There is no aircon. They advertise that they do but appears they only allow you to turn it on at certain times of the year. Location is amazing but we probably wouldn't stay again as the room got quite hot and uncomfortable. Opening the windows didn't help all that much. It would be a 5 star place otherwise so worth a stay if you're okay sleeping in a hot room. It should be okay during winter or if they actually allow guests to use the aircon. The false advertising is pretty disappointing though. Otherwise the staff are friendly. They also offer breakfast included but we didn't try it. It's also a good idea to bring earplugs as the rooms are right near a bell tower that chimes throughout the night.

Hotel tres bien situé. Chambre originale, des miroirs partout sur les murs et plafond salle de bain. Pas d ascenseur Parking reservé pas disponible, l hotel n etait pas au courant et a bien eu du mal a nous donner l adresse, un plan prevu a l avance serait utile, finalement on s est garé sur des places publics.

Spectacular location!! Great breakfast service. The only issue is the lack of elevator (we were told that due the location within the Old City, the authorities are very strict about installing a lift within the facilities). Maybe the front desk may offer help to take the luggage to the rooms...

Ok för övernattning, inte för social samvaro. Dåligt med gemensamhetsutrymmen vilket är det viktigaste på ett hostel. Uselt för matlagning och förvaring av mat, ett litet kylskåp per våningsplan, ingen spis.

Staff are helpful. Location of the hostel is excellent. The hostel itself is stylish with good amenities and common areas. Breakfast is great. The only issue is the flushing system which is too weak.

I stayed total of three nights at the Boutique Hostel Forum. The whole experience was super nice. Late check-in was possible, rooms were clean and it was nice to have a toilet and a shower in your own room. Sleeping booths gave privacy, view was beautiful and the big window relevealed the square, church, restaurant and the beautiful street. Location was perfect, middle of everything. Bus/shuttle ride comes near from Zadar airport for 5€. Would recommend and would definitely stay again if travelling to Zadar!

Very clean and well maintained hostel (I would use hotel). We lived in a standard room with twin beds on the second floor (XII) facing another building, and it was very quiet. I was glad that we didn’t have the view, as I preferred the quietness. Comfortable beds, nice dark room (wooden window shades), clean and comfortable. The hotel is in the middle of the old town, so everything is in the walking distance. We loved it, and would come again. Breakfast was good, had everything you could need (eggs, bacon, bread, coffee, croissants, cream cheese, some veggies). For the price you are getting a lot. Truly recommend.

The location was excellent, the room had clean bedsheets and a clean bathroom, the walls / floor had seen better days and I struggled to ser how the actual room matched the website photos. Breakfast was plentiful and good, pleasantly surprised. Staff was very nice.

Good location, close to many points of interest. But had to walk up three flights of stairs to a cramped, oddly configured room with bed inclined at a fairlsteep 30 degree angle up, especially for a couple like us in our 70s. Really more of a hostel, as the name implies. Would not recommend for anyone over 50.

Very nice and helpful service at the reception. Breakfast was modest but OK. But the rooms were a disaster. I booked two ‘Superioer doubles’ and they were listed as 15 m2. They were more like 5 m2. The floor was declining towards the windows so it was kind of an acrobatic thing to even get in and put of the beds. VERY disappointing and I’m happy it was only for line night… NOT worth the money :-(

We stayed overnight before catching a plane. The rooms are great with everything you need and a good en-suite shower room and very comfortable bed. Wonderful views too over the Harbour. We were allowed to check in early at no extra cost and they provided packed breakfast as we left very early. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing location in the middle of the old town . We had a private twin room and a gorgeous view of the square. The beds were comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was good then best I have had in a hostle it had hot and cold food not just continental selection . I would definitely stay here again If I ever come back to zadar

Very centrally located funky hostel - our room had an incredible view over the forum from which we really enjoyed people watching (just to note there were concerts playing each evening so could be noisy from music but it always finished around 11 and the room was well insulated from general street noise). The compact room was cleverly designed and we had everything we needed. Breakfast was simple but good and the location was very central. We would definitely stay again!

We stayed overnight before catching a plane. The rooms are great with everything you need and a good en-suite shower room and very comfortable bed. Wonderful views too over the Harbour. We were allowed to check in early at no extra cost and they provided packed breakfast as we left very early. Would definitely stay again.

It was nice to stay in the hostel. During the weekends a bit noisy but ok. The location was perfect. Good breakfast.

Amazing location in the middle of the old town . We had a private twin room and a gorgeous view of the square. The beds were comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was good then best I have had in a hostle it had hot and cold food not just continental selection . I would definitely stay here again If I ever come back to zadar

Very centrally located funky hostel - our room had an incredible view over the forum from which we really enjoyed people watching (just to note there were concerts playing each evening so could be noisy from music but it always finished around 11 and the room was well insulated from general street noise). The compact room was cleverly designed and we had everything we needed. Breakfast was simple but good and the location was very central. We would definitely stay again!

The location was excellent, the room had clean bedsheets and a clean bathroom, the walls / floor had seen better days and I struggled to ser how the actual room matched the website photos. Breakfast was plentiful and good, pleasantly surprised. Staff was very nice.

Staff are helpful. Location of the hostel is excellent. The hostel itself is stylish with good amenities and common areas. Breakfast is great. The only issue is the flushing system which is too weak.

The private room was an awkward shape, ok for one person would be hard to fit two people with luggage. Not many plug points. When I checked in didn’t have towels (didn’t receive until next day) and the previous guests contents were in the fridge still so attention to detail was lacking.

I stayed in a private double room. Super tiny room and bathroom. I was barely able to open my luggage inside the room. I chose this room type thinking there would be a nice view like advertised, but it didn't come with one. Breakfast was okay. Location was great.
