top tout comme la vue qu'offre cet hôtel. Pensée aux serveurs Luka et Arangel qui ont été extrêmement gentil (tout commes leurs collègues de la réception) Le repas n'était pas vraiment varié mais c'était vraiment bon, peut-être un peu gras mais il y a de la nourriture plus légères ce qui nous à convenu pour le séjour Le repas du midi lors de mon dernier jour était en revanche excellent, très varié avec de la pizza, des glaces, beaucoup plus de choix en pâtisserie comparé au restaurant habituel (suite à la fermeture on à été invité à aller à l'autre hôtel du groupe hôtelier) Les chambres sont vraiment très propre, le ménage est fait tout les jours Je recommande vivement cet hôtel, si je suis mené à revenir à Zadar je reviendrai dans cet hôtel sans hésitation.

Everything was quite. Just a waren up at 2.30 missed and on asking why, I was told that the receptionist rang the room number. But no sound was heard and anyway, one should wait until the person answers. Or go to the room. Also last minute on leaving I was told to pay the local tax, which one could have done on arrival or when visiting the reception. The prebooked lunchpaket was forgotten to be handed over early morning. Everything else was excellent.

I didn't expect much for a 3 star but it still needs to be said that the hotel would benefit from a deep clean in areas. I requested a room clean several times during my stay and still the dead wasp on my windowsill remained. Very flat pillow, had to request another one to avoid a bad neck, bed also not that comfy and the broken unsafe path to the beach is an accident waiting to happen, the hotel is generally in need of a refresh throughout. Food was mostly okay though not much variety with deserts. Overall I can't really complain for the price paid, just don't go there with unrealistic expectations.
