Gott og rólegt andrúmsloft er á hótelinu. Fólk þjónustulundað. Matur var fjölbreyttur og mér fannst best að velja þann hluta sem matur er eldaður jafnóðum fyrir mann. Sleppti alveg matnum í hitaborði. Valdi bara meðlæti þar eins og kartöflur og grænmeti. Útsýni yfir sjóinn er fallegt og sundlaug er góð. Sundlaug er opnuð kl. 09:30 og gott að mæta rétt fyrir það til að velja uppáhalds staðinn við laugina. Lifandi tónlist eða söngur er öll kvöld á barnum hjá sundlauginni. Drykkir og smá réttir eru á hagkvæmu verði. Þetta er þriðja árið okkar hjóna hér. Netið er hægvirkt á nútíma mælikvarða og fáar sjónvarpsrásir á ensku. Fleyri þýskar. Rúmmin eru frekar hörð en við fengum strax mjúkar yfirdýnur og þá var þetta ekkert mál.

Es ist sehr unkomfortabel dass nur 1 Aufzug in den 8 Stock fährt. Es könnte zumindest darauf hingewiesen werden damit die anderen Gäste dann voranging den anderen Aufzug benutzen. Die Zeitschaltuhr vor dem Aufzug kann maximal auf 5 Sekunden eingestellt sein. Ist etwas unschön alle 5 Sekunden im dunklen zu stehen. Beim Frühstück sollte mehr als eine Kaffeemaschine mit echtem Kaffee vorhanden sein.

An older by modernised hotel with amazing views of Los Cristianos Harbour. Right by the beach and several bars and restaurants. Very nice buffet with freshly cooked meats and stir fries as well as the usual salads etc. Staff very helpful. Not a very large pool area, but a nice pool. Air conditioning was not very good and we had to have the balcony door open to let air in. There was quite a loud noise from outside the room door which was probably the lift. We only booked for one night last minute as our flight was cancelled, but we enjoyed our stay.

Some good points friendly and good beach front position. They was working on construction around the pool which disturbed the ambience. Queing up till 0930 for sunbeds felt like I was going back to the 90s. Check in and check out was good. Breakfast good for price point.

Nya flaskor vatten varje dag och fritt kaffe på rummet. Frukosten utmärkt med omeletter mm. Man kunde få en tekanna om man bad om det. Trevliga hälsoaktiviteter i pool och på land varje dag. Underhållning med musik på kvällen i baren. De fixade inte att det rann från toaletten hela tiden. Man skulle ju spara på vatten.

From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave you are treated as a valued customer. The décor and feel of the whole place helps to make your stay very relaxing. The sea view side of the building is lovely and you can enjoy your morning coffee sitting on the balcony watching the ferries come in and out of the port The restaurant offers a variety of food and served buffet style. All very delicious and the puddings are very tempting. In the evening there is live entertainment in the bar area. There are two sunbathing areas - by the pool and also on the top floor. Leaving the grounds by the back gate you are on the promenade and apart from one slight incline is relatively flat and you can walk into Los Americas within 25 - 30 mins from there as well as the town centre Watch out for the hotel cat, he is a real poser!!

Hotel was great but one set back is they no longer allow electric scooters to be charged premises. This was not displayed at reception and cost me 199 euros as I had to return scooter and money paid was not refunded. Other than this it was a very enjoyable holiday

Hotel was really nice. Staff were amazing. Lot of older people in the hotel which was fine. Couple of the parts of the hotel could do with some TLC such as handles and paintwork around communal areas and toilets where there was dirt from use and marks. Breakfast was decent. We disnt eat in the restaurant at night as we wanted to go out and try other places

Not very clean and I only stayed one night but was disturbed 3 times, once by someone delivering chocolates, once by someone checking the mini bar and once by a cleaner banging on the door when my room wasn’t due to be cleaned. I didn’t therefore feel I had very much privacy for a one night stay. Also the shelves in the bathroom were dusty, the drains stank and there were other peoples hairs still in the shower.

Breakfast buffet was excellent. Rooms clean and beds comfortable. The air conditioning wasn’t great, struggled to lower the temperature from 28c to 25c despite being on all night. I was moved from a lower room overlooking the carpark to one higher up. Sea view is extra.

Hotel reception staff were very welcoming and helpful throughout the stay. Also have to praise the very polite and happy cleaning staff. The hotel room was very basic and in general the hotel is looking a bit tired. We still enjoyed our stay and it’s well located.

Great location easy to walk to beach & restaurants. Breakfast is ok if you don’t mind same thing everyday. Dinner was included in our stay but after 1st evening we didn’t go back it was awful. We upgraded our room so we had sun-beds & a balcony facing the sea which was a beautiful view but rooms are in desperate need of renovations old & tired bedding & towels also need to be renewed. Staff are all really lovely & helpful if the hotel had a revamp & bedding & towels were renewed it would be a lovely hotel it’s definitely not a 4 star it’s 3 at a push.

Beautiful hotel will be going back.The rooms were lovely and all the food and cocktails at the bar and entertainment were brilliant.Great location as the hotel is near everything.very friendly staff.only thing i can mark it down on is the aircon very hot bedrooms and the dining room at breakfast time was so hot apart from that it was wonderful

H10 was a lovely hotel, very clean, lovely staff and very relaxed ambiance. Our initial issue with our room was very quickly and efficiently dealt with, no fuss or drama, just moved to another upgraded room without question, very reassuring. Los Christianos is a lovely quiet haven, filled to the brim with quality bars and restaurants all within walking distance from the hotel. A nice peaceful relaxing break was just what was needed and H10 hotel did not disappoint.

Poor desk service. They do not answer the communications. I left some plugs in the room on February 9th and wrote them a few hours after I left to ask them to keep the plugs for me to pick it up during my next stay on the 13th. This hotel has a very nice aesthetic and is located right off of the boardwalk. The beach is only a few minutes walk from the hotel, but the pool area is really nice as well. We had a really wonderful time and all in all almost the entire staff was phenomenal. That being said, we did have one really negative interaction with a wait staff for dinner. A waiter at dinner service was very rude to my wife and I in front of the entire dining area. He made a rude comment about us seating our selves when it was a seat yourself area and we had been directed to do so by the reception. Then he initially refused to serve us because we did not have our room wristband despite having checked in with the dining reception and verifying we were guests. He told me to leave to retrieve it so that I could order water, then he walked away from the table. I tried talking with him and asking to charge to our room and we can gladly verify our identities, which is exactly what we did for lunch earlier in the day.(we had to because our wristband hadn't worked earlier and the lunch waiter commented that this happened on occasion because of wifi and tech issues). He said it was not possible and that I needed to leave and come back. I went up front and told them about the issue, and they told me I didn't need my wristband and they would take care of it. He brought our water and put a receipt on our table and didn't talk to us the rest of dinner. Every other staff member went above and beyond in all ways

We had a really warm welcome, surprise champagne when they realised we were celebrating a birthday and the chance to freshen up in a room after check out and before our flight. It felt like they were going out of the way to make your trip comfortable and special. I'd recommend!

H10 Big Sur is an adult only hotel, situated on the sea front at the quiter end of Los Cristianos . Everything about the hotel is to a high standard. All the staff are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them to help you. Good variety of foods at meal times, some buffet and others fresh cooked. Has a swimming pool with ample sunbeds, evening entertainment and the back of the hotel leads out to the promanade which is mainly flat. Would recommend booking a seaview room as the mountain view overlooks the road. Enjoyable to be able to sit on the balcony and watch the ferrys coming in and out of the port opposite

We were heartly welcomed and everything was explained. That was very good. However, later we realized that the average age was around 50 years and we felt like in a retirement home. There was a diversity in food, but for us it did not match the taste: it was either not salted or a little too salty. There were many deserts but at the end everything had the same sweet taste. The fruits were good. There was also a live cooking but mostly for meat. For the vegetarian people there are mostly side dishes and not many main courses. There is every night live music and some bands were good.

We went for "nice" not "price" when we booked, and we certainly got nice. I was surprised at check in as had booked breakfast buffet only with the room, but was told it was full board. We didn't eat every meal at the hotel. as we like exploring places to eat. The room was great, spaciously with an excellent sea view. The only very slight criticism we would have is the food at the breakfast buffet was not very hot. But we had a great stay and would not hesitate in staying there again
